Hotel was very clean and breakfast was complimentary..only issue was in executive room even though it said 2 adults n 1 kid they should have provided king bed instead of queen which would have been more comfortable.the breakfast spread was very good for the price... rooms n toilets are maintained clean and close to city center.. good parking also available overall great experience

The room was decent, though we experienced some plumbing related issues with shower controller, considering the bus stand is present next to the hotel, customers may feel annoying at midnight due to frequent announcement by pure recorded speakers, breakfast was average, staff were kind and responsive, overall the stay was fine, the front desk management were helpful.

Stayed with family for an overnight journey. Huge modern rooms with good amenities. Hotel was centrally located. Service was good with friendly staff. Bathrooms need to be better maintained. Narrow entrance made it little difficult to bring the car into the parking. Overall good stay.

The hotel has adequate parking and a fantastic open to air restaurant. Breakfast is not value for money. Unfortunately EVERY room is smoking room and it is very difficult to find a time that has not been smoked before or in a long time. Thanks to the staff, they did find us one which didn't smell of smoke. but this is a real issue here. The management must ensure certain rooms are kept non smoking enforced with a strict cleaning charges of 25000 Rs if smoked inside. For non smokers, the stale smell is extremely suffocating.

Hotel staff are good and very humble. We arrived at the hotel late night however the check-in was very seamless. The next morning we left our luggage by mistake and started our journey however we got our luggage safe. Very much thankful to the staff.

Very nice and beautiful hotel only location is a concern, but you not get disturb, people are very good, bed and bedsheet clean and neat and its pure white colour, very clean and a comfortable, no issue at all hot water, good kinds of travels provided, food quality also is good. In my last 6 months i stayed one of the best hotel this is actually at this price
