The room was a great set up - loved that the ”pull-out couch” was a day-bed and trundle situation. Tons of space and comfortable beds!  Very clean!  The middle of the night front desk guy, Rick, was super nice. The morning front desk people, the cleaning people, and also the woman in charge of breakfast were all very kind, too.  It was nice that the breakfast had a decent amount of choices and they included gluten free and some dairy free things, as well.  Very pleased with our stay.  Thank you!!

We stayed at the elite pool view suite ３. It was very good to be able to stay at a historic hotel. The front staff responded with a smile and was very comfortable to use. However, ３ One day in the night was not made up of beds, and only the chips I left were taken. I'm a little sorry. But it was very good to relax in the lobby, restaurants and jewelry shops.

They charge way too much at night for not getting any sleep. When we voice start concerned the next morning, we were told there’s nothing I could do about it, but there is.

The room has two large beds, air conditioning and sanitation. There are ovens and dishwashers, pots and cutlery. It is suitable for family travel. The only drawback is that the bathroom does not have a shower room and a bathtub room as shown in the picture. Instead, there is only one bathtub, and the water flow is not smooth, half of the water flows out from the top and the other half flows down. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. Give a good review and recommend this suite for families with large population. WiFi is fast without password.

We arrived about 1:00, with check in not until 3:00. Katrina, who checked us in, said we were welcome to wait in the small lobby or she would unlock the dining area and we could wait there until our room was ready.  We came in to wait and Katrina called me up and offered us a room on the first floor or second floor. We choose first floor. We were able to park right outside the door! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, great location near restaurant within walking distance! Great stay!

Gallup is located in western New Mexico, not far from Arizona. You can consider staying here and arrive at the Grand Canyon at noon the next day. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, quiet surroundings, and good service. The price is a little bit expensive.
