Had a good nights stay at the hotel. Did what was exactly required before we left Fiji after spending our time on the islands. Room was specious, clean and had had lots to offer with cooking/laundry facilities in the room. Even though we was staying the one night, the stay were very friendly and went out their way to ensure we had a great stay. The restaurant and bar area were also good for a short stay, with entertainment on at night. Would definitely recommend for a short stay like ourselves.From$128

The stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Firstly, good location despite the poor road condition (nothing had changed in 16 years since I left Fiji, still.libe Fiji and this isn't the hotels fault).
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
This hotel is in need of some serious renovations such as toilet/shower/fittings upgrade.
The aircon barely worked and the moulds in the bathroom are worse than 1 star. Please management do something about your amenities and fittings, they are NOT in a great condition. I can go on but would be better if the hotel management contacts me. Thanks.From$148

The road to the resort is a bit bumpy and nothing is really near to the resort (restaurants/ convenient stores etc.), so you will need to call a taxi every time you need to go out or get supplies. The room itself is not super bright and the furnitures were a bit wear out. The resort is literally on a beach, so do expect to have quite some mosquito whenever you are on your way back to your room, and it's also tricky for travellers with big luggages to carry their bags to their rooms, since there are few steps of stairs to the door of your room and the pathway is sand. However, if you are here for a short stay, I think it would be ok to look past that.
If you are looking to stay for a night in Nadi, and going to the islands for the next few days, I suggest looking for other accommodations in downtown Nadi, such as Nalagi Hotel. As we drive past other hotels such as Mercury Hotel, it seems like a motel as well, so it might be best to look for something downtown.From$30

The room was nice, simple and clean.
In particular, the customer service at this hotel was incredible. The ladies at reception were so helpful with how to get around Nadi using the bus system and also at making sure tourists like myself were not being scammed by taxis. Reception comes with a warm welcome, then the real thing started.
Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour.
In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you.
No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm.
There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables.
Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off.
There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed.
Water from tab is yellow.
Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others

Overall the room was average, slightly old and run down, tap was dripping and cannot be stopped.
However, shuttle bus was being able to pick us up from the airport upon calling from them straightaway which was good. The sign on the shuttle or on the staff T-shirt was too small. Could be better if it is more obvious like holding a piece of paper indicating the hotel name.

The beach is not good for swimming. Hideous how muchplastic and rubbish is on the beach. We picked up tons of rubbish every walk. There are plentyy bins around - nailed to palm trees, so it is pure laziness. This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but the area would be far more attractive if there was an effort by people to bin their rubbish.From$101

The one bedroom had all I needed and more. Comfortable big bed, huge shower. A full kitchen with all the essentials so I could cook my own meals. It is big and open plan apartment. A big TV in the lounge and bedroom. Everything was super clean and shiny. The washing machine was an essential and greatly appreciated. All the staff were just lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a security guard on site after hours. So you always felt safe. Secure parking on the premise behind lock gate….so my car was always secure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food.
The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating.
The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.
When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available.From$87

The two-bedroom, one-living room room is very clean and tidy, and there is no problem walking barefoot on the ground. The apartment is conveniently located, and the Burger King 160 meters away from the door is open until 12:00 midnight. The shopping center about 200 meters away has local supermarkets and Western Union currency exchange; there are also Chinese restaurants and ATMs, and mobile phone card stores, everything is available. The boss and the boss lady are from Beijing. From picking up at the airport to recommending itineraries according to our requirements, they also helped us contact local drivers for chartered cars to play. They are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The recommended trips are all very fun trips, and the recommended restaurants are also authentic and delicious, all of which are great. They also took us to the market to buy vegetables and seafood, which are cheap and good. Let our first trip to Fiji be fulfilling and wonderful. If you want to experience a real trip to Fiji instead of just playing in resort hotels and beaches, and don’t know where Fiji is outside the hotel, this is a very good place to stay for Fiji tourism.From$81

Handy location right by the airport, perfect if you are traveling further and need to stay a night. Excellent food, recommend including the breakfast. Nice pool, kids loved the slide. If you are traveling out to Denarau it's $50-60 FJD (3 people) each way whereas the neighbouring resort has a free shuttle so worth factoring in when comparing the two.

|4.04km from city centerHad a good nights stay at the hotel. Did what was exactly required before we left Fiji after spending our time on the islands. Room was specious, clean and had had lots to offer with cooking/laundry facilities in the room. Even though we was staying the one night, the stay were very friendly and went out their way to ensure we had a great stay. The restaurant and bar area were also good for a short stay, with entertainment on at night. Would definitely recommend for a short stay like ourselves.
