Breakfast was ok, cereal, packet oat meal, toast bread, yogurt, pancakes which are mostly I don’t care about, the sausage links were only few left when we arrived around 8:30am and they wouldn’t make anymore even breakfast ends at 9am. Said it will take 20 minutes to prepare ( why they didn’t fill more when it’s getting low in tray) No eggs or whatever the empty tray was there, little hash browns left. Then some juices coffee and 3 flavors of cappuccino

Breakfast is rich, there are hot dishes, hot drinks, fruits, suitable for Chinese people. Especially all kinds of flavors of cereal, yogurt, really delicious. The waiters are warm, kind and friendly. This hotel is right next to the university and we are five minutes walk to the campus. And it is 15 minutes away from Mangtan Airport, about 11 kilometers. Each bedroom offers a peaceful escape, with new, comfortable mattresses and bedding that ensures restful nights. Three of the four bedrooms have Tempur-Pedic mattresses on adjustable frames. In addtion to large televisons in both gathering spaces, all four bedrooms have Samsung smart-tvs mounted on the walls.The recent home remodel was a complete reset for the property. We basically built a brand-new house inside an old one. The house was taken down to studs and rafters. Walls, bathrooms, and a stairway were all moved and a large fireplace was removed to open up and create a huge living space on both the main-floor and lower level. The home has been remarkably and tastefully decorated with unique mid-century-modern furniture and art pieces that were currated from all over the United States. (For the non-initiated, "mid-century-modern" (MCM) refers to a movement in interior design, product design, graphic design, and architecture that was popular from 1945-1970. The MCM design aesthetic is modern in style and construction. It is typically characterized by clean, simple lines and generally does not include decorative embelishments.)Outside the walk-out, lower-level, a paver-patio area provides a private oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. This patio was built with brick (saved from the former front patio) and limestone (from the fireplace that was removed during renovation). If all-the-way outdoors isn't your cup-of-tea, enjoy fresh air from the comfortable screened-in porch off of the main-floor living area. Nestled in the wooded hills of the Bluehills neighborhood, this property is a 15 minute walk to the KSU sports complex and Bill Snyder Family Stadium. It's just up the Manhattan Ave hill from the main KSU campus and amazingly close to the Kansas Department of Agriculture and NBAF. Hotel does need to work on some minor maintenance items like a slow a moving sink drain and room door lock.
I would stay again at the discounted rate but would look elsewhere if the price goes higher.
