Hotel near main road, if you go with children and use stroller it is a bit complicated due to the steep slopes due to the geography of the area, when you arrive they give you a welcome cocktail for adults (not very good) and ice cream for children , in general the breakfast is quite abundant and good, we were only one night for a connection flight, the international airport is about 1 hour

The staff were welcoming, especially the restaurant service staff, who were attentive and attentive. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. There are many restaurants around and supermarkets. The transportation is convenient, and there is a light rail for three minutes on foot. I also asked a Colombian barber to cut my hair nearby. The hotel can contact the airport to pick you up. The price is slightly more than 30 yuan more than a taxi, but it is safe and reliable, especially if you arrive late at night like me and do not know Spanish.

We stayed here and had our meetings in the day and wandering around in the afternoon and evening. Great location. Lobby, lounge area and rooms are nice and simple, good service including house keeping. No restaurant of bar in the hotel however there is one down stairs and all round. (McDonalds 200 feet away...) They have a nice breakfast buffet too.

This is a really nice place to stay in Medellin. The room was clean and spacious, the ladies kept things immaculate. Great rooftop restaurant and bar, the coffee shop downstairs was great, the swimming pool was nice too. I really liked Laureles barrio, good restaurants, Unicentro mall, easy transport. I will definitely consider staying here the next time I am in Medellin.

Absolutely perfect service. Laura, Gloria, and Victor at the front desk are really nice and accomodating. Always willing to help and friendly. Daimer was always available in the lobby to help with bags, or luggage, or laundry.... Rooms are super comfortable. Pool and gym are good, sauna/turco are a nice addition that other hotels are missing. I had the pleasure of meeting Diego, the manager and he is one of the nicest people I have met. It feels like they really care about your stay and want to make sure you are enjoying everything. Perfect location near the mall. Everything was great and I will be back again soon.

No tenía instrucciones.

Let me start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter wha Lt the situation, what time or anything else, they came running to help! Before I get into how gorgeous and accessible the place was I’ll start with the location. We were by everything you need and could think of. Almost all within walking distance. Groceries, pharmacy, liquor, BEST RESTAURANTS, barbers, you name it and it was there. The fact that everything was so accessible you wouldn’t believe as nice a place could coexist. But it does. We had enough room for everyone and the common pool area was the main hangout spot. Great spot to take photos. The jacuzzi on the roof deck was a great experience. As well as the other jacuzzi tub. Very fancy. It was great. Own bathroom and bedroom and affordable! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you again.

There is no doubt, on my next visit to Medellin, Novelty Suite will be a first choice. Highly recommended.

This is a recently opened hotel with brand new and modern facilities and excellent service! The staff in all areas are super friendly and helpful from the maintenance staff to the site manager. Check in and check out were very smooth. Beds were very comfortable and all areas were well maintained. They have a very nice roof top restaurant with wonderful views of the city and excellent food featuring local flavours with an up-level approach. They also serve the breakfast there! The chef Diego Ibarra, Aurelio, Luis, Brando and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

I stayed 7 nights. Starting positive. Rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped and clean. Most of the receptionists are welcoming, attentive and helpful. They fulfilled all my requests, including waving a (50% daily!) rate for a 4 hours late checkout. The chef is very talented: I can vouch for his pizza and dessert. Now, for the problematic aspects: location, noise, breakfast, and inconvenience. Location - I picked this hotel for personal reasons, aware of this disadvantage. The hotel is located a 15 minutes walk from, in one direction - the nearest metro station, and in the opposite direction - carrera 70 (center of life in Laureles). Noise - there is a wide atrium from bottom to top of the building; its fourth side isn't a wall, but a net/screen;all the staircase side facing the street is just open shutters. Result: all street and sky noises are LOUDLY heard all the time, including at the back side (where I requested a quiet room). The windows aren't noise-isolated. neither are the doors. Breakfast - A) service is unbelievingly slow. I once waited 40 minutes for my eggs and hot drinks. Reason: there are only two (nice but forgetful) waitresses. B) guests need to ask again and again for re-supplies at the buffet..... C) .....which is VERY basic and unvarying. There is a for-pay menu of additionals. Uncomfortable bed environment - A) Night tables are 50 cms from the bed, and unmovable. B) No USB sockets. There's an elec socket on only one side of the bed, 1.5 mtrs away. Result: no cellular recharge possible while lying in bed. C) No master switch for room lights near the bed. PS - in order to open the windows, one has to climb on a chair. Taken with the open-noisy structure of the building, it really seems as if human comfort was deliberately ignored in internal design.

Hotel Nutibara is located in the centre of Mendoza at 2.2 km of the bus-station. The hotel offers 56 rooms over 2 floors, indoor parking, outdoor pool, restaurant & café, and a poorly equipped gym. The hotel is outdated but is still pleasant. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with view of the pool. Our room was adequately furnished and decorated, with a good double-bed & bedlinen, ceiling-ventilator, TV on the wall, mirror-cabinet, air-conditioning, wardrobe & safe. We had a small separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower over the bath. All was clean. Windows can be opened and have shutters. There is substantial traffic noise. At the nearby corner is a bus stop and traffic lights. Busses stop and accelerate from early morning till late at night. The breakfast is modest: pastries, toast, butter & marmalade, croissants, fruit & orange juice, cups of cereals, milk, tea & coffee. Scrambled eggs and espressos are extra. We found hotel Nutibara comfortable and we had a OK stay.

I originally had booked with Ayenda 1234 Imperio 70. I had arranged a driver to pick me up as I arrived late at night. When he parked in front of the Ayenda I begged him not to leave me at that place. There had been a soccer game in the nearby stadium and there were people drinking, smoking pot in the street by the dozens. I did not feel safe. He took me to the Hotel Bolivariana Plaza. I spent 2 nights there. The room was very small, tiny, but it was very clean and the window faced a hallway, not what I expected but the location was much better than the other. It is a quiet street. Breakfast is included. I throught I could stay for the rest of the trip but they were fully booked OR I could move to 2 different rooms. I decided to move and for the same price I stayed at a much better hotel, way better. It has very nice hand painted signs all over, very inspired for self-confidence. I loved each. Breakfast has not a great variety but it is a good breakfast. It is served, not a buffet. Very basic and you have a choice of coffee or hot chocolate, which is nice because I don't drink coffee. That is where I first had an ”arepa”. Unfortunately I have an intolerance for corn, it just stays in my stomach all day, so for my second breakfast I declined the offer of arepas. I am very greatful for their hospitality and for taking me in that night so late without a reservation.

The owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Whole place was clean and comfortable. We opted for private bathrooms but there are cheaper rooms with shared facilities. There are communal areas. Lots of information pinned to the wall. The laundry service was very good. Our room was on the roof so got extremely hot late afternoon/early evening but there was air conditioning. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is clean and comfortable and in a safe area then I would recommend here. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby plus metro within walking distance.

This hotel really is not suitable for tourist at the moment. The first time I stayed here in 2020 it was it was fairly good, the second time there were problems and now ONLY problems during the 4 days I've been here. During that time the water has cut off THREE times ! Today it cut out towards end of my shower. I had to go downstairs to the reception cloakroom to shave and clean my teeth etc. The man at reception told me he'd fixed it.  I went back up to my room and it wasn't working, even though it was on in other parts of my floor, but not in my room !? Back down to reception, back up to my room with reception staff, finally working ! The first night there was no TV signal. I've noticed that staff turnover is very high, the reception staff seem very indifferrent and even demotivated. When walking into the hotel thry don”t even pay attention to who you are !? I could be anybody, what about security ? The breakfast staff are nice but the service is somewhat chaotic ! You have to ask several times to get what you ask for. They seem to work in a panic instead of calmly, and taking away things I haven't even finished ! Example, I asked for Cornflakes with milk. The first time I got Fruit Loops with hot milk (!?) and said they didn't have any Cornflakes. I asked them again, so they went away and found some ! Then they brought me back Cornflakes with yogurt ! Finally got cornflakes with cold milk on 4th time of asking. Small thing but annoying ! 2 days ago they were bashing, hammering and dragging tables ALL DAY and into the evening above my room, for some function they were organizing. It doesn't take all day to do that !! Today again there was some hammering going on from 7 AM on a Saturday !! The hotel staff always smile at you snd say everything is OK etc AFTER the problems happen and try to appease you etc. but the guest here comes a very distant second !! Threy need to avoid or if not possible predict and at least INFORM YOU first about work going on, water being cut off etc, and have at least SOME respect for the customer !! Maybe Colombian people tolerate those things more ? But at the moment this hotel really isn't suitable for foreign tourists. I noticed I'm about the only one there at the moment, maybe its not a coincidence !? Very much doubt I'll be staying here again !!!

We would have rated this hotel at 5* but a checking out issue spoilt the whole stay for us! Yes the room needed a little attention - the shower nozzle hung down out of the ceiling, the shower handle came off the temperature regulator every time you adjusted it, the toilet seat kept falling down & had to be held up for me (male!),, the toilet itself was not fixed equi distant in the space between the shower screen & the wall & made sitting on it uncomfortable as you would then be squashed ........but none of these were major & would not have impacted our stay very seriously. We enjoyed the breakfast & the staff, generally were very good & helpful Upon checking out, we left a 50,000 COP tip. Then, On getting into our taxi, we were called back to be told we needed to pay 50,000 COP for a ”broken door key card”. The previous evening the door card did not work & it was replaced with nothing at that time being said. Now apparently we had ”damaged” it I refused to pay & said if they wanted the money to take it from the 50,000 COP tip I have stayed in hundreds of hotels using electronic key cards & if they ever had a problem, they were reprogrammed or replaced without issue Never have I encountered this situation before & I was annoyed & very disappointed that after a great stay, this was how it ended. As I said, this would probably have been a 5* review.....

We just came back from our 2nd stay at Morgana Suites, another GREAT stay! The view is FABULOUS and everyone working at the hotel are very accommodating. I see they made some room upgrades and WIFI was much better this time! Beds are very comfortable, room is very clean and spacious and we were very happy here! Breakfast is very delicious and plentiful, love the fresh juices and fruits, lots of selections for everyone, hot and cold items. We are already planning another vacation to Medellin and will stay at Morgana Suites again, we love the taxi driver Juver, we use him for airport pickup/dropoff and also for a day trip to Guatape, plus rides in between, he is very safe, good driver and reliable, we consider him a friend! Thank you Morgana Suites for another great stay, we will be back!!!

The hotel is very good, very small not to recognize you, your good location, your good rooms, beds, bathrooms, staff friendlyness, breakfast etc, that will never be in doubt. The air conditioning console is not located just over the head of my bed, but you can choose to open the windows of the room and all right and all fresh. Unfortunately, the drug that other people smoked in a room under my room was putting the smell and smoke into my room and that was all the time report this at reception and the second see the miss offering to change my room, What I do not need since the occupants retired. But this I had to bear it for two days, where the anti-tobacco and anti-drug policy of the hotel is, I was not reached an excuse for the establishment as it is, here nothing happens, absolutely nothing, The hotel has its rules and must ensure comfort and protect your customers while you are in your facilities. I hope they improve the darkness and darkness that is on that stairway that leads to the hotel from the Poblado Avenue, that must be well illuminated at night is a stairway, well I said thank you and improve.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast could vary a little more, but what they serve is rich. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping centres. The friendly staff and is located in a good area with excellent views!

Great hotel great location and service is simply the best I’ve ever seen. The hotel is well located. It’s beautifully remodelled the rooftop bar there’s also a big island of the hotel. Breakfast was included which was great but what I love the most is that every room is beautifully remodeled, and a very intelligent use of space.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days in room 506, the hotel seems to be a little old but try to keep up to date to meet at least the basic needs of your guests. 1- The very careful reception staff and checking time take not more than 15 minutes, every day we asked the staff of the front of a recommendation of tourist sites to visit even though we already had a list at hand that We're armed before we leave home! After 7 days of being in the hotel and asking every day any recommendation to visit; one of the boys at the reception has extended us a book or guide to the city of Medellin😂😂 I suggest you make a small furniture and put the 2- The lift is old as from the 60s I think it is time to put a new one for safety issues especially if guests have children. 3- The rooms that give the main street are very noisy in particular the 506 and 505, I learned all the songs of the bar in front of the Karaoke. 4- The staff or keymaster did an excellent job since they kept my room very thin, my coffee shop was not served, the safetybox had no batteries, no refrigerator and no plates, I think everything is to be asked for me to understand how guests take everything when checkout. 5- The restaurant is a conference room, one day they made us breakfast in a small room next to the lobby because they had already a very early event all day, I think they could give a tortilla more at breakfast, If you ask for a extra charge you,in my case as they realized I would stay at the hotel for 8 days they didn't charge it!! 🤔🤔 6- The place where the hotel is seems to be very safe and near the metro stations.

The location was a bit of a walk from the Poblado area, through a slightly isolated part of Medellin, so be careful about walking by yourself late at night. The room itself was quite basic without any water or air conditioning. But honestly the service was exemplary, with a very warm and helpful staff that even allowed me to store my bag for an entire day after I checked out, which was much appreciated! The people at this hotel really made me feel quite welcome, so I can recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay near Poblado but in a more peaceful area.
