I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.

The room is large, the sound insulation effect is good, and it is very quiet to sleep. The breakfast is very rich. I like the welcome candies in the hotel lobby. They are all in various flavors of haribo. Candy lovers will go crazy.

The service is good and the hotel is new. It is very suitable for couples to stay in the hotel. It is clean and convenient. The train is right at the door. The hotel has a good breakfast. There is a delicious brunch nearby.

First of all, the hotel service is very poor, the front desk is very slow, and it is very unfriendly to Chinese people. The second thing is that the carpet in the room is very dirty and all black, and the entire corridor is very long and all black. The wrong room was given to me the first time, so I had to go upstairs and run again. It was already very late. The next day I checked out and said that I had a mini bar to use, but I just drank the water on the table. I specifically asked and was told water was free. There was a mini bar in the room. I opened it just out of curiosity, and there was something like a tape on it. ripped open. I don’t know if this is a trap. As long as you open it, it will be said that you have used it. What’s even more outrageous is that after I returned to China, I was deducted 119.5 euros for the same reason. Said my colleague had fries in his room. Used a mini bar. My colleague also just drank a bottle of water. Now that we are communicating with Ctrip to resolve the matter, I can only say that this hotel is particularly bad. Another colleague of mine had to go back to China due to an urgent matter and booked a room for two nights. We only stayed for one night before we checked out. I don’t know what this hotel thinks. If you treat me politely, they will extort money. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Secondly, I don’t recommend staying in a hotel where you pay on-site. A room costs 288 euros, not including breakfast. It’s really, really bad!

The waiters in the hotel are all young and courteous with a bright appearance. The corridors of the hotel are in a dark curtain style. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are very well-designed. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. Standard, the only complaint is that it is a little far from the station, and the lights in the room will automatically turn off after a period of time due to power saving, which is very annoying
