Advantages: The hotel is in the island plaza mall, there is a supermarket downstairs, and the mall also has a restaurant, which is quite convenient. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor of the hotel and the environment is also good. The hotel is a family hotel, you can cook your own food. Disadvantages: The hotel guidelines are not clear enough. In a big shopping mall, I don't know where the check-in desk is. In addition, it is an apartment hotel, which is not cleaned every day and the bath towels are not enough to change. In addition, it’s a bit far from the attractions, but it’s still more convenient to travel by Grab.

This is a newly opened hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, very quiet, and free parking at the door. The most important thing is that the boss is very nice, very enthusiastic and speaks Chinese! The location is also top-notch, it is easy to find, and there is a big night market at the door. Pros: spacious and suitable for big families. Kitchen is accommodated with lots of utilities and super nice view. Excellent wifi connection. 12 minutes walking distance to Gurney plaza. Cons: Check in process was very hassle. Trip.com didnt expose name or phone number of guest names. We ourselves had to get the contact number from the security guard upon arrival. The staff appeared at sharp 3pm to pass us the check in card and carpark. Booked 12 3A but ended up we got 8 3A on the same day. Cleanliness was 3/5 as we saw cockroach at living hall. Aircond at master room was dripping throughout the night and it really disturbed our sleep quality. When we called the pic, she informed that technician has repaired in the morning.
