This was a lovely hotel and had one of the best roof pool so if you looking for a hotel with an amazing roof pool in Phuket Pa tong this is the one ! The lady manager was extremely focused and showed excellent leadership to her team. They gave me extra time to check out and were patient and understand with me as I missed the date of of check out ! And later broke my perfum and couldn’t find my charger but then made sure to find it before I left

We absolutely LOVED this hotel!! The food was insanely delicious — oh my goodness! In-room dining was tasty and affordable. The hotel is Muslim-friendly, very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Getting a Grab was super easy. Whatever you need, just ask — the hotel staff will gladly help. We truly loved our stay and will definitely come back. Very family-friendly and honestly… PERFECT!! ❤️

Environment: The hotel is ideally located with a street full of massage parlors right outside the front door, and direct access to Karon Beach from the back, offering both lively and tranquil options – very convenient. Hygiene: Despite being a sea-view room, there was absolutely no musty smell, which is quite rare and impressive. Facilities: The only downside was the air conditioner or dehumidifier, which made a huge noise on the first night, disrupting my sleep. Then, on the third night, I turned off the lights before sleeping, and woke up to find them on by themselves – it was quite spooky! 😟 Service: Warm and friendly.

I have stayed in Indigo Wireless Road Bangkok so was expecting a similar experience. I booked a suite as I had an operation the following day. I was unaware that Patong is a mini-Pattaya and Indigo Phuket is a party hotel. When I told reception that I couldn’t sleep because of the noise - see the attached sleep chart, they shrugged. I had booked and paid for two nights. I left after one. Reception happily informed me there could be no refund. Lesson learned. The Indigo Patong brand is a poor reflection of the hotel in BKK and the IHG brand. Avoid if you’re not going to be partying all night. They don’t care whether you can sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Phuket! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect—right on a wonderful beach and there were few good restaurants around. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall. We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that, but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much. The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭

The hotel's service, room size, and overall environment truly justify the price of just over 1000 during peak season. The breakfast and pool, in particular, were absolutely fantastic. I stayed at three hotels in Phuket this trip: a 5500 baht per night pool villa, an 1800 baht local specialty hotel, and the SIS. Personally, I found SIS to be the best value for money and the most satisfying of the three. The hotel's service and the taste of the breakfast and dinner were better than the other two. The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk back to the hotel after exploring the surrounding area, which was a bit strenuous. Also, the rooms facing the road were a little noisy. Other than that, everything was extremely satisfactory.

We stayed at this property for a few nights, but unfortunately our experience did not match what is presented online, especially on Instagram. Due to the strong promotion and well-edited photos, we decided to book, but if we had to choose again, we would not return. One major issue was that the toilet and shower are located directly in the room, without any separation from the sleeping area, which was very uncomfortable and offered no privacy. Cleanliness was acceptable but nothing more than average. Breakfast was reasonably varied, although some items were repetitive. In the morning, the dining area felt overcrowded considering the number of guests. The beach across the road is wild and not very appealing. A better beach can be reached after a 10-minute walk past the rocks, but it is still a wild beach. There are no restaurants nearby, so a car is needed and walking is not recommended for people with mobility issues due to a very steep uphill road. The only real highlights were the infinity pool and the surrounding vegetation, which look nice but do not compensate for the other downsides. Overall, we would not stay here again. This experience taught us to rely less on social media presentation and to take negative reviews into account, even when they are fewer.

Pros: Good location it’s a couple of minutes walk to bangla and the beach. Very clean: cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to. Staff: friendly and helpful Room: spacious rooms, I had some specific requests and they were all fulfilled. Check in: I had an early flight and they let me check in early. Cons: At night you can hear everything from the rooms next to you The door: when someone’s knocks on the door next to your room it sounds as if they knocking at your door which can be very annoying at night when you sleeping especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. The don’t have room service for anything: so you have to go downstairs everytime of you need an iron or want to borrow a beach towel. Not so bad just a little bit inconvenient. That’s all , overall good hotel. I would recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again. I loved it.

Amazing hotel !  From check in to check out, everything about the hotel is brilliant. It’s not the biggest resort, but it’s quality throughout! Breakfast - nothing served buffet style! Everything is ordered from the menu and the menu is brilliant at Red Sauce restaurant ! Quality of food excellent! Our vegan family had high demands and high requirement of food with my vegan kids having a sweet tooth at breakfast. Every single dish - French toast, pancakes, waffles, crepes - all made vegan and not only were they made right but tasted delicious! My kids looked forward to their breakfast every morning - special mention to the pastry chef, the head chef and all the serving staff the service was outstanding! Rooms - we stayed at Garden Pool King Pavillion Room, I think we were upgraded to sea view room but same size. Family of 4 with day bed and extra bed setup for the kids, but it worked well for us. The pool in the room is a bit small! But the main pool is very good and right next to the entrance of the beach. Again beach bar - food service and drinks - were all perfect! Staff at the pool perfect, went out of the way to set us up each time.  Buggy service great! Kids club outstanding - a small sized kids club, when I entered the kids club on the first day I found it a bit small and thought my kids might get bored, but instead they were taught Thai Weaving, how to create paper, did pottery, gardening, and had fun in the outdoor area with water activities in the kids club! So the kids club is very well thought of, constant activities for the kids to keep them Engrossed through the day! Once again staff were great, really took good care of the kids all the time! Spa services - me and my wife used the spa 3 days out of the 6, again all treatments great, all therapist were outstanding, and they have a promotion which works well if you are a real spa person! So for me and my family we would rate the resort 13/10 if we could! As we were taken care of throughout our stay without any problem, wrong food type, service delays!  Amazing stay ! Will return to Rosewood phuket again surely!

**Patong Bay Hill Resort Review** *Stay Period: August 13-17, 2025* *Rating: 4/5 stars* My family and I recently spent four nights at Patong Bay Hill Resort with friends, and overall, it proved to be a pleasant hillside retreat with both strengths and minor limitations. **Accommodation & Location** We booked a pool access sea view room, which was impressively spacious. The bedroom comfortably accommodated our family of three, while the separate hall area could easily house an additional couple. The elevated location provides excellent panoramic views and delivers an authentic Thai local resort atmosphere that many guests will appreciate. **Service & Amenities** The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area. Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach. **Dining Experience** The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. We particularly enjoyed the chicken delight pizza, which had a charming homemade quality reminiscent of early Asian pizza establishments. **Physical Considerations** The hillside location naturally involves considerable walking and elevation changes. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate this as excellent natural exercise for cardiovascular health and stamina building. However, guests with mobility concerns should be aware of the terrain. **Recommendation** Patong Bay Hill Resort suits families seeking a hillside location with scenic views while maintaining proximity to Patong's attractions. The combination of attentive service, spacious accommodations, and convenient transportation makes it a solid choice, particularly for those who enjoy a more secluded resort feeling without sacrificing accessibility to local amenities. *Best suited for: Families, fitness enthusiasts, guests seeking authentic Thai resort experience*

I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious. The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. Coconut Village is an old favorite of ours in Patong Beach. Clean rooms and it's cheaper because it's not right on the beach but only a short walk to get there. Breakfasts are pretty good as is the pool and the little cafe attached. Get anywhere in Patong from here for 134 baht by Bolt which is cheaper than a tuk tuk and has air conditioned comfort. Desk staff friendly and attentive. It is a three-star -bordering on 4-star accommodation that is unbeatable for the price. Ten minutes walk to beautiful sunsets, water sports, restaurants and more.

A truly noteworthy stay! The hotel's courtyard boasts a beautiful green environment with a wide variety of plants. The pool water was also clean, with staff clearing fallen leaves first thing in the morning. There's a rich array of activities available at the hotel. In front of the hotel is a private white sand beach, which is very clean, and you can even go clamming during low tide. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection! However, the room's environment was a real letdown. The wooden structure inside gathered a lot of dust. The exhaust vent above the towel rack in the bathroom was completely caked with dust – it clearly hadn't been cleaned, which was quite disgusting. I can understand the yellowish water, given its hillside location, so I wasn't too picky about that. The TV was broken, but they quickly came to replace the screen.

Location: very convenient and easy to get to from the HKT airport, it’s about 10mins ride. Since it’s closer to the airport you would hear airplane sounds all the time but it’s fun to watch it time to time when you are at the beach! Room: very nice spacious room with a kitchen and balcony. We were able to relax at bathtub too. However we had many problems for our room. Shower and bathtub water wasn’t working and safety box too. Then phone kept ringing every few minutes, for some reason customers call came to our room which was super annoying. So we had to deal with them at the first night and we were not able to relax at all…but a manager dealt with sincere attitude and engineers came rough away and fixed shower problem which was nice. Reception manager called Narn was kind and nice he dealt the situation kindly and showed us a gesture of kindness. So we felt our stay was still lovely. Breakfast: There are great variety of foods including pastries, fruits and drinks. What I really like was that they change their menu everyday so we were able to tasty different type of food. We enjoyed it to the full and satisfied. Service: very nice stuffs with gentle smile and sincere and warm hospitality. They are all polite and kind. One time at the beach bar a girl kept telling me that I cannot order in room food service from our room so she kept telling me to come back and pay at the restaurant or bat which I did. But when I went back other stuffs told me I was able and order from our room..,that was quite inconvenient since it takes about 10mins walk from our room to the beach…so hope they can inform correct information to customers… But over all our stay was lovely with beautiful environment and clean ocean so we would love to come back here again if there is a chance!

Bang Tao Beach Phuket|7.71km from city center
We stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times. The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation. There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step. The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed. There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked. On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile. Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

I booked this hotel mainly for my daughter’s birthday, drawn by the kids’ splash pool — but it was closed the entire week without any prior notice, explanation, or alternatives. This was a big letdown, as the pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel. On arrival, the lobby felt temporary and cheap, but it didn’t affect our stay. Our first room had a strong smoke smell despite a non-smoking request, though we were later moved to another clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Service and communication need improvement. The TV promoted spa services, but no one answered the phone. I went down personally, only to be sent to a closed spa. The service was eventually found in a guest room with just one masseur. Housekeeping was slow — an iron took over an hour — and room service also had long waits. We requested birthday decorations (not fulfilled), though a birthday cake was provided. Staff were friendly overall, especially at the restaurant. Despite these downsides, we still loved and enjoyed our stay — the room was very comfortable and made up for many of the disappointments.

Breakfast was plentiful, satisfying my Chinese palate. The restaurants offered decent food at reasonable prices, but with a 10% service charge and 7% tax, the total became a bit pricey. The private beach had fine sand and clear water, perfect for swimming. The pool was more for playing around than serious swimming. We booked a sea view room, and since my son is quite tall, the hotel provided an extra bed without any additional charge, and even gave us breakfast for three. The service was really good. There are lots of little animals around, like a hen leading a flock of chicks, which is super adorable. A lazy rooster was resting in the lobby – it must be the happiest rooster ever! The back door leads directly to the beach, with sand as fine and soft as flour, and plenty of fish swimming about. We witnessed beautiful sunsets here, which I loved. There's a 7-Eleven, massage shops, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It's much quieter than Patong, making it perfect for families. The breakfast was quite rich, and we enjoyed it outdoors with a beautiful view – very pleasant. The sea view room had a spacious balcony where we could directly watch the sunset, which was very convenient. The only downside is that during peak season, the price is a bit high at 3500 a night. However, the room was very clean, and the air conditioning was definitely strong enough. The public areas are beautiful, I really liked them.

English communication was seamless at the restaurant and in the rooms. The bell staff and spa therapists could communicate on a basic level. There's a therapist named Lucky who gives amazing massages at the spa. The pool villas have some trees for privacy, but that also means some inevitable insects and fallen leaves. Soundproofing is decent and acceptable. Dinso's restaurant was a wonderful surprise! Three nights of dinner and room service were all delicious and highly recommended. January 28-29, 2026 Initially, I booked the Kata Sea Breeze Hotel, but then I saw it was only three stars and not particularly cheap. When I found out that Katathani had family rooms in the newly opened Bhuri Wing, which was perfect for our family of five, I immediately switched hotels. Upon arrival, the hotel surprised me by upgrading me to the Tani Wing, which is closer to the sea. We checked in right at sunset, and it was breathtaking! Although I only caught a glimpse and missed the full sunset, the view here is first-class. The Tani Wing is close to the beach, with coconut trees lining the garden, lush green lawns, and sun loungers everywhere – an excellent spot for relaxation. Plus, staff members prevent outsiders from entering, making it relatively peaceful. I highly recommend the Bhuri Wing's water park. It's newly opened and absolutely perfect for kids, with slides, pools, and a lazy river. The new facilities make it incredibly fun. Even if you stay in the Bhuri Wing and it's not beachfront, it's not a problem; you can easily access Kata Noi Beach from the Tani Wing lobby. The taxis waiting outside the hotel are quite expensive. For our transfer to Karon Orchid Hotel, which is 3.6 kilometers away, with five people and luggage, they quoted 300 THB. In the end, I used Bolt to call a seven-seater car for 211 THB, which was at least a bit cheaper. The last photo I took was of the W-shaped beach from the Karon Viewpoint, which I reached by walking a mountain path. It was a bit tiring to walk, but if you have a car, it's definitely worth a visit, and the viewpoint is free. The second-to-last photo was taken from the Kata Noi Viewpoint I passed by; however, most of the viewpoints along that route require you to make a purchase.

I chose this Pullman near the airport over the Pullman at Karon Beach because I had a 9:30 AM flight the next day. I was so impressed by the lobby and the stunning infinity pool with a view. In front of the hotel, there's a beach on one side and a cliff on the other. The ocean here is completely different from Patong Beach; there are no islands blocking the view, so it's endless. The water is incredibly deep blue, like the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing that was disappointing and frustrating was the exorbitant price of the Nespresso capsules. I assumed they would be free, like the tea bags and coffee in hotels back home. They charged me an 800 baht deposit for two capsules, which is about 90 RMB per coffee, and there was no price list or warning about the cost.

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel. The beach is a short walk away. At first I was unsure about walking along the road (not knowing Thailand), but it’s doable — not too busy, some lighting. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to the beach or back up to the rooms, though it didn’t run that often. Breakfast was impressive, with a mix of local and Western options. The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily. I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well. We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show. Wi-Fi was solid. Staff were friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humour. Mostly families staying when we were there. Noise wasn’t a problem, aside from the usual Thai birds calling out in the mornings. The beach itself is beautiful but overcrowded.

Patong Beach Phuket|14.6km from city center
Our only issue with this hotel that they put us in a deluxe room with bed very close to the bathroom. The bathroom is separated by glass wall very short and the top is open. Imagine being on honeymoon and you get stressed out about the smell coming from bathroom and noises too. They also charge for everything : laundry + microwave + etc

Location of the hotel was on top of a hill where you need to take a lift to go up to their lobby to check in Bell service, receptionist and Fnb staff service was friendly. We stay at a honeymoon suite where there is a big jacuzzi at the balcony with good privacy. They also provide a small bottle of shower gel for you to make up the bubble in the jacuzzi. Room was nicely decorated with rose petal and towel arts. However, room amenities was very basic for a suite room. They only provide 2 bottle of drinking water and a pack of chips. It was too stingy for a guest that pay more than 5000 baht for 1 night stay. The next day I was staying in Amari Patong and their amenities are way better. We take a room with a breakfast with a perception that this is a Gourmet hotel. However, it was a great disappointment. Breakfast was very basic and no variety.

Patong Beach Phuket|14.76km from city center
🌃 **Facilities:** The room wasn't huge, and the facilities were pretty standard, with a simple decor style. It had a balcony and a bathtub. 🚍 **Hotel Shuttle:** They offer shuttles to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which is super convenient, especially the 5 PM shuttle to Patong when it's hard to get a taxi during peak hours. 🥪 **Breakfast:** The breakfast in the main restaurant was quite good, with a wide variety of options and tasty food. 🏊🏻‍♂️ **Pools:** The hotel's room buildings surround three pools, one of which has a small slide. 🏖️ **Beach:** The beach isn't very big, maybe just over 100 meters. There are rocks when you walk into the sea, and you can spot small sea cucumbers, jellyfish, and little fish. We also tried snorkeling, but the waves were too big that day, so the experience was just so-so. 🐘 **Elephant Feeding:** To the left of the beach, facing the sea, up a pink staircase, is where you can feed the elephants. There are about 4-5 elephants, and it costs 1600 baht for one adult and one child. The staff were very friendly and even helped us take photos. 🖐🏻️ **Tips:** A deposit is required upon check-in, which can be paid by credit card or cash. WeChat Pay or Alipay are not accepted.
