We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm because Trip Advisor said that check-in was at that time. At the hotel we were told that it was at 3:00 pm, so we waited a while at the hotel.
When it was time to check in to the room we had to wait another 15 minutes. However, they offered us iced tea and water upon arrival, as well as friendly and welcoming service. According to what they told us when we were going up to the room there was something dirty, which is why we had to wait the time I mentioned a few lines back. When we were going up I spoke to the hotel staff to tell them that we were obviously very tired and that between arriving at the hotel and going up to the room 1 hour and 20 minutes had passed, in that time they could have checked the room. A very good hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Raymond, who is a driver or a porter, especially warm and busy, can't rest, drive, and take luggage. We booked 2 baht, but because the hotel was booked separately, the hotel could not give the same room. I was also very surprised. However, I was given a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite on the first night, which is very good! There is a Bluetooth stereo, the balcony has a jacuzzi, and it is the sea. Compared to the second one, it is not so high-end, but it will sleep for one night. The toiletries are Apitica, I brought it back, but I feel that they are not doing it in good health, so I will take it. The hotel has its own swimming pool and the breakfast buffet is very good. It can be eaten from 7 o'clock to 11 o'clock. Bring a child plus 40 Euros. The beach near the hotel is more upscale, and there are restaurants and bars. The other beach is a bit far away, but the hotel can pick you up in the free car to pick you up and see if the driver is free. The lounge chairs over there are free and there are good restaurants nearby. Finally, the traffic, of course, is not so convenient than the urban area, but the hotel is more secluded environment! The new terminal should be taken by bus or sea bus to the old pier, and then take the bus to the right hand ramp of the bus stop at the hotel entrance. Finally, you can make an appointment to go to the terminal and the airport shuttle bus. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it.
We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!!
This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same.

Hotel manager Thanos had some fascinating smiles and professional service awareness, because the booked room type for some reason before the tenant did not check out, so we upgraded our better room for free. The manager showed us three room types and let us choose for ourselves.
The hotel's restaurants are some very professional products, not losing to other restaurants outside. There is a very large outdoor pool, where many people swim in the sun during the day.
The hotel also offers free pick-up and drop-off service, no matter how you get to the island, they will pick you up.

Turn right from the hotel and walk along the road for about 5 minutes to the roundabout. There is a Shell gas station on the side of the roundabout. Walk down from the intersection of the gas station and you will reach the center of the town. This road is downhill. You can take pictures while walking. The scenery is beautiful. . Beautiful pool and restaurant area, kind staff BUT:
- first level rooms are small, without any great features
- breakfast variety was very poor and buffet difficult to navigate (still didn’t find cold milk after 5 days, only one choice of hot dish - a local pie with strong cheese in, only one / two choices of cakes)
- some smell in the room from the toilet pipe and one recurring issue with safe loosing its power
- not too far from the city but having a transportation mean is must as transfers are very very expensive in MykonosSOLD OUT

Very friendly and attentive staff. Efficient Check in with welcome drink even in the evening. The whole hotel is designed in white, trendy and is stylisch with nice Accessoires everywhere. One of this hotels that welcome you with open arms and happy to kick you out when you leave on your knees. The pool staff were pleasant as was housekeeping but reception need a pep talk and more training as to how they come across asking for TIPS, TIPS, TIPS....I would only stay here again if I had no other choice SOLD OUT

The hotel is very clean, quite and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially Ana, who assisted us and was exceedingly dear. The only downside was the bathroom (quite small), where while taking a shower, the water ends up wetting the entire floor.SOLD OUT

In the middle of no where. It's great for self-driving tours, but it's inconvenient without a car. There are few buses to town and taxis are expensive.
The breakfast is OK, but there is a lack of delicious hot food.
I think it's wise for it to join the Hyatt Group, otherwise I would never think of booking it.
I guess I must try another cliff hotel next time I go.SOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the central intersection of the town, there are supermarkets, restaurants, car rental points nearby, all available, very convenient. On the balcony of the room, you can see the sea view, windmill, town view, charming scenery. The hotel is also very clean, cleaned on time every day, the pool is small but exquisite, the breakfast style is not too much but the taste is good, not very salty, suitable for our taste. You can ask the hotel to help you arrange a car transfer to the airport or port, not free, but cheaper than taking a taxi. However, the water in the hotel room is free on the first day, plus a fee.SOLD OUT

The perfect location, you can rest as soon as you get off the boat, it's quiet and relaxing. It's very close to the town, and the walk is beautiful. There are several small beaches to go to, and there's a big beach on the other side of the walk.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic and offers great views and good connections to the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there were some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. Compared to other 5-star hotels, the cleaning was not sufficient. The bed linen and towels were only changed once during our three-day stay. On one day, the bed linen was just shaken up as if it had been changed, which was not the case. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. However, the offering could be a little more varied for a 5-star hotel.SOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of Mykonos Town, a ten-minute walk to the White Church, Windmill Group and Venice Water Village, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel's rooftop bar is superb, the view is good, and there are singers singing. Finally, the service is very good. Every day, the room is cleaned and bottled water is delivered. The female manager personally picks us up on the roadside and sends us, and helps with luggage. It is very friendly. This stay experience is very, highly recommended.SOLD OUT

The breakfast was rich. The service was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also very nice for taking photos. The scenery was also very good and you could see the sea. I booked this hotel because the air conditioner in the room booked by baba next door was broken, and there was no electricity before, and the transportation was inconvenient, so I directly booked the San Marco next door.
The design of the hotel is quite good, but the service is not very considerate, especially the glasses are missing near the swimming pool. I asked the staff at the front desk and the pool bar, and when they heard that something was missing, they immediately said nothing. ”Please, I just need your help to find it. I didn't say who is the thief.” The hotel staff didn't even ask a question or say help to find it.” Very disappointed. Although the hotel has a shuttle and a swimming pool, it is better than the baba next door, but the service quality needs to be improved. Compared with the service concept of a five-star hotel, you need to think about the guests.SOLD OUT

We arranged a transfer with the hotel which unfortunately was an hour late. After we arrived at the hotel the team went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Especially the F&B manager and the Reception manager. We did ask about transport options around Mykonos and strangely one of the front desk staff didn’t know any details about the water taxi that literally docks on the Ornos beach in front of the hotel. They should provide this information to all guests as it is a lovely way to visit the beaches.SOLD OUT

The place it self is very comfortable and cozy
But they are always understaffed so even if they do their best to help you you always have to wait for everything
The gym is always unclean and very small
The room are quite big but have no light blinder so in the morning you have to wake up when sun rise

This hotel was incredible and very beautiful. The service was next level and the staff were so friendly and did everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was close to the town, within walking distance. My room had a private pool and an incredible view over the ocean and the perfect location to watch amazing sunsets. We were arranged to an executive room with a sea view that was able to see the sunset.
The food in the hotel was average.
The swimming pool was very nice with a lot of seats for sun bathing.
Although some of the staffs were rude, perhaps it’s their way of speaking or culture.
There were shuttles to the city town or to the port though instructions were not quite clear.
Overall, quite a nice stay for a vacation otherwise.

There is also a private beach, which is really worth living. The only minor drawback is that there is no shuttle bus to the city at noon, only at 7 pm (but many restaurants are also open at 6-7).

In Greece, you must pay attention that children must be included in the reservation form, otherwise there will be too much trouble. The reception is also very nice!
From the Japanese, I couldn't find a hand soap, the bed comforter was cold with a fluffy cloth, and the dryer was not available well. You may feel uncomfortable, such as the coffee maker moving freely.
But the scenery cancels it. . !

- first level rooms are small, without any great features
- breakfast variety was very poor and buffet difficult to navigate (still didn’t find cold milk after 5 days, only one choice of hot dish - a local pie with strong cheese in, only one / two choices of cakes)
- some smell in the room from the toilet pipe and one recurring issue with safe loosing its power
- not too far from the city but having a transportation mean is must as transfers are very very expensive in Mykonos
