1. The hotel rooms aren't new, but the staff are all incredibly nice.
2. The hotel can help book buses to Ho Chi Minh City and other destinations, which was a huge relief since many drivers don't speak English well enough to pick up guests directly from the hotel. That's a great service.
3. I had a SPA treatment by the sea, listening to the waves. An hour cost about 100 RMB, which is much better value than in Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Overall, the hotel's dining isn't expensive and offers great value for money. I stayed at the resort for four nights and was very satisfied.
5. The hotel has a private beach, so you can head out around 5 AM to watch the sunrise, which was fantastic.From€39

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.From€53

The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.From€151

We have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.From€47

Overall, I liked everything. Convenient location, cozy rooms, daily cleaning, rich and varied breakfasts, two swimming pools with children's areas, a pleasant landscaped area with rich vegetation.
The beach is nearby, but there were jellyfish and stinging plankton in the water (we were there in April, maybe it would be different at other times).
Overall, I liked it!
Now about the downsides:
There is active construction on the western side of the hotel now, and if your building is on the western side, then daily noise from drills is guaranteed from early morning until late evening. It is not quiet there at night either, but at least without loud noise.
And here is another significant downside of this hotel - the pools close at 18:00 (!!). During the day, no one really swims there because of the heat, but when you return from excursions or a walk, you would really like to dive into the pool, but... they kick you out. I really didn't like that. In reality, 18 o'clock is very early, this is the first time I've encountered this.From€40

The hotel is very new, apartment-style, on a small hill. There are electric cars available for you to ride, or you can take the elevator to level 6. Go down and cross the road to the hotel's beach, which is suitable for people who lie down. It is in the middle of the red and white sand dunes. It is not very convenient for people like me who like to go out and play, so I can only rent a motorcycle to travel. Environment: I looked at so many hotels when choosing, and finally picked this one for its central location. The hotel environment is fantastic, with its own small private beach and white sand. I really loved the whole hotel, with beautiful scenery at every turn and lots of vibrant greenery.
Service: I'm giving 5 stars for service; everyone was so enthusiastic. I suddenly got my period, and a staff member at the front desk helped me buy what I needed, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Hygiene: The hygiene was good, and the pool was also very clean.
Breakfast wasn't super lavish, but it was enough to fill me up. I had omelets and Vietnamese pho both days. It was delicious. If I come back to Vietnam, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.From€43

Overall, it's a good hotel, we were there 7 years ago and wanted to come back.
Of course, over the years the hotel has become a bit tired. There is an unfinished construction site next to the hotel, which has spoiled the view of the beach. But the work is not being done and it does not disturb the peace of the guests.
We had a room with a pool, it is very cool and compensates for the sea, which is not very swimmable. The view from the room was wonderful and it compensated for all the shortcomings of the hotel.
But in this beautiful room the bath and toilet are outside and this is fraught with the appearance of guests from the local fauna in this place. Frogs came and hid in the toilet.
We got there in the days after the celebration of the local New Year, so in the first days of our stay there were quite a lot of people at breakfast. But the hotel coped well with the influx of guests.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but we were not hungry.
The hotel staff is quite pleasant and ready to help with any questions. The only thing that irritated us was the maids who came at 8 am to clean and waited at the door if we asked them to come later.
Also, one of the advantages is the tennis court, you can play for free during the day.From€32

We booked a Premier room with a sea view, but it overlooked an unfinished building and only partially the sea from the 5th floor. The restaurant food is quite good, though there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone. They do have their own loungers by the sea. The room has a fridge, hairdryer, kettle, and a balcony. There's a TV, but it doesn't work.
The hotel staff aren't very quick and aren't always polite. Issues at the reception weren't resolved immediately because the ladies at the front desk were always busy and asked us to come back later. They also couldn't help us with a knife or a corkscrew. Upon check-in, they ask for a $1500 deposit or to hold your passport.From€28

We stayed at this hotel 11 years ago and now we're back in a family room. The facilities themselves are certainly not up-to-date, and the renovations are both outdated and outdated. But the linens, towels, and robes are all clean and white, and the toiletries are good. I even got the shampoo and conditioner, and my bleached hair didn't stick out.
Breakfast was very crowded, but that's probably because of Christmas.
The grounds are nice, spacious, and beautifully landscaped. There are two swimming pools. A free 30-minute jacuzzi is reserved, but I didn't understand if that's per day or longer.
We took a taxi. It was 80,000 dong to Lotte, 110,000 to Surf4you, and 35,000 to the city center, where you can eat. I booked through the Maxim taxi app.
My husband was delighted with his stay. I prefer newer hotels. But the service is excellent.From€40

A wonderful hotel – small, cozy, and lush, right on the beach! A special thank you to the staff! As soon as you approach the beach and pool, they bring you a mattress and towels, and make up your bed – very quickly! They turn on scented candles in the bungalow every day, close the nets over the beds, and provide fruit and chocolates in the room! It’s an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Room is quite big and comes with a nice balcony, where you can have a beautiful view of the ocean and tropics planets. The beach is very clean and two minute walk away from our room, so it’s very convenient to get up in the morning and go directly to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only thing that I’m not quite satisfied with is probably the air conditioner in the room. The room feels hot sometimes and can make it really difficult to fall asleep. as expected of a 5-star hotel, the hotel was very clean with amazing amenities, including two types of pools and beachfront views. breakfast had a very wide and delicious spread, easily making it one of the highlights of the resort. the rooms were very well-furnished and well-maintained. service was great and welcoming as well, but I would note that we arrived at 11am and our luggages were left in the corner of the main entrance unattended for most of the day. when we came back around 6pm, they were still there, and after checking in, we waited for more than 15 minutes and the luggage had yet to be delivered up to our room. when we headed down for dinner around 6.15pm, the luggage remained at the main entrance which struck us as unsafe. while it was delivered by the time we returned from dinner, it was slightly disappointing, but not a dealbreaker for us. overall would recommend!!From€120
