This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in during my 1 month in Vietnam. The location was amazing and close to all attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had the egg sandwich both days of my stay. Beds were comfortable and room was very spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastic resort that is nearby the Van Long nature reserve.. you can rent bicycles and cycle there to take boat rides, then ride further along a scenic route to ruong cafe, where you can have coffee and tea in a beautiful rice padi field. Tip: don't take the rental bikes with racer bike style seats unless you like pain and discomfort Highly recommended for families. Spa and restaurant is very good.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable we slept so well. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They always took the initiative to assist us or guide us without us even having to ask, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. We were also lucky enough to spend Tết night here, and it was such a special experience. The owner was so generous and thoughtful they gave us lucky money and even organized a little celebration. It was such an attentive and heartwarming gesture that made us feel welcomed🥺 Highly recommend this place

When I arrived, there was no bellboy, and I had to enter with two bags by myself. I received a simple guide from the reception and entered the room, and the building was quite clean.. The ceiling in the room was high, so it was comfortable and the view was good because there was nothing to cover in front of it.. There are many government offices around, so it was very quiet, and if you want to eat or play, you can walk about 300 meters to the night market.

This hotel was a real mixed bag!  Some of the staff were exceptional whilst others definitely required more training; our balcony was left unlocked twice by the cleaning staff. Some of the drinks made in the bar were very poor and undrinkable. Reception staff were generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  The bar and pool area were grubby and there are definitely nicer choices in the area. The decor in the rooms and reception was very nice, but it was really let down by the pool and bar. There was also only 3 (conjoined) sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel.  Bikes were free and accessible which was great, but the location wasn’t great and there was nowhere nice to eat or drink in the vicinity.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is quite far out of the town so a taxi is needed to get to any restaurants or shops. The pool was great, clean and a great view. We tried to book a trip to the Tam Coc caves but the staff on reception could only provide a 7 seat car which wasn’t suitable for 2 people and was very expensive. A nice hotel, just a shame about the location and tours available from the hotel.

After four days in Ha Giang, we really needed a comfortable bed, and this place delivered. The room was spacious, the bathroom had good ventilation and strong water pressure, and everything felt clean and easy. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to Hoa Lu Old Town. You can also rent a bike easily and spend the day around Tam Coc. Breakfast was very nice. You can choose Vietnamese or Western options. We had pho on the first day and bún chả on the second, both tasty. Thank you for a great stay!

Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

Larger than expected, clean and good air conditioner. Very convenient to most scene here, can park in front of hotel.

The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅
