The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety as well The only minor thing was that the aircon was leaking but immediately addressed by the maintenance, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon!”

The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, so we would recommend arriving with all necessary items in advance. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and well managed.

Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.

The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.
