Booked with staying 1 Night with Dinner and Breakfast. I can share Food quality is excellent but lodging is west of money. what is worst quality there- 1) They handed over room with dirty bedsheet and pellow cover. Which I request reception to change. 2) Room was completely dirty (Dust and hair fallen here and there), I request them again clean it. 3) washroom cum Bathroom is completely uncleaned in addition to latrin Pan as well. After several requests, financially decide to use that with same condition. 4) provided money with AC room charges, but on room 109 AC is not working completely. They are thinking of AC is on mode means it is working, I am believing we can say it works properly if it is cooling, cooling is not there. 4) TV was also not functional state, after several requests reception person reached there and recharged with some amount that D2H box. The location is on the main highway of nh4 and 2km from mathura station. location was good but not near by Prem Mandir as written ,it is 20 minutes away from there,hotel is in mathura and mandir is in Vrindavan .Food was good ,all rooms are same in size but it's shown that Deluxe room is smaller and superior room is big ,which is a lie ,all rooms are same difference is superior room is newly renovated and better decorated than Deluxe.they charge extra for water except 2 bottles each day without telling you that. in our bill they added charges of the bottles which we didn't get and food which we didn't order ,but manager being good he managed it well.stay was good ,just take care of the bill in advance whenever you have food .FromRUB 2,696

This is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.FromRUB 2,987

We had an excellent time at brij eternity. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Food was yummy. The property is very close to city temples.
Only complaint is we have to get up in the middle of the night to switch on the AC, if there is power cut. Better it would have been automatic. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The property is ten minutes away from Mathura Station. This location is excellent. Dwarkadish Temple and Janmabhoomin are nearby. Cleanliness is maintained, and the staff is helpful. The bathroom does look a little worn out and rusty, but this is most likely the result of hard water damage. Its generator eliminates the problem of frequent power outages. The food is all that matters. No in-room meals. Although the restaurant is on the premises, you grow weary and bored after two days because the menu is small and the variety of vegetables and dal doesn't change every day
