4.High Tea Melbourne: The Hotel Windsor
Since it first opened way back in 1883, the Hotel Windsor has served high tea to over two million guests – that's a lot of finger food! To celebrate 130 years of snacking in style, the hotel has put together a guide to the intricacies of tea drinking etiquette, along with a history of high tea itself. Their menu is also a travel through time, which stops off at various dishes that have helped to make this culinary tradition a timeless classic.
