Room clean but very small. Friendly service. As people over 70, we did not feel at ease. On the first day, there was a pool party at the swimming pool, and we didn't feel inclined to go to the pool. (Saturday) On the day of departure, Sunday, we were able to use the pool after checking out. However, 80% of the sunbeds by the pool were reserved. The music volume is between 80 and 118 decibels. Around 10:30 PM, there was also a noise disturbance. Something was done about this after a phone call. In short: Nice place for young people, but they won't see me here again…

This hotel is expensive, but it's worth every penny. Be aware that the price you pay upfront isn't the final cost, as resort fees and service charges are added on top. Breakfast and even water are also incredibly pricey. However, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are truly beautiful and spotless, and the service is excellent. If you go, consider it an investment that's worth the high price. It's definitely not a budget-friendly hotel.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

Stayed for two nights room only. I really liked the design of the hotel, artwork and facilities. The pool area is really nice and they have their own sun beds on Miami Beach which are complementary for hotel guests. Hotel is about 1 street back from the beach but still a wonderful location. The room was comfortable without being spectacular, everything worked and it was a decent size. Rooms are not as interestingly designed as the rest of the hotel. All staff I talked to were very nice and helpful but at both checkin and checkout there were long lines to speak to someone. We waited over 20 mins to start the checkin process. Overall I would be happy to stay at The Gates Hotel again.

Great location. In walking distance from South Beach (2 blocks). Close enough to the beach but far enough not to hear the evening / night life which can be loud. Hotel is lovely and clean with very welcoming polite staff. ready to help. Only thing is the swimming pool isn't vey inviting. It's a very very small pool for the size of the hotel. You also have to walk through the bar/restaurant of the hotel to access it. There were quite a lot of people having drinks around the pool when we went, which made it even less attractive. It's more a feature rather than something you use. Overall great stay.

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent. It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen! From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

THIS LOCATION is so perfect some don’t realize it. That’s fine with me. I will always be able to book. When you come to the beach it’s for drinking and partying probably. This is a great resting stay for the keep it moving type of person. The front desk are really nice ladies if you get to know them. They are 50% of my return they been doing this a long time and are real people with with problems too. Food for thought Remember gratuity is a thing when eating in Miami Your bill is not your local restaurant type of bill 🥰

A very beautiful, stylish hotel. The cleaning is excellent. The beach is beautiful. The service on the beach is amazing. The food at the bar was fantastic. We had a room with a city view, but unfortunately, it was a side view of the wall of the neighboring building, but that didn't ruin our stay. The hotel takes a $400 deposit, which is not stated anywhere, and it was returned upon check-out. We also had an unpleasant experience when drinks at the bar were charged to our room, but we had photos on our phone indicating the time when it happened, and we weren't at the hotel at the time. The hotel debited the amount without our knowledge, but after we contacted them, they refunded the money. I hope this is an occasional issue, but I can't lower my rating. The hotel is truly very good.

The glass door is poorly soundproofed, the outdoor bar is noisy until midnight, and the pool starts to be cleaned at 7am. How can you expect people to sleep well? I used the old faucet for two days, but I still couldn't tell which direction to turn to get hot water. The winding maze-like stairs made me go up and down the stairs the wrong way after two days. Recommended for people who are interested in archeology.

Very noisy (especially if you are facing the street), matresses were squeaky and bathroom is beyond small. If you are in South Beach to party it's a good place, but for R&R after many busy days traveling, this was not the right fit for us.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.

The Sagamore hotel has a good location in Miami Beach. The beach is equipped. The pool is very small and dirty. The pool bar is stocked and the staff courteous. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The rooms especially: old furniture. Curtains that do not block out the light. Tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses. Incredibly noisy air conditioning, we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Maybe it was because the price of Ctrip was low. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was full. The hotel said that I would give me a free upgrade. I was very happy, but when I saw the room, I found that the room was not upgraded. On the contrary, I have a feeling of downgrading. I booked a balcony, but this room not only has no balcony, but also a room facing the platform on the first floor. The room is obviously old. There is a reception on the platform all night, very noisy. The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself is small, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, judging by the reviews, it is very good. If your windows overlook the road - at night it will be noisy from cars that drive with a loud exhaust or music, I advise you to take this into account in advance.

This time I flew from Dallas to Florida, visited Orlando, Tampa and then Miami and Key West. Along the way, I stayed in a double Queen room at Leslie Hotel Ocean Drive for 4 nights. I can say something about it, first of all; 1) The location is excellent. The beach is right outside the hotel. You can look at the sea and the beach under the sun. You can go to the sea and bask in the sun repeatedly until the sun sets. After dinner, the cool breeze blows. You can walk along the coastal road and look at the sea under the stars. 2) Eat: There are restaurants below and around the hotel. Latin American singers are enthusiastic and unrestrained, and the food is simple and casual. American, Italian, Mexican food, as well as Cuban food and Chinese morning tea (a little further away, on the way to Key West). 3) The room is smaller and the facilities are simple and adequate, but there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room. There is a swimming pool on the roof. Although the sound insulation is not very good, it was quiet until 11:00 pm after a tiring day. 4) When you go to the beach, you can borrow beach chairs and umbrellas for free from the hotel. 5) What is inconvenient is that in South Beach, Miami, where land is at a premium, the hotel does not have its own parking space and can only rent the nearest public parking lot. The best parking lot is only one day away from the hotel on the left hand side, but it is sometimes late. It was full when we got back to the hotel, so we had to look for it again. The above is shared by people in the channel, wealthy people please avoid it, hahahahaha...

Honestly, the Ritz-Carlton rarely disappoints, and this stay perfectly met my expectations for a South Beach getaway. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, especially the fruit selection which was abundant and unique. My only minor regret was the absence of a salad option, which felt a bit odd for someone used to having vegetables for breakfast. While the staff kindly brought me some avocado and tomato, it still felt like I was missing out on some Vitamin C. I'm not sure if it's a Southern thing to treat fruit as a vegetable, but the lack of salad was a bit surprising. What truly delighted me was finding out that the lobby featured Krigler, a perfume brand Audrey Hepburn loved. As a big fan of hers, I didn't hesitate to purchase a bottle.

My wife and I stayed at Esmé Miami Beach for a night in mid-May, right after our cruise, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is a real strength: firmly in South Beach, close enough to soak up the energy of Miami Beach yet tucked away enough to feel relaxed. Access to the beach is effortless (about 6 minutes), and the complimentary beach beds were a genuinely welcome touch. They also kindly offered us complimentary early check-in, which — coming straight off the ship — made all the difference in starting the stay smoothly. The hotel has character. It's tastefully designed with a stylish latin boutique feel — warm, elegant, and far more personal than a standard property. The rooftop pool was a particular highlight: well laid out and a lovely spot to unwind. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, friendly, and consistently welcoming. Española Way, just steps behind the hotel, offers a good spread of restaurants and cafés — easy to step out for dinner, drinks, or a casual evening stroll without ever needing to drive. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend it

Pool area was lovely. Beach was nice but the guys did not set up chairs/ umbrellas until almost 10 when morning can be loveliest time. Umbrellas $22 a day. Parking $44 a day plus valet tips. Ordered a “house cab” at the pool bar and was charged $20 which did not include 20% tip nor service charge, coffee in the morning pricey and usually entailed waiting in a long line so incidentals added up very very quickly costing more than the original room bill though we went off site for most of the time for meals. Food there was good. There is construction in the front of the hotel which makes it problematic every time you drive out or back. One way traffic creeps along requiring you to come in, pass the hotel, attempt a u-turn several blocks down and creep back slowly in a perpetual traffic jam to arrive at the front of the hotel. Room was immaculate and well tended though stairwells a bit trashy. Loved the music there on the weekends, excellent food and lovely pool tho. Staff very accommodating too. Those made it a real escape from reality.

This hotel is expensive, but it's worth every penny. Be aware that the price you pay upfront isn't the final cost, as resort fees and service charges are added on top. Breakfast and even water are also incredibly pricey. However, both the hotel's interior and the rooms are truly beautiful and spotless, and the service is excellent. If you go, consider it an investment that's worth the high price. It's definitely not a budget-friendly hotel.

The room was a bit small, but definitely functional, and the bed was big enough. The hotel's location is great, right at one end of Lincoln Road, making it super convenient for shopping. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. All the in-room facilities can be controlled by an iPad, and they seem quite new. The hotel environment is also very pleasant. I slept really well, and the soundproofing is pretty decent by American standards. It offers good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's not one single building, but rather spread out like a district. If your room isn't facing the street, it's actually completely quiet. You can just step out and find the most charming street-side restaurants. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are some really great coffee shops nearby (especially the one with avocado toast!). The room was a bit small for a large suitcase, and the water pressure for the shower on the first floor was a bit low. Oh, and there's no heating. Despite these points, I still really liked it. Finally, it's self-check-in, so if you have any issues, make sure to contact them via email right away, because there's genuinely no one on site. It's easy to just stand outside feeling confused, but a quick call will clear things right up.

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.

Given a room right next to the bar/restaurant that’s right next to the hotel. Very loud music was played until 2am when the bar closed. Wasn’t told it would be loud upon checking in, given how loud it was due to being right next to the bar, I’d have assumed a heads up was essential. AC in the room was super loud too. Do not recommend, unless you ask for a room that’s away from the bar/restaurant, but likely still going to hear it no matter where your room is given how loud the music is, but particularly terrible if your room is right next to it

Great location. In walking distance from South Beach (2 blocks). Close enough to the beach but far enough not to hear the evening / night life which can be loud. Hotel is lovely and clean with very welcoming polite staff. ready to help. Only thing is the swimming pool isn't vey inviting. It's a very very small pool for the size of the hotel. You also have to walk through the bar/restaurant of the hotel to access it. There were quite a lot of people having drinks around the pool when we went, which made it even less attractive. It's more a feature rather than something you use. Overall great stay.
