The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good.

I stayed at the Sure Hotel by Best Western München Hauptbahnhof for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I booked the hotel via Trip.com and stayed in a single room, which was clean, compact, and perfectly adequate for a short city stay. Everything was well maintained and tidy, and the room had everything I needed. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s directly opposite Munich’s main train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I arrived from the airport on the Lufthansa Express bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel—a huge plus after a flight. The hotel is also surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, so sightseeing was effortless. Check-in was smooth, and the man at reception was very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a good first impression. Breakfast was included in my rate. While the selection was a bit limited, it was perfectly adequate to start the day and everything was fresh. I paid £61 per night, which I felt was very good value considering the central location, cleanliness, and convenience of transport connections. Overall, this hotel is a great option for solo travellers or short stays in Munich, especially if you want to be close to public transport and the city centre. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel entrance is right across from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were really lucky to catch the Bayern Allianz home match against Bruges. The front desk staff was very welcoming, the room facilities were quite new, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The TV even displayed a welcome message. The restaurant is spacious with multiple food stations, so even during peak breakfast hours, it never felt crowded. There's also free outdoor parking nearby. Excellent value for money!

No frills hotel, with free parking just outside the hotel (if you can snag 1 out of the 4 lots there). Otherwise there is free kerbside parking on the road behind the hotel. Don’t expect 5 star hotel standards. It’s really a decent room with bed and a toilet. Pillows could be better. Rooms are heated. So it’s okay for the winter.

The family room is essentially two adjoining queen rooms, which suited our family of three perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near the No. 19 tram stop, making it easy to get to the Old Town for sightseeing and dining. Breakfast was great, definitely worth staying here. There's also a gas station nearby, which is handy if you're driving.

This is a new Pullman hotel, quite spacious, with very new and clean room facilities. I stayed on the first floor, and the small balcony was perfect for drying clothes. The subway entrance is just around the corner, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding area is residential with high-end hotels, so it's very quiet and clean. I stayed here for four days and it was incredibly comfortable.

Location ❤️: Undeniably, the location is fantastic! There's a small convenience store right next door, which is super handy for grabbing water and daily essentials. It's a 20-minute walk to Malia Square, and along the way, you'll find plenty of breakfast spots and chain restaurants. Service Attitude 👌: The service was excellent! Everyone was very welcoming. We arrived on an early flight, and the front desk staff patiently helped us store our luggage before they even started their bar duties. Facilities Aren't Great ❌: No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, but that's quite common in Europe, so you need to bring your own. However… on a -3 degree Celsius day, the ineffective air conditioning was completely unacceptable! The AC seemed to be broken; the room temperature was only 14 degrees all night, and we shivered under a thin blanket!!

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

Great stay overall experience is great! Booked the hotel for it's hotel room design and the balcony is a plus point! Pro: -Comfy bed, nice design and spacious room. - Light cooking, there is oven microwave and a dish washer in the room - a seating area with comfy sofa and table for meals n chill - friendly staff, you will feel welcome! - faulty lights in the room. Reported and they send the technician to fix it almost immediately - laundry room at the basement free to use but you will need to prepare laundry detergent. The laundry room is occupied almost all the time 😂 - Subway 2 mins away Con - check in time 4pm. We had to pay 30euro to check in at 2pm. - check out time 11am a bit of a rush. If u opt to check out late again you need to pay extra - not much food options around except tons of kebab shops. - a slight distance to the central train station Near central train station a slight distance about 600m point

Our stay was great from the start to the end. It was our fifth anniversary with my wife and we decided to make a trip to Munich and stay at Hotel Torbraeu. When we were in the lobby the staff was very friendly and celebrated our anniversary. When we go into the room there was a little note and a little surprise waiting for us. It was really kind. The breakfast was really good. I definitely suggest that you get a room with breakfast included. Lots of choice and the taste was delicious. There is an italian restaurant next to the hotel and you can try their food for dinner. Absolutely delicious. The location is also in the heart of Munich. You can walk to every touristic place. There is parking space just outside the hotel. It is really convenient and the price is 25 euro per night.

The hotel is simply splendor, glamour, and elegance! ✨ If you've ever dreamed of feeling like a VIP, but your budget usually whispers, ”Find something simpler,” then your dreams will come true here! Let's start with the fact that our suitcases magically landed in our room (apparently, the hotel employs luggage fairies). Our car was parked for us—presumably so we wouldn't waste precious minutes of our lives looking for a parking space, but could immediately get on with the most important thing: admiring this place. Gym and sauna—free of charge! Yes, you don't even have to pretend to be an Olympic athlete to use them. Relax, sweat, meditate—all included! And the breakfast... Oh, that breakfast! 🍳 If you could marry an omelet, we would have proposed by now. Delicious, varied, and prepared with love—just like Grandma's, only without her constant questions: ”And when are there grandchildren?” In short, the hotel isn't just good – it's getting better by the minute, just like your faithful servant (me) in the free gym. Now we just have to check if they'll slip us a suitcase full of money at checkout... Just in case? 😉 10/10, we'll be back – maybe a personal butler will be waiting for us then!

Great hotel! Quiet amidst the noise, adjacent to the Botanical Garden, sitting in the room can see the old and new Legislative Palace of Munich outside the window. There are many scenic spots around, all of which can be reached in about 10-20 minutes on foot. Highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was also very good at 35 euros per person. Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The Westin lives up to its reputation as a five-star hotel; the service was excellent. We booked a triple room including breakfast and dinner for three nights. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the buffet dinner area was closed for some reason that day, so they arranged for us to dine at the bar. We were initially a bit worried, but it turned out to be an authentic Western meal with appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks – nothing was missing, and it was all delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. The room was quite spacious, and it even had air conditioning. The only minor drawbacks were the rather small parking spaces, which made parking a bit difficult, and that the hotel facilities are showing their age. However, overall, it was quite good, and I recommend it!

A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible. We were finally able to place our orders at the buffet. The hotel exceeded expectations. Fruits and snacks were given as gifts when checking in. Soft drinks in the minibar were free. The front desk service was also very warm! The bathroom in the room had floor heating. The location was unbeatable. The old town hall at Marienplatz and St. Peter's Church were a few minutes' walk away. The area nearby was very suitable for shopping. Munich was the last stop of my European trip. The luxury shopping street was only a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I accidentally discovered that the traditional breakfast shop that was opened for decades and was very suitable for checking in was on the street next to the hotel. Marriott's luxury hotel, opened for more than 3 months, is located between the old town of Munich and the central train station. The geographical location is absolutely convenient for travel, whether taking a taxi or public transportation, and even the surrounding Chinese restaurants are quite abundant, and you can switch between formal meals and fast food at will. The basic room is not large, but it is enough. In terms of service, you will feel warm as soon as you step into the door of the hotel (trolls will say, money is the god, of course, money in this world can solve most problems, such as service). The breakfast variety is rich enough, there are a la carte and buffet categories. I ate the miso soup in it for 3 days to satisfy the Chinese taste, but it was really salty, but the menu is the same every day without any change, which is a disadvantage. 👍Recommended

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons

GGuest UserThe place was comfortable and clean, but a bit run down. For the price, I think it's adequate. The only issue is the service, as we had very different experiences. When we arrived, we were treated excellently, but when we left, the service left much to be desired.

I personally think the location is a bit out of the way. You can only get there by taking the subway from the train station. It's about 5-8 minutes away from the subway station. Because of the Oktoberfest, hotels in the city were either out of rooms or had their prices increased too much, so I chose this hotel. The room is not large in size, but it is well-equipped. However, the water in the shower room is a bit slow and there is water accumulation during the shower. Otherwise, it is okay.

It's 8-10 minutes away from the station. There are small shops, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. It's not a busy place, but it feels safe to go in and out. There are 4 stations away from the central points such as St. Mary's Square. The one-way fare is 4.1 euros, so I walked for about 30 minutes. The hotel has no air conditioning. No air conditioning. No air conditioning. Consider it according to the season.

The hotel experience was good, clean and conveniently located, highly recommended! There is a department store opposite, although it is closed on Sundays, it is very convenient at other times, and the city center attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit
