we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean.
my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us.
The staff is attentive, nice and helpful.
There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well.
There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders.
It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.From€59

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.From€52

The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.From€154

The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.From€60

Overall, I liked everything. Convenient location, cozy rooms, daily cleaning, rich and varied breakfasts, two swimming pools with children's areas, a pleasant landscaped area with rich vegetation.
The beach is nearby, but there were jellyfish and stinging plankton in the water (we were there in April, maybe it would be different at other times).
Overall, I liked it!
Now about the downsides:
There is active construction on the western side of the hotel now, and if your building is on the western side, then daily noise from drills is guaranteed from early morning until late evening. It is not quiet there at night either, but at least without loud noise.
And here is another significant downside of this hotel - the pools close at 18:00 (!!). During the day, no one really swims there because of the heat, but when you return from excursions or a walk, you would really like to dive into the pool, but... they kick you out. I really didn't like that. In reality, 18 o'clock is very early, this is the first time I've encountered this.From€39

Go down and cross the road to the hotel's beach, which is suitable for people who lie down. It is in the middle of the red and white sand dunes. It is not very convenient for people like me who like to go out and play, so I can only rent a motorcycle to travel. We had a rest with friends from December 4 to 10. We really liked the private villa. But there is no sea at all and the waves did not allow us to get into the water. There was a black flag hanging all the time. If you want to relax, then you should go to the villa. If you want to swim in the sea, then this is not the place for you. The breakfasts are wonderful, there is a variety of fruits. The territory is well-groomed and very beautiful. But to eat you need to walk 700 meters along the road, there are 3-4 cafes in a row. We ate in the first one. We really liked the owner and hostess. Otherwise, you need to go to Mui Ne or Phan Thiet. There are streets with cafes there. By the way, the common pool is very shallow, apparently designed for the Vietnamese. On weekends, the hotel is filled with Vietnamese of all stripes. It gets noisy in autumn. Мы остановились в этом отеле так как в центральной части Муйне были сильные волны и купаться было опасно. Отель хороший, зеленая большая территория, чисто в номере и на территории, постоянно убирают пляж, вкусные завтраки. На берегу постоянно находится охранник, следит за порядком. Лежаков много и с ними никогда не было проблем. Есть русскоговорящий сотрудник Вова, всегда во всем нам помогал, огромное спасибо ему. Не очень удачно с заменой пляжных полотенец, которые на чистые можно поменять только на ресепшен, что неудобно. И конечно море. В этой части Муйне оно очень грязное от бытового мусора, хоть сотрудники отеля постоянно убираются но мусор все прибывает и прибывает. В то время, когда мы были в отеле была еще беда- медузы, вроде и не сильно жалят, но их было очень много. Что активно не понравилось - в отель на выходные приезжают на отдых местные. Они к вечеру устраивают вечеринки, выпивают, кричат, писают на газон и кусты... Мы пожаловались, что до 24 часов не могли заснуть от крика, но я сомневаюсь что будут какие то изменения. Одна радость с утра пришел сотрудник и скачал пол бассейна на газон и живую изгородь, хоть пахнуть мочой перестало. Мне вообще не понятно почему отель у которого такая огромная территория не может для таких компаний организовать зону пикников где то в другом местеSOLD OUT

The beach is nearby, but there were jellyfish and stinging plankton in the water (we were there in April, maybe it would be different at other times).
Overall, I liked it!
Now about the downsides:
There is active construction on the western side of the hotel now, and if your building is on the western side, then daily noise from drills is guaranteed from early morning until late evening. It is not quiet there at night either, but at least without loud noise.
And here is another significant downside of this hotel - the pools close at 18:00 (!!). During the day, no one really swims there because of the heat, but when you return from excursions or a walk, you would really like to dive into the pool, but... they kick you out. I really didn't like that. In reality, 18 o'clock is very early, this is the first time I've encountered this.

Лежаков много и с ними никогда не было проблем. Есть русскоговорящий сотрудник Вова, всегда во всем нам помогал, огромное спасибо ему. Не очень удачно с заменой пляжных полотенец, которые на чистые можно поменять только на ресепшен, что неудобно. И конечно море. В этой части Муйне оно очень грязное от бытового мусора, хоть сотрудники отеля постоянно убираются но мусор все прибывает и прибывает. В то время, когда мы были в отеле была еще беда- медузы, вроде и не сильно жалят, но их было очень много. Что активно не понравилось - в отель на выходные приезжают на отдых местные. Они к вечеру устраивают вечеринки, выпивают, кричат, писают на газон и кусты... Мы пожаловались, что до 24 часов не могли заснуть от крика, но я сомневаюсь что будут какие то изменения. Одна радость с утра пришел сотрудник и скачал пол бассейна на газон и живую изгородь, хоть пахнуть мочой перестало. Мне вообще не понятно почему отель у которого такая огромная территория не может для таких компаний организовать зону пикников где то в другом месте

The area around them is cleaned at a C. Well, if you find fault 😄 The pool is large and clean, in the evening they turn on the lighting, it's beautiful. Breakfasts are good, we had enough: scrambled eggs or an omelet, bacon, vegetables, fruits (delicious watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, bananas), delicious coffee, we had eggplants a couple of times, we really liked them, chicken and pork were also there. The hotel territory is large, cozy, green, 3 ponds with fish. The tiles of the second pool were replaced and renovated in our presence. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes away is the drugstore U Anton, we exchanged money there, got coffee and he always kept Shavet in the refrigerator for us 😉 next to it is a massage parlor and a laundry (30td for 1 kg). I definitely recommend the hotel!

spent almost all of my time chilling and enjoying at the pool overlooking that sea.
