awesome! B&Bs are more humane than hotels. The proprietress can speak Chinese and English, and she is very careful and patient to communicate and communicate with any questions. Before the reservation, I received so many praises, and it was not too cheap for nearly 400 yuan a night, so I booked a three-night twin room. After the check-in, the room on the second floor is given. The room is small, the ceiling is at your fingertips, and there are several intersecting beams that are quite depressed. The only window in the room was a stinking small ditch and toilet paper that was dropped upstairs. The only place to dry clothes, there are only three hangers, and drying a pair of underwear is not enough. The bathroom emits a strange smell, the glass window of the bathroom and the room is not well blocked, and the person who can bathe in the bathroom can be seen outside the room. The air conditioner remote control is bad. The air conditioner control panel that has been poked can only be switched, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The air outlet is facing the bed, and the cold air cannot blow to sleep. The water that is provided for drinking is the direct drinking water that the hotel itself fills. I don't know if it is not clean. The store is not willing to provide such cheap bottled water. It feels awkward. My friends and I forced myself to stay here for one night. I felt more sensitive when I was sleeping on the bed. I ate a loratadine and went to sleep after an hour. I slept very late the next day, because I didn't dare to expect breakfast at the hotel, just don't eat it. Since the room can't be changed, it can't be retired. I can't live. So I re-booked a nearby hotel with similar prices but dozens of times. On the third day, I came back late at night and went into the room to take the rest of the salute. I found that the towel used on the first day was not changed, the bed was not finished, the bottled water was not loaded, and the garbage bin was filled with the first day of garbage. In general, this hotel is not as good as the seven-day level in China, which seriously affects our mood to go to Thailand. It seems that in the future, the reservation cannot be too much to believe in the comment, nor can it be measured by the high price and high quality.

i stayed for 1 night in this hotel and the room is clean,comfortable,good facilities,and service. i've ask the receptionist if i can stay until 13.00 hrs in the room due to my flight is late and Ms. Pat from the reception is very generous to give a late check out until 13.00 that is amazing service. Incredible experience in an authentic Thai homestay. The family that owns and lives in this home is very kind and welcoming and do everything they can to help you feel comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but at the same time is only a short walk from restaurants, bars and street food.

I booked a single room at this hostel for the second time. Although I have to share a bathroom, I slept really well. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful. It's a distance walk to the BTS stations, but you can choose to go to either Saladaeng Station or Chong Nonsi Station.

A very satisfying stay in Bangkok, super large room, one bedroom and one living room at a preferential price! Like my own little home It's very hygienic and smells good. The boss cleans it very well. The details are well done, and there is an air conditioner in the cubicle. There are all small household appliances inside, including a kitchen kettle and washing machine. The transportation is relatively convenient. It takes about seven or eight minutes to go to Nuanshi. There is a spuperrich nearby, and it is also very convenient to change money. The only drawback is that the engine roars from time to time outside and we live on the fifth floor without an elevator. I am really satisfied with my stay at this price. I will come back next time. Soi Nana is all things to all men. The reverse side of the coin can be said of women on the soi. Lodgings don't offer better value than Swan inn2 Guest house in BKK. It's all there within and without. I stayed a week, in late March 2022, for 500 Baht per night. This produced a large AC room with a comfy double bed and clean linen, a TV, a fridge and a big shower room en suite. Decor and furnishings were an interpretation of retro-on-retro, but otherwise 100% serviceable and all that I needed to rest my head and recharge my batteries. Thai food? I was not disappointed. At ground level, they have their in-house eatery and it's good, very good... The staff were friendly, attentive and people-pleasers.

There are mixed reviews here about this hotel so I wasn't sure what I'd find. I needn't have worried. It is indeed, as some have said, a bit worn with some badly scuffed wooden furniture, but it's nothing that a trip to IKEA wouldn't fix. The tv was something from the last century (no flat screen or usb/HDMI ports), but really, who comes to Bangkok to watch tv. The practical things were fine - almost - and the room was large and clean, and there was a balcony. Aircon seemed to work fine, although for some reason it didn't appear to be as effective in the morning before I checked out. The bed was comfortable, but of course that is up to individual taste. What wasn't practical was that in the bathroom, by the sink, there were large containers of shower gel and another of soap, but nowhere in the shower to put them. Just a small tray for a hotel-sized bar of soap. No excuse for that and just plain silly. Another oddity is the hotel entrance, with a sliding gate for pedestrians to open before continuing to the entrance. When I looked on Google Street View to check its precise location it looked as if the hotel was locked and closed and I thought it was an old Covid-period view. As far as apartment hotels go, I have stayed in places twice as good but four times the price. Overall, I was impressed and it will likely be my regular place to stay in Bangkok.

The New Central Guesthouse hotel offers simple rooms, but for its price and location they are a gang. We have been staying in Bangkok 3 times, in the same area, and it is hard to find so cheap rooms in this part of the city and that are double rooms and above with air conditioning. The room has only one bed, a bathroom, towels, a pair of fine coats and a tie. The room and the bathroom are unconditioned, except for having a shower with a pressure that is a wonder and hot water for you need it in a warm country like Thailand. People complain about the location but even though it looks a little tettric the small street where it is located I think it is safer than the Kao San Road itself. The hotel is a very nice hotel, and it is a great place to stay in the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. Will defo be back here. I had a lovely stay here.

Looking for a couple of days in Bangkok, accidentally with his wife encountered this hotel, drew attention that the bar on the roof is!!! But it turned out that everything was much worse than we assumed, we thought the bar was only for the guests of the hotel! But for nothing we thought so, because everyone wants, people take the bar celebrate there. Birthday, etc. As a result we were set right under the bar! Noise is terrible, not to sleep until the hour of the night definitely won't turn out!!! The Internet works bad! But the rooms themselves are very good, clean!

Very quiet and great location on the back street of Chinatown. I was able to spend a lot of time with five families. The room we stayed in was on the third floor. Because there are only stairs, women with a lot of luggage may be a little difficult. It's a little disappointing that the hot water in the shower was almost water. While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. The only drawback is that the engine roars from time to time outside and we live on the fifth floor without an elevator. I am really satisfied with my stay at this price. I will come back next time. ที่นี่ตอนแรกก็แอบตกใจ เพราะโทรหาจากเบอร์ติดต่อที่พักจาก trip.com ไปติดกับเบอร์คนอื่นเลยติดต่อไม่ได้ เพราะจะถามทาง และไม่โชว์ที่ Google maps แต่ให้แท็กซี่จอดแล้วเดินถาม ที่พักที่นี้จะอยู่ชั้น 2 และ 3 ของร้านกาแฟ friends coffee ซึ่งมันยากเพราะไม่มีป้ายเขียน เราโชคดีเข้าไปถามพอดี ส่วนบรรยากาศห้องสวย โล่ง โปร่ง ร้อนนะตอนกลางวัน แต่อาศัยว่าเปิดแอร์แล้วก็พัดลมด้วย มีครัวและอุปกรณ์ มีโซฟาใหญ่ๆ ไว้ดู Netflix แล้วก็ส่วนใหญ่พวกไฟจะเป็นเซ็นเซอร์ บันไดจะเล็กและชันมาก ต้องระวัง แต่ด้วยความที่ไม่ได้เป็นโรงแรม พวกผ้าเช็ดตัวและเตียงนอนก็จะไม่ได้เปลี่ยน หรือทำเตียงให้ทุกวัน ก็รอจนจบทริป ส่วนที่ตั้งสะดวกดี และสงบจากคนที่คึกคักแถวเยาวราช อยู่ไม่ไกลจาก mrt เท่าไหร่ เดินทางสะดวกคะ

Good room, air conditioning, fridge, air cleaner, very narrow scale, lack of TV and lift, so bringing the bags to hand up to 5 floor made me a buffaloid Veneto, The room costs not breakfast, it costs a little high for Bangkok standards but not for those in the area where it is located. Relatively close to the Bang Na subway. Find easy, you have to go on the street leading to the Wat Bang Na Nai temple and look at the signs on the right, there are also grey gates. The numbers are minimal, but clean and new. There is a refrigerator, a conditioner, a shower with a toilet and a balcony exit if you can call it that. There is drinking water in bottles. The hostess is very positive, kind and speaking English. It is quiet at night and no one is preventing sleep. There are also consequences. The long way to the room (203) is on the corridor and up. From the tap for some reason only hot water went, although even turned off the boiler. What didn't expect was a hard mattress on the bed, a monastery, still a temple in two steps.

We stayed in a lovely family room with a master bedroom and bunk beds in the living space. The rooms was only the fourth floor (no lift). Staff were very warm and welcoming. Location is exceptional and very convenient - you can almost touch the MRT station out the window. (this however did make the rooms very noisy with trains, traffic noise - although they do provide earplugs) We were given a small gift for Christmas Day which was a very thoughtful touch. I had the impression from other reviews that a light breakfast was provided but this is not the case (perhaps my misunderstanding) but you can bring your own food to prepare in the shared kitchen. Biscuits and coffee available at any time. We would definitely stay again

After trying the hotel The Silver Palm nearby for a night and which will be my worst experience in 8 years of trip, I was hearted to spend a night in peace. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre, and is located in the centre of the city centre. The location is good, 12 minutes walk from BTS (Bang wa station), 11 minutes walk from MRT (Bang Phai station), these two stations are in opposite directions! There are 7-11, mini Big C, and a market near the hotel (both open in the morning and evening). Outside the 7-11, there are delicious banana pancakes for $50 baht at night. There is also a bar nearby~ there seems to be a resident singer on Saturdays (haven’t been there) The room type is a bit like a large suite, with a small balcony, but there is no hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush (remember to prepare it yourself), the bed is hard (I like it), and the plug is a universal plug, so you don’t need to bring an adapter. But if the voltage does not match, you still need to bring a transformer. The experience is comfortable, and you can refer to it. The hotel staff is based on Thai, so it will be a bit difficult to communicate in foreign languages, you can use a translator.

I originally booked for 2 nights, now been here 5, never want to leave, and have eaten some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life... breakfasts are 3 courses, different every day, and more like lunch or dinner. Ung is an amazing cook, and her and her husband Tak are lovely hosts. Yesterday's green curry with chicken & baby aubergines was better than the one in the Netflix streetfood doc, her barbecued pork melts in the mouth and is better than the juiciest bacon you've ever eaten, her Tom yum koong delicious, and how she can make a prawn omelette so fluffy and taste so wonderful is beyond me. And that was only 2 days of food (not to mention the desserts). The place itself is beautiful, calm, spotless - an old Thai wooden house, 2 stories, painted cream and green, with dark, polished wooden floors, full of interesting objects and beautiful old sepia photographs. My room has a little balcony with climbing pink jasmine and more that looks into the quiet alley and at night it smells heavenly. There's a fridge in the hallway with an endless supply of water in glass bottles, saving on money AND plastic. The courtyard is a little green paradise and I can hear at least 3 different kinds of birds and a gecko as I write this over the Tom yum koong. WiFi is fast, I have AC, an electric shower, the room is cute, big, though I know some of the others are quite small. I could quite happily live here for the rest of my life. The area is peaceful and safe. It's a five minute walk from Thewes Pier and a short ferry ride to both sky train and metro, a 10 minute bus ride from chatuchak market, 15 min walk from Khao San road (go once for a look, don't go back), and if you like a longer walk like me, to burn off the breakfast, the royal palace and Chinatown are about 45 mins to an hour on foot. There's a local market close by, at least three 7-11s within spitting distance, a local restaurant round the corner which is not bad but not up to Ung's standards, and at night a long chain of food stands along the canal that I've yet to try. If you're looking for party central this may not be your best choice but please don't look it over for the sake of a flat screen TV you can watch from bed. You could not regret coming here. And if you did, I'd say there was something not quite right about you. I love this place. Thank you Ung and Tak for making me so welcome.
