I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel's first floor is a casino, and it's quite fragrant. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. While you're getting your room card, the bellhop will take your luggage to your room in advance. The bedding is very comfortable and doesn't have any strange smells, though the bed is a bit high. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Excellent location, very close to the airport. I arrived at 7 AM, swimmingly, even though my check-in was after 2 PM. The staff kindly let me check in early for 1000 pesos since I arrived before my scheduled time. The location is near 7-Eleven, various restaurants, and grocery stores. There's also a pharmacy downstairs. Plus, there's a restaurant and coffee shop on the upper floor of the accommodation.

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

It's close to the airport, but it's inconvenient to use a car. The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. The front desk is very hard to find, the kind that belongs to the personal type.

The only potential downsides are the lack of breakfast and the 10-12 minute walk to the nearest metro station. If you use a taxi, everything's fine. The owner is friendly, as is the security at the entrance. Check-in is possible at any time, but you need to inform them in advance.

I am so glad that it is just across Parqal Bldg., where I had my biometrics. So convenient, although Im wondering why unlike Japans branches, this one dont have a complimentary tea or coffee and a shampoo and conditioner. They just have 1 liquid bath soap which you can use as shampoo and conditioner in 1. One concern is that, I lost my Muji pouch with my nailcutter, something for my allergies and a vaseline lip gloss inside the pouch which Im sure was left in the bed but they said nithing was there. Although Im sure I accidentally left it there. Could be the housekeeping attendant who cleaned the room was not thoroughly checking it or worse not honest enough to report it.

Booking via Trip.com is very reliable. Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at. If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. The complex also has two large swimming pools, and there are many malls and restaurants nearby. It's very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of rushing. I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

The hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.

The hotel is okay, but the surrounding area is a bit scary. There are a lot of bars nearby, which I wasn’t expecting. I went out to buy food for dinner, but it’s definitely not the kind of place you’d want to wander around at night. 😬 ✌🏻

THE ROOM IS SO BIG FOR US WITH MY FAMILY, IT HAS 3 ROOM THE OTHER ROOM WAS NOT SO COLD AIR-CONDITIONING BUT IT'S OK FOR US .. This is a brand new hotel that opened this year, so the in-room amenities are naturally new. It even has a small kitchen, but unfortunately, no utensils are provided. The room isn't as spacious as described (40 square feet). The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but the hairdryer is very powerful. The room faces the courtyard pool, yet the traffic noise from the main road outside is clearly audible. In the morning, I was woken up by the noisy splashing from the pool – the soundproofing is really poor. There aren't many shops nearby, but ordering from Foodpanda is very convenient. I really appreciate the thoughtful birthday decorations and the extra birthday cake provided. I'm very satisfied with that! 👍

2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient. Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow.

Excellent location, very close to the airport. I arrived at 7 AM, swimmingly, even though my check-in was after 2 PM. The staff kindly let me check in early for 1000 pesos since I arrived before my scheduled time. The location is near 7-Eleven, various restaurants, and grocery stores. There's also a pharmacy downstairs. Plus, there's a restaurant and coffee shop on the upper floor of the accommodation.
