We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Spotted a cockroach early morning around 4 am when i entered toilet. Head board of the bed had dust and looked dirty. Bedsheet might be washed but had stain marks and felt itchy. Towel provided was very hard may be because they were old. I asked the room boy to clean the table in my room for which he came with a similar white towel and leaned the dirt off the table which made me wonder whether they will wash that very towel and give it for clients as bathing towelSOLD OUT

The place is a little far from perinthalmanna town. The room and bathroom were average. Looked like a 500 rps room. But fortunately it was clean. They did not provide soap. It took almost an hour for the air condition to kick in and get the room cooled. I checked in late in the evening. The place looked abandoned and there was no one at the reception. I waited 15 mins for someone to appear. There was only one staff. He was managing the entire business. He was cordial and friendly.SOLD OUT

Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Basically it's highly recommended for those who are looking for quiet stay and close to the airport. The rooms are bigger than the photos showing. Hotel is only 8 months old.
Frankly, it is almost 5⭐. My most concerned is the bathroom room it has an auto seat with a heated shroud and self Wash tap.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.
