The Air Conditioning didn’t work and the clerk wanted to charge me more for a room that had a working air conditioner. I was so disgusted that I went to another hotel. Beware!

Conveniently located about 100 feet from parque lleras and not noisy at all. Very well kept property. Friendly staff. Laudry service is very good. 24 hour front desk attendent. Very safe place to relax. Only thumbs down is the free breakfast. Lets just say, i went out for breakfast. Not a good selection at all! Completely disappointed in the breakfast. Other than that, it was a comfortable place to stay.

~ AC does not work so my room was hot all the time
~ A lot of molds in the bathroom
~ Rooms had no window views

We did like the hotel but on the weekends it's too noisy. Besides that, very good service and the room was always clean.

The hotel and their staff was exceptional! They are very accommodating with out request! Breakfast was good for the price, and she even makes you arepas and eggs at your request. The only con was how noisy the neighborhood was but it was so central to where we needed to go that it was fine for us!

The hotel is modern, clean, and with AC. Perfect for solo traveler; the rooms are tiny but worked well for me. Can leave luggage in storage!

Customer service was terrible, the receptionist was a rude, unhappy man, for sure, an unhappy worker .
