Muar Resorts

We, an elderly couple stayed for 2 nights in Muo Boutique Hotel in Muar in a Superior Tatami Twin Room (only 2 mattresses, no bed) have window with Japanese style decor. Do note that there are other rooms that come with beds too. We use the lift to go to our unit on the 3rd floor. There is a rooftop garden with table, chairs for relaxing & overlooking the Muar River. Although the size is only 15 sq m, the whole unit can accommodate us & our 1 luggage. It's a unique experience as it is our first time staying here. The reception & staff are very friendly.

The room is clean. However there’s smell coming from the bathroom. Smell of cigarette smoke at night. Was noisy at night cos the neighbouring building was singing. There’s no lift. You have to carry your own luggage up the stairs. No concierge to help. Free parking for guests at the back of the building. Most places are within walking distance. There’s a nice local restaurant downstairs. Food is quite nice.

Upon arrival, the reception desk Mr. Tan was polite and welcoming. Explained to us the food places in Muar with an informative map. Car parking is ample and secured. Had our late lunch at a specialty cendol & nasi lemak shop in the vicinity.

The river view from the 7th-floor room was great, and it's a hotel with good value for money. The underground parking was also very convenient to use. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, but other than that, it wasn't bad.

Recently stayed at PPT Muar Hotel and chose their capsule pod. The pod was clean, quiet, and cozy — perfect for a simple yet comfortable night’s rest. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing me to relax and recharge without disturbance. The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it’s a great choice for a budget-friendly and hassle-free stay in Muar.

Amazing stay at Bei Boutique Hotel Muar recently. Excellent from start to finish. The location is superb — centrally situated with easy accessibility to Muar town’s attractions, eateries, and shopping spots. The availability of convenient car parking made the experience even more hassle-free. Check-in was seamless and efficient, with a smooth process that set a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower pressure and temperature were particularly good — a small detail that made a big difference after a long day out. Overall, Bei Boutique Hotel offers great convenience, cleanliness, and comfort in a prime location. A highly recommended stay when visiting Muar.

The front desk staff were great. However, the hotel needs regular maintenance. It's disappointing that the door frame in my room was falling off and hadn't been fixed. The location is convenient. The room lighting was a bit dim; I hope they can improve on that.

Hotel room was generally good and clean. The main problem was the presence of mould on the grouting of the bath tub as well as the sink area. They just need to get rid of those with a grouting expert to touch up those areas. The groutings look very poorly made. The location is excellent and car park was fine. The blackout curtains were excellent. Mattress will need replacement soon as it was somewhat sunken. If they fix the mould issue and replace the mattres, I’ll have no problem to recommend the hotel

The room didn’t have an air-conditioning controller, we’re cold whole night long . And the water heater no function — only cold water supply .. very disappointed with this hotel

A good place to stay. Although small, it has a great cleanliness and can sleep quietly.
