After cleaning they left me a wet face towel. On asking for a dry one, again same lethargy and when followed up after 15 mins as still not come, Reception guy said ”What's your hurry?”

I'm glad I find this hotel on MMT. i never stayed there before but I took my chance after seeing pics on MMT and I'm happy that I chose this hotel. This hotel is in the heart of the city still very secluded and gives a private housing society type vibe. Rooms are not tiny, bathrooms are clean, hot water available 24 hrs. They have premises where you can relax with family and playground for children. Huge parking is also an advantage. Didn't try resturant but breakfast was okay. Its a huge property and the location is superb..We had booked Premium Pool View Room for 2 nights.. The room was much larger than seen in the pics..It was very clean and neat..It has a lovely balcony and gives us a view of both Pool and Lake..We enjoyed being in the Infinity pool surrounded by the mountains and the view of the lake.. Mr.Aniket Joshi , the Assistant ***ager , was very kind and helpful .He made sure that we had a very comfortable stay..He even arranged for a cake since it was my birthday and got our room decorated.. Thanks to Mr.Aniket once again for his humble hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. The staff was very kind and polite. The property is a very luxurious one. The breakfast was very lavish. We tried variety of food for lunch and dinner like Chinese , North Indian, continental , pizza past etc and every item we tried was very good and tasty. They have bicycles on rent. And indoor games like carrom, table tennis , air hockey etc One can easily go to the lake nearby either by cycling or in car.. its a beautiful view.. Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

The overall experience was good, rooms were in good condition, only housekeeping was little disappointing as they didn't do their job properly and hotel needs more parking area as during evening there is no space left to park the vehicle.
