Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. We stayed there for only one night which is why i can only give a brief review but the hotel staff were really polite and friendly. The price is also affordable and it is an ideal place if you want to stay somewhere for the night after a long train journey. The breakfast items were really limited which is why i did not eat there. But i think the hotel really maintained good cleanliness and hygiene. Although the amenities list said that they provide railway transfers, when we asked for it they insisted on getting a taxi or auto so keep in mind that some amenities might be there for show only. Property and good is good. Some of staff is very arogant, they raised an issue with me because i had a racing cycle of my daughter with me for her national tournament. I haven't face such a problem in my past regarding racing cycle.

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping

mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers
chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food
