Staff at check in were more than happy to help us with our bags after a long days travelling and take us to our room. We had a pool access room and it was very clean and also nice and spacious, it had everything you would need in there.
The pool was lovely and never busy, the private beach was a short walk and had a beautiful view and wasn’t busy whilst we were there.

As a Japanese guest, I had a wonderful stay here! There were very few Asian guests, which really suited my travel style. The hotel has several pools and a perfect location.
It’s true the hotel is on a very steep hill—it was tougher than I expected, so I mainly used motorbike taxis. Honestly, I think the slope could be dangerous for kids, elderly guests, or anyone not used to physical activity. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.
I loved how peaceful it was without children around. The pool bar was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect—I almost don’t want this place to become too famous! Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, though I did meet one chef and one waiter who seemed unfriendly. Luckily, other staff members made up for it with their warmth.
At check-in, the young woman spoke English with a strong Thai accent, which was hard to understand. I recommend asking them politely to speak slowly—it helps a lot. At check-out, however, the staff member spoke very clear English and was extremely kind.
Overall, this hotel was amazing! The few negatives didn’t matter at all. I will definitely come back again!FromHK$1,229

Front of house staff were always professional and friendly no matter the time of day. Not a single fault for any of them
Breakfast (Halal) was always spot on and they offer you an omelette or scrambled eggs with whatever additional ingredient they have available. It’s enough to start your day.
The hotel is in a prime location, Junceylon mall is literally 2 min away by walk and Patong Beach is roughly 10 mins if you walk down the road ahead where the restaurant “Oggi” is. (Which I highly recommend)

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The property is surely breathtaking. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had booked a round-trip airport transfer and was provided assistance when departing from Phuket Airport by the airport representative. Anton helped us get checked in to our airline and dropped off our luggage. This was a nice touch provided by the hotel. We booked a partial ocean view pavilion. The room was very clean and modern. The decor makes the room feel comfortable and each room has a private pool. Attention to detail is top notch and is what sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at Red Sauce was exceptional as there were plenty of food selections to choose from. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors during breakfast. Sitting outdoors will grant you a view of the pool. The dishes we ordered from the a la carte menu came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The rooms are nice and laid out well, I preferred the Mountain View. The cleaning staff were lovely and helped fix an issue with air con very quickly. The feeling of a local five-star hotel is that I feel it is just average on the first day, not as modern as an international chain, but after staying for a few days, I found it very convenient and friendly. The hotel's meals and the beautiful scenery of its cliff restaurant can be said to be the best hotel I have stayed in Phuket, because most hotels in Phuket say that the sea view rooms are not actually facing the sea. Big compound and rooms might be recently refurbish, new and thoughtful with umbrella, slipper, double pillow, and etc. Our pool access room is right in the middle assessable to whole resort. Staff are kind and good manner especially the front counter staff by the name of Lily, she is friendly and can converse well in Chinese. But the crowd are 90% Russian and I hardly see Asian there. Also, they give small token to kids who completed a simple mission. Good job! Only drawback is the lady at the spa counter is not very friendly. I have mixed feelings about the hotel. On the one hand it's in a good location, on the other it is quite dated. The rooms I stayed in were nothing like the photos, and though I paid more for a better room I got a dated, slightly dusty room. The food in the restaurant was not the best, and the decor was quite outdated. The rooftop bar and bar tender were EXCELLENT and the sunset was magnificent! If the owners spent a bit of money to revamp the rooms and/or leaned into the old-fashionable kitsch of some of the rooms, it could be cute. We really love their cleanliness of the room . They actually made up our room daily. Hotel located near everything which we appreciate too ! Beach shopping mall e food massage near night life . They gave us a room located at 20th floor so the music in paying area are not heard unless u go out to the balcony . The breakfast is so so . But staff are friendly and smiling always . I think the only thing not nice is that there is always a traffic congestion around us so if u are taking taxi then it is almost always more expensive unless u dun mind to travel by motocycle . We stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times.
The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation.
There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step.
The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed.
There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked.
On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile.

I booked this hotel mainly for my daughter’s birthday, drawn by the kids’ splash pool — but it was closed the entire week without any prior notice, explanation, or alternatives. This was a big letdown, as the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel.
On arrival, the lobby felt temporary and cheap, but it didn’t affect our stay. Our first room had a strong smoke smell despite a non-smoking request, though we were later moved to another clean, spacious, and comfortable room.
Service and communication need improvement. The TV promoted spa services, but no one answered the phone. I went down personally, only to be sent to a closed spa. The service was eventually found in a guest room with just one masseur. Housekeeping was slow — an iron took over an hour — and room service also had long waits.
We requested birthday decorations (not fulfilled), though a birthday cake was provided. Staff were friendly overall, especially at the restaurant.

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel.
The beach is a short walk away. At first I was unsure about walking along the road (not knowing Thailand), but it’s doable — not too busy, some lighting. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to the beach or back up to the rooms, though it didn’t run that often.
Breakfast was impressive, with a mix of local and Western options. The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily. I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well.
We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show. Wi-Fi was solid. Staff were friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humour. Mostly families staying when we were there. Noise wasn’t a problem, aside from the usual Thai birds calling out in the mornings.

Great view and nice interior but the toilets in both locations were old and small. The restorant is good with Thai and chinese cuisine. Can rent motorbike for 500thb a day. But actually is not needed because you can walk and get around the 3 main beaches in 10 minutes. They give a trip for sunset that was really nice one. The beach is nice but need to were shoes to get in cos of the coral till you get out in open sea and after that is nice snorkeling around and see fishes and starfishes. Anyway 2 days are enough.

It’s true the hotel is on a very steep hill—it was tougher than I expected, so I mainly used motorbike taxis. Honestly, I think the slope could be dangerous for kids, elderly guests, or anyone not used to physical activity. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.
I loved how peaceful it was without children around. The pool bar was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect—I almost don’t want this place to become too famous! Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, though I did meet one chef and one waiter who seemed unfriendly. Luckily, other staff members made up for it with their warmth.
At check-in, the young woman spoke English with a strong Thai accent, which was hard to understand. I recommend asking them politely to speak slowly—it helps a lot. At check-out, however, the staff member spoke very clear English and was extremely kind.
Overall, this hotel was amazing! The few negatives didn’t matter at all. I will definitely come back again!

There are a lot of stores nearby and restaurants also some bars. If you want to go to the beach you need to take motorbike that they also rent there so thats nice.
The sea is actually very near the hotel but i dont recommend swimming there.

There is a veranda, it is nice to sit in the evening. Small and clean hotel, friendly staff. The location is good, the beach is 5-7 minutes away. You need to go straight, through a small vacant lot behind the gate, this is the fastest way. In general, the beach and the place are very quiet, ideal with children, there are almost no waves, the cafes on the beach are good, there is a tops supermarket and a laundry nearby.

Located in the Laguna villa area, the courtyard with Tibetan wind, the daily carefully maintained view, the floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole wall scatter the morning sun into the room, the oysters on the tatami mats and the small table brought me back to the room after my daily play to bring peace. The most amazing thing is that there are no mosquitoes in this hotel and the powerful positive energy is amazing. (If you get stung a few bags on the noisy patong beach, you know what I'm talking about)
Of course, the most important thing is what kind of person you can meet. The shy little girl who delivers breakfast every day, the neat and thoughtful beauty manager, the hotel offers the perfect Thai antique massage (a combination of skill, strength, experience and focus). The morning of the last day, because my boarding time was very early, and the night before, I was still enjoying the sunset at the beach and didn't want to go back early. The Thai guy who contacted the hotel through the hotel came to the hotel to help me with the return of the car at 6 o'clock in the morning.
Looking forward to enjoying the time here next time I go to Phuket, I will definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Phuket.

1. The unbeatable Andaman cliffside ocean views, complemented by the Santorini-style tiered terrace rooms, are simply breathtaking. The daybeds on the terrace are perfect for lounging and completely unwinding.
2. Photographers will be absolutely thrilled! The hotel is full of incredibly photogenic spots. They even provide an official photo-op guide upon check-in, which is a really thoughtful touch.
3. The beach is long, expansive, and features beautiful fine sand. It's clean and well-maintained, with excellent safety measures in place. The only minor downside is that it's not a private beach, but hotel guests are thoughtfully provided with complimentary beach chairs and towels by dedicated staff.
4. There are plenty of attractions and activities nearby. While browsing Google Maps, we found numerous viewpoints, cliffside cafes, and even snorkeling spots. However, we were too comfortable just relaxing at the hotel to venture out and explore them. For those interested, there's definitely a lot to discover in the area.
Cons:
Overall, we were quite satisfied, with very few complaints. If I had to pick one downside, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There were limited hot dishes and Thai options, and not much variety day-to-day. It seemed to cater more towards Western preferences.

|17.03km from city centerI stayed for 1 night. Had to take another room for my family which was a Deluxe room. The breakfast was very limited and basic except for maybe the live cooking station. It has no room service late at night and also no Bell Captain and there are very limited ramps ie one has to carry baggage over stairs in many places which is kind of inconvenient for larger bags. Both the hotel rooms ie Superior and Deluxe were decent sized with the Delxue room having a better equipped bathroom as well and being larger so that one could accommodate a guest of two. The pool and pool bar were decent. Would i stay here again, probably not since we were better off in our Hotel Apartment that we had booked earlier for our trip and this was a one day stop gap arrangement. Overall the staff was friendly and cooperative.

(Though I had emailed well in advance to request a room with a good view, unfortunately, many trees still obstructed it.) I also observed that the sea views from rooms assigned to other guests, particularly Westerners, appeared to be better than those given to Chinese visitors.
The breakfast was quite a generic Western-style spread; after four days, I was completely fed up with it.
There were no convenience stores or supermarkets like 7-Eleven nearby, so food delivery was the only option.
On a positive note, the service was excellent. Even arriving at 1 AM, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with the check-in process.
