The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us.
The staff is attentive, nice and helpful.
There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well.
There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders.

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.FromTRY 2,617

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Rest a week, quiet, quiet! In such a large resort there were almost alone. There were only a lot of people for the weekend. Clean every day. Very comfortable beds. There are everything in the kitchen, but the refrigerator is very small. The hotel is certainly tired, but we are not prudent, rested with pleasure. Especially after noisy cities. If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away.
Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day.
Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9.

We extended our room for another day, this time the trip to Dalat was postponed and we happily stayed for another day. We spent almost the entire day enjoying the hotel. Good massage. Happy hours until 2:00 pm with a discount. A large pool for those who like to swim. Afternoon tea on Fridays and Saturdays. Our room 202 was in building 2, with a beautiful view of the sea, the sound of the surf is heard even with a noisy air conditioner), just a huge terrace allowing you to relax and sunbathe without going to the beach or to the pool, and the room is practically not visible from the street, only on one side where the washbasin area is, you can see the neighboring windows .. only there were Roman blinds released, the other windows were not curtained at all. Such privacy suited us 100% - our most basic requirement for a vacation. Then a spacious room, not very far from the main infrastructure and so that you can walk a lot near the hotel, there are plenty of beaches, we went to the tourist area by taxi, used the Grab application, but there are also a lot of taxis waiting behind the hotel, we often walked back, we like to walk and stroll a lot. It's a pity that the hotel removed the bike rental service, they were old and not safe. But on the other hand, when we were on vacation, it was very hot, and you can ride bikes either very early in the morning or after sunset. We had an early departure and they packed us breakfast for the road (sandwich, egg, yogurt, fruit, water) We recommend the hotel. Two good big clean swimming pools. The first days in the hotel it was generally very deserted and wonderful - there were very few people, then they brought group tourists from the Middle Kingdom several buses, it became of course much noisier, but still good!
They take care of everything, help everywhere, at each pool and on the beach there is always an employee who monitors safety. There are sun loungers everywhere and there are always enough of them for everyone, you can always find a place.
There is a private parking lot where we left the rental car.
The location is excellent - there are shops and cafes nearby, everything is nearby.
We took rooms in a building with a sea view, a good building - it was not for nothing that we took it there.

I contacted the bus company, found out the actual bus stop location, and eventually made a reservation for a new sleeping bus, so I am leaving a review on the bus to Nha Trang safely. The sleeping bus I recognized stopped in front of the hotel, so I was able to get there comfortably.
