I can share Food quality is excellent but lodging is west of money. what is worst quality there- 1) They handed over room with dirty bedsheet and pellow cover. Which I request reception to change. 2) Room was completely dirty (Dust and hair fallen here and there), I request them again clean it. 3) washroom cum Bathroom is completely uncleaned in addition to latrin Pan as well. After several requests, financially decide to use that with same condition. 4) provided money with AC room charges, but on room 109 AC is not working completely. They are thinking of AC is on mode means it is working, I am believing we can say it works properly if it is cooling, cooling is not there. 4) TV was also not functional state, after several requests reception person reached there and recharged with some amount that D2H box. I can say I got worst feeling there, simultaneously I have no hesitation to admit Food quality is excellent. Thanks 🙏From£16

This is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.From£20

Room size and cleaning excellent and working amenities although very much homely feelings, hygienic and great food. The entire staff was fast and professional to the core. The location is on the main highway of nh4 and 2km from mathura station. Food - if you book dinner and breakfast then dinner taste was good and option 1/5 quantity and different food option were less, and for free breakfast they provide only 1 dish for 1 person, and breakfast is not sufficient for 1 person what they are providing, after that if your are more than what they are giving then you have to pay for it.From£13

The hotel gives a very good atmosphere and the staff are really very good and polite. It is a bit away from janambhumi but you can get e rickshaws. The food is awesome. The room and washroom were also clean. We stayed there for 6 days and they provided us with one extra bed. They also provide hot water whenever needed. Overall it is the best hotel to stay in mathura. Highly recommended.From£31

The property is ten minutes away from Mathura Station. This location is excellent. Dwarkadish Temple and Janmabhoomin are nearby. Cleanliness is maintained, and the staff is helpful. The bathroom does look a little worn out and rusty, but this is most likely the result of hard water damage. Its generator eliminates the problem of frequent power outages. The food is all that matters. No in-room meals. The rooms are good and neet n clean. And the staff was courteous and prompt. Specially thanks to Mr. Ajeet Chahar. he was very caring ***ager and so helpful person he helped us about tour plan of Brij dham vrindavan..his way of talking attitude is Soo good.... Finally food was Soo yummy and service was good... I will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back soon...

We had an excellent time at brij eternity. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Food was yummy. The property is very close to city temples.
Only complaint is we have to get up in the middle of the night to switch on the AC, if there is power cut. Better it would have been automatic. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The check-in was easy and staff is polite but i had booked triple sharing rooms but those are very small, which can’t fit 3rd bed, i have to pay extra to change the room.
Bathroom are not much clean and bathing area is very small
Room service doesn’t pick the phone, have to call reception.

The deluxe room was spacious and clean, and the service was also good. Amenities like TV, fridge, AC etc were working properly and the staff was also polite. Housekeeping also did a good job in changing the sheets and cleaning the floor.
