Big and clean room with new furniture. Nice bathroom. AC worked really well. The gym is small but everything for a full body workout is available.  The massage was great as well. Bit pricey, but worth it.  Location is very nice, no loud music at night, but close enough to bars/restaurants/clubs and historical sites. So perfect location for every purpose.

Nice hotel big actually everything was perfect the staff was very hospitable!good entertainment there were entertainers by the pool,snack bar had snacks and free drinks.The food was a bit disappointing i wouldnt rate this 5 star hotel,3 stars would be enough!we liked the lunch and dinner but there wasnt big variety and good quality,the next day we had breakfast and the one thing that was bad was the praline sauce,it tasted like oil instead of praline it was really bad!the one thing that stood out was the spa!there was a guy that approached us and sold us a package of treatment!the ladies that cared for us were amazing!i would rate the hotel 5 stars just for the spa!anyone there cant miss the treatments!!

The location is very nice, right in the middle of Marmaris. The most important thing for my family was the sea, it was just a 3-minute walk from the beach. We liked the food very much, it was very good in terms of variety. Especially the alcohol quality was very good, it surprised me a lot. However, there was no air conditioning in the common room where the rooms on the 5th floor were located, and when we left the room, we felt as if we were entering a sauna. Other than that, everything was great, thank you to the whole team. You can travel safely.

Минусы: отель ОЧЕНЬ старый, ремонт делался явно очень давно. У нас стоял чайник, но не было ни чая, ни кофе, ни кружек. Сейф есть, но он платный. Дверь в ванную у нас не закрывалась. Очень шумно с улицы. В общем были там одну ночь и на больше не советуем задерживаться

We stayed at the hotel from October 28th to November 1st. Our trip coincided with the hotel's last day of operation and the end of the season in Marmaris. Pros: · The staff was very polite, everyone went out of their way to take care of the guests and treated them warmly. · All the amenities—the pool, sun loungers, and beach—were in perfect working order right up until the last day. · A special plus for those who prefer a quieter vacation: if you're traveling during the ”velvet season” (September-October), you'll be very comfortable here. There are few people here, and there's no hustle and bustle. · The hotel had its own pontoon in the sea, which was fantastic. We could sunbathe and then immediately dive into the deep water—not every hotel offers this option, but we really appreciated it. Cons: · Since we were among the last guests, the food prepared became less and less varied each day. On our last day, the buffet was no longer available—they simply brought us a plate with a selection of food. Three days before closing, the shower on the beach and the water supply for washing our feet from the seawater were turned off. The hotel is quite old. The grounds are small, and according to the staff, up to 400-500 people stay there in the summer. With that many people per square meter, it would likely be very noisy. Our room's balcony overlooked the beach and was completely visible. Because of this, it was impossible to sit there quietly without being seen by everyone, and we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Unpleasant incident: After checkout, we received a bill for 300 lira for a cocktail. This is especially strange since we had an all-inclusive package and were not allowed to purchase anything from the bar. The bill came from a personal email account, not the hotel's official email address. We sent an official request, and the hotel responded that it was a mistake and that they had confused us with someone else. However, we were the only Russian-speaking guests at the time, and this confusion seems very odd. It seems as if someone on the staff was trying to make money in this dishonest way. Bottom Line: For an off-season vacation in Marmaris, I give the hotel a solid 4 out of 5. I wouldn't stay here in the summer due to the potential for overcrowding and noise, as well as the outdated infrastructure. But for a quiet autumn getaway, it's a perfectly good option, especially thanks to its private pontoon.

This hotel is simply amazing! We had the most relaxed vacation in years. Everything was taken care of, the food was fresh, skillfully prepared and constantly rotated, such that even after a full week we could discover new dishes! Service is amazing and staff is very attentive (we got asked 3 times by the manager how we enjoy our stay). Location is great and the private beach is awesome. We booked a bed on the jetty, which was the best choice.  The a‘la carte restaurant is amazing, too! The only room for improvement that we saw was the coffee (the fancy machine behind the bar was not being used properly) and the cocktails (cheaper local brands were used, international brands cost extra). All in all we would definitely come back. We loved this place. And we usually don’t like all inclusive, so that says a lot!

Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısı**asız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gi**ek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

We stayed here for 4 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. We had a sea view room and the views were spectacular. The room was lovely it was spotless and cleaned daily. The shower was brilliant , very powerful and water always hot. There was lots of choice for breakfast to suit every taste. The indoor pool was lovely,very relaxing atmosphere. We had intended to have a massage but ran out of time. That’s on the list for the next visit. The staff were excellent, very friendly and always there to help. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

We stayed in an apartment (or suite) 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, all rooms were beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. Initially stayed for 5 nights but loved it so much extended to 7 nights. Food is lovely, breakfast is a leisurely affair, ordered lunch by the pool, never ate here in the evening as preferred to go further afield into the Village where there are plenty of lovely places to eat. Service could be a bit hit and miss with the language barrier but we managed to eventually get what we ordered. Like others I almost didn't want to leave a review (?) as we'll be coming back for sure and would like to keep it a bit secret !! It's a very laid back vibe, nothing too much trouble, sat by the pool watching the Mountain goats run down to their keeper (if that's the right word) was happy not to venture out in the day time, just wanted to chill out. Reception would book taxi's for you if needed and they run a free transfer down the hill to the village should you need it - we'd of gone back again in a few weeks if we had the chance but sadly Turkey is now off the list, such a shame, look forward to seeing you at least a couple of times next year - Just perfect !!!!

Pleasant stay. I stayed in a twin single bed room, room was compact, had everything I needed even slippers which was a nice touch. It’s a small hotel approx 50 rooms with a small swimming pool And toddler splash pool. Plenty of loungers and seating area outside. Location was perfect, 25m from beach front and migros supermarket across the road and blue port shopping centre a block away. Beds are very hard and music from promenade goes on until 1am but considering I’m a light sleeper I slept like a baby. Breakfast was not to my liking but I was able to have scramble egg and toast most mornings. Tips for improvement would be to upgrade the air con system which was non existent and only the fan mode worked which was not adequate to cool the room on a hot day. Fridge only got mildly cold which was annoying. Also the tv did not work and other guests had the same problem. Other than these 3 issues the hotel was a great stay. The lady at reception was lovely, check in was 2 minutes and she came to my rescue when my transfer failed to arrive. She arranged a taxi for me to Dalaman airport for £50. I will definitely stay again.

The refrigerator and teapot is available. Very. Comfortable bed and pillows. The shower cabin is convenient for the full, there is a place to turn, but there is no door and so water is everywhere. It's not critical for me. The worst is the fan. It turns off after 1 minute of work. It's impossible to put hair, huge minus. Of the stuff, only watt sticks and body cream. And soul gel. The hotel is not new, but it is monitored perfectly, quality.

жила в 41 номере на последнем этаже. отель без лифта. номер из 2х комнат. в одной спальня, в которой есть балкон, кондиционер, небольшой шкаф, трюмо. во второй комнате кухня (можно взять плитку) с посудой (кастрюли, сковородки, тарелки, приборы, доска разделочная) и чайником, диван, телевизор, холодильник (не отключается, морозит хорошо, вода на верхней полке на дверце замерзала), но нет кондиционера, есть вентилятор и огромная терраса. Аскетично, ни тебе картиночек на стенах, ни обоев. Заглядывала в соседний номер, там кухонный уголок в небольшой нише в коридоре и телик в спальне. Поуютнее. Душ в туалете за занавеской. Убирали хорошо, каждый раз мыли полы и меняли полотенца. Включенный завтрак один и тот же: отварные яйца, 2 вида сыра, колбаса, оливки и маслины, огурцы и помидоры нарезанные, растворимый кофе (заварной за деньги) и чай. Ну еще мед, варенье и булка. За допплату могут приготовить что-то другое. Отличное расположение, пляж в 3 мин ходьбы, у меня окна были во двор, было тихо. Хозяин очень добродушный, впрочем как и весь персонал. Есть бассейн небольшой, с лежаками. Хороший бюджетный вариант для отдыха

Big and clean room with new furniture. Nice bathroom. AC worked really well. The gym is small but everything for a full body workout is available.  The massage was great as well. Bit pricey, but worth it.  Location is very nice, no loud music at night, but close enough to bars/restaurants/clubs and historical sites. So perfect location for every purpose.

Этой сети отелей принадлежат несколько зданий и ресторанов. Мы жили в старом городе у мечети, завтракали в ресторане на набережной. У нас был прекрасный трёхместный номер с огромной террасой. Номер очень красивый , еда в ресторане вкусная.. Ребята с ресепшен очень отзывчивые и во всем помогают. Рекомендую

We arrived no assistance with our suitcases although said free parking it meant on the street or near by parking which wasn’t so expensive however very narrow street no way to turn so you have to reverse out very difficult. Our room so cramped for three people in fact after we checked in we went to our room only to discover two beds rather than three we booked for three they than added a bed that was all broken so I refused it than they found a proper bed and we were virtually on top of each other.

Excellent location, near a minimarket, big migrators, restaurants, embankment. Breakfast is average - eggs, vegetables, several kinds of olive, cheese, sausage, chips, something similar to soup or broth. Wifi is good at the lobby, but in the room sometimes only took the mobile Internet. In the room clean, no slippers, champoo-conditioner-gel-soap is. In 4 days cleaning in the room was not done - a little strange, but not critical. Responsive resepshn, try to help, there is a Russian-speaking staff (very welcoming girl 🙂). Bed comfortable, stress in the shower is good, blankets are not (instead of it a thin pled - as a thick baffle towel). If, like me, you like to sleep in a cold room, then to the air conditioner you will need to be furnished to not freeze - well blows.
