Booked a room for one night, arrived at the hotel from 4pm, and then the power went out at 5pm, we went out for dinner, deliberately strolling for a long time, fearing that there would be no electricity when we went back, and there was no call when we returned to the hotel at 9.30pm. Send a message to the boss. He said that it was about 9.40. He waited until 10.40 and there was no call. He said that the circuit was overhauled. The phone was about to shut down until 11 o'clock in the evening. We spent the accommodation fee to stay here in a dark room to watch the power outage. Circuit maintenance is unavoidable. The boss did not receive notice in advance. We also understand that it is not easy for everyone. We have been living for one day, and the power outage for most of the day has affected our normal accommodation. The power outage was from 5 pm to 11.30 pm, and the mobile phone had to be turned off and there was no call. It was originally a matter that can be solved by mutual understanding. . It’s not too much for us to ask the merchants to refund part of the money. After all, there is a power outage half the time, or at night, what do you say? ? ? Saying that we have been responding that there is no battery, everyone else is waiting without speaking? Shouldn't we as consumers ask? What else is it that you are downstairs, or we refund the money and leave, anyway, you can rent it to others? What is your attitude? Is this the attitude? We can also understand the circuit overhaul, but as a business, your attitude is really problematic. After staying in a hotel for so many times, it is the first time to give a hotel a bad review.
