I stayed here in October 2022 for 1 week and I fell in love! The employees are all very nice and it's awesome that they offer you free breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety to choose from. The location is great- just opposite the Alhambra with amazing views all day and night long! Keep in mind that it's located in the Albaicin therefore a lot of walking is required, paths are uneven and steep. Good workout, though :-) The only downside is that the walls are very thin- this was not an issue except for one night when a very nosy couple checked in that was enjoying itself until 2 in the morning. Luckily, that was only one night out of 6, the others guests were much more quiet! I stayed at the room that has the bathroom outside the room- it didn't bother me but keep that in mind if you don't like that. Overall, I had a great time, good conversations with Flamenco Carlos ;-) and enjoyed the amazing views.

The icing on the cake here is the rooftop balcony, which all guests can enjoy, with its iconic view across to the Alhambra, a delight whether sitting in the sun eating breakfast or viewing the illuminated buildings after dark. Breakfasts, booked in advance, were delivered to the room or helpfully carried up to the balcony. Continental breakfast, but excellent value and quite substantial. We had the ground floor apartment which was well supplied with equipment for anyone wishing to self-cater, comfortable and clean. Also quiet, despite being on street level, and within easy reach of several restaurants. We appreciated the supply of oranges and extra teabags etc in reception, after a hot day exploring the Alhambra! The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's made clear to guests that because of the location on an old, narrow street, not all taxis are willing or able to drive as far as the property, but the host went above and beyond to make sure that two older guests with dodgy knees were able to get about, booking us a taxi to and from the airport, and during our stay to various destinations. When we went out in the evening, he gave us his own number to ring in case we had a problem sourcing a taxi to get back! The location is delightful, in the historical area, but an easy walk, even for us, down into the city centre for the cathedral etc. Would recommend.

The second city in Spain, mainly for the A Palace. The road to the top of the mountain is rugged, and the intricate roads are desperate, but if you are there, congratulations, this is a must-see. It is recommended to take a taxi and the local driver is still very familiar with the terrain. Don't believe in Google Maps there, ask the front desk for a map, he will ask you where to go, and then draw a good route for you. This is not enough. You have to remember the landmark building for your downhill route. It is best to take a photo, or you will really kill you... The apartment is like a small garden. Each room type is loft design. On the small terrace, buy two bottles of local beer at the grocery store at the front desk and sit on the small terrace at night. The architecture of the Albayzin district is very characteristic and Moorish. The observation deck is careful to thieves and it is recommended to return early at night. Go to the main road and pay attention to safety.

We are a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 college-age kids). Location of hostel is great, in the heart of old city, in walking distance of all sites. BUT the room was disappointing. The photo used on booking sites is deceptive. Our room was very narrow, with only one small window which made it oppressive. WiFi was VERY weak, which was an issue when we needed to book tickets online for sites like the Alhambra. And when we complained about this, the staff at the reception not only did not apologize (or give any kind of discount for the serious inconvenience) but acted like we were lying about it -- which is the worst reaction possible. Also, if you have a car, be warned that the parking garage is EXTREMELY small and difficult to get in to -- and of course you have to pay extra.

El servicio fue inmejorable. Carmen gestionó la estancia de manera excelente desde el primer momento. Estuvo atenta al aparcamiento ofreciéndonos un bono del parking, nos dió recomendaciones sobre restaurantes, lugares que visitar, actividades que hacer, nos lo explicó todo en el mapa... Una maravilla. La habitación cómoda, tamaño perfecto y limpia. Hostal recomendado 100%.

Very pleased with the hostel. Placed in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. And everything you want to visit is walking distance. Great service. Cute and clean rooms with everything you need. Great price as well!!!! Overall great experience. Highly recommended 🩷

Mosaiko Homes Catedral turned out to be a great choice while staying in Granada. The hotel is large, very comfortable, has all the things you need and does not waste resources on non essentials. There is a separate living space, with a kitchen nook and a large bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove top with dishes and cutlery. It is in a very interesting part of the city, about a 30 min walk the Alhambra. Anna who met us when we arrived was most helpful and very pleasant. I would certainly stay here again if I were returning to Granada.

Super location in the historic center on a pedestrian street best restaurants,shopping, cathedral and walking distance to sights. Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM.

A causa della nostra esperienza della prima notte non posso assolutamente dare piu' di 3. Vi racconto: arriviamo alle ore 14 e la ragazza delle pulizie era ancora intenta a pulire il ns mini appartamento al primo piano. Molto piccolo ma puo' anche andar bene tanto noi non mangeremo mai, ma un po troppo buio, c''e una zona finestra vista strada altezza occhi, quindi non si puo' tenere aperta, ma pazienza quello che rimango basita e' l'odore. La ragazza dice che i precedenti clienti hanno fumato. Mahh a me non sembra molto odore di fumo, ma siccome non siamo di grosse pretese, lasciamo gli zaini, loro ci consigliano di lasciare aperto e far girare l'aria. Rientriamo alle 23. l 'odore non e' andato via, e assolutamente non c'è neanche un miglioramento cosa che doveva accadere se fosse fumo, ma piu stiamo dentro piu mi rendo conto che l odore e' di umidita' quindi non andra' mai via. Mi sento leggermente presa in giro ma con calma vado dall host che gentilissimo mi dice che fino a domani mattina purtroppo non ha una camera da darci. Allora abbiamo dormito li dentro perche oramai a mezzanotte era difficile andar via ma e' stata una sofferenza atroce. Mi ha dato molto fastidio la presa in giro. Loro sapevano benissimo e quindi cosa pensavano che fossimo degli stupidi??? Posso immaginare che fosse anche un problema recente, ma tu quella stanza non me la dai visto che ho anche una bambina di 8 anni! ma scherziamo. La mattina alle 8 siamo gia alzati con i bagagli in macchina in attesa del cambio appartamento che ci viene poi prontamente dato. Sotto questo punto di vista nulla da dire hanno fatto il massimo, ma io ci sono rimasta male solo per il fatto che ci abbiamo provato perche cmq lo sapevano, sono stati loro subito a dirmi dell odore e subito loro a dirmi che la mattina mi davano il cambio. Se fossero stati piu' corretti mi dovevano trovare una soluzione sin da subito! Veramente uno schifo star li una notte. Ripeto carini hanno fatto quello che potevano vero, ma avrebbero potuto a mio avviso fare di piu'. a parte questo devo dire che il secondo appartamento mansardato davvero carino a mio avviso un po piccolo perche quello sarebbe stato per 4, ma aiuto in 4 non ci si muoveva, hanno veramente studiato le misure al centimetro e mettono la cucina tanto per, non c'e' spazio per muoversi e mangiare. Quindi se prenotate in questa location considerate gli appartamenti piccoli A parte questo è situato comodo a 10 minuti dal centro e a 10 dall alhambra, Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi abbiamo trovato nella via, ma i parcheggi free sono davvero pochissimi e noi abbiamo avuto molta fortuna ma siamo ancora a giugno con pochi turisti.

My adult son and I just returned from a week's holiday in southern Spain, during which we stayed at this lovely accommodation. We have only good things to say about it. The staff emailed promptly when we booked our rooms, responded via email to every question, and generally gave us a very warm and hospitable welcome. Amparo greeted us at the door, helped my son move our luggage indoors, then went with me to the underground private carpark. I was especially frazzled, as I'd driven from Cordoba that morning, and was now on single-track cobbled roads in one of the old sections of town, but Amparo made me feel at ease and reassured me as I parked the car. As we checked in, I noticed the reception/sitting area looked cosy and comfortable. The staircase to the rooms is sweeping and grand, but the owner has also installed a wonderful little elevator - perfect for those whose knees protest too much after a long day's walk. Amparo even made us a mid-afternoon coffee and got a croissant - very welcome after a missed lunch (and directly before our hammam experience!). Amparo, David, and Fatima were uniformly excellent: warm, welcoming, informative, and helpful. Despite our late request, they managed to book us a private tour of the Alhambra and Generalife with an excellent guide (Santiago) - one of the many highlights of our short stay in Granada. Monica in the cafe at breakfast was superb - I'm not great with Spanish, but she was very patient with me. Breakfast was excellent also - neither of us could get one of all that was offered, the offerings were so plentiful. The croissants are enormous!! The tomato spread and olive oil were excellent on the toast, and of course, the hams and cheeses were divine. As were the fresh-made juices, coffee, and teas we tried. Another component of breakfast was a sweet bread or pastry, but neither of us could make it to that part, the earlier portions were so monumental! The accommodations were absolutely delightful. It's clear the owner who purchased the building and turned it into this fantastic 6-room hotel put her heart and soul into the design and decoration of all the rooms and public areas. I stayed in the Italian room while my son stayed in the Chinese room. Both were gorgeous representations of those cultures. The Italian room has a balconette, sofa and chair, ornamental fireplace, desk/workspace, washer, kettle, and mini-refrigerator in the sitting area, A bidet accompanies the toilet in the bathroom, and the bath is indeed a bath and shower combination - delightful for a soak when you've tired yourself out walking all over this charming town!! The bathrobe was comfortable, as was the bed. Ample closet and drawer space is provided in the bedroom. The Chinese room is smaller but also has comfortable bedding, clothing storage space (hanging), a bidet on the toilet, a kettle, an ornamental fireplace, as well as a shower. We were two same-sex guests who had intentionally booked a double bed room. When we called by phone to notify us of our arrival time, the person who attended us asked us if the request for a double bed was correct, and then told us that at that time he would be eating... but that we should still call when we were at the door. , which would come to open us. When we got to the door we knocked... and the same person with whom we had spoken hours before told us (in a tone that showed annoyance): ”Mhmm... It's just that... now we're eating.” AND SILENCE. Despite the fact that we had already agreed on that arrival time, we asked him again if it was possible to check-in, and with little conviction he said yes, and that we should wait for him to come and attend to us. While we were checking in, he asked us again if the request for a double bed was correct, and we said yes again. After a few days of travel in another destination we had to stay there again, and when we called the day before to ask if we could check-in at a specific time... the same person told us (again, in a tone that showed annoyance): ”Well, that will depend on whether the room was used the night before”. AND SILENCE. Being asked if your request for a double bed is intentional and not a mistake is, without a doubt, an invasion of privacy and a questioning of it. Even if we were wrong... the correct way to handle it should have been to ignore the matter and expect ourselves as guests to ask for a change. If the guests had been a man and a woman, this assumption of error would not have taken place. On the other hand, making guests feel guilty for having arrived at lunchtime, or for wanting to know in advance if their room will be available at this or that time, is clearly anti-commercial. It is clear that we were staying in a pension and not in a five-star hotel, but kindness does not cost anything and it is always a better strategy than unpleasant treatment. Finally, to record that in one of the rooms the central heating did not work, and in the other it worked the first night but then not. Only room temperature air was coming out (like a fan) as if they didn't turn on the heat from the front desk during business hours this feature couldn't be used.

The second city in Spain, mainly for the A Palace. The road to the top of the mountain is rugged, and the intricate roads are desperate, but if you are there, congratulations, this is a must-see. It is recommended to take a taxi and the local driver is still very familiar with the terrain. Don't believe in Google Maps there, ask the front desk for a map, he will ask you where to go, and then draw a good route for you. This is not enough. You have to remember the landmark building for your downhill route. It is best to take a photo, or you will really kill you... The apartment is like a small garden. Each room type is loft design. On the small terrace, buy two bottles of local beer at the grocery store at the front desk and sit on the small terrace at night. The architecture of the Albayzin district is very characteristic and Moorish. The observation deck is careful to thieves and it is recommended to return early at night. Go to the main road and pay attention to safety.

The house is located in the city of Granada, with convenient transportation and convenient shopping and eating around. The host Katherine is very enthusiastic and carefully arranged throughout the whole process. Granada is beautiful.

We booked for 2 Nights paid in full before arrival as we thought its good as Lockdown and curfews etc and takeaways, food for us to cook etc, we got to the apartment had a few minor teething issues like the AC heater was really slow took 20 mins start blowing hot air (not good with a 4 year old) and the remote was not working(prob batt issues) the person came and fixed it whilst we were not there. After check in spent 30 mins there. To us the apartment seemed fit for purpose. 1st night as you do after 30 mins we went out and spent hours walking around the beautiful city of Granada and came back to eat at the apartment as you do to relax we have a habit as at home to take of shoes and walk around in sock or slippers , we finally went to bed and in the morning woke up to my asthma being rather bad and not having a great sleep having to reach for my inhaler regularly throughout the night and not understanding why as the place ”appeared” the operative word looking ok. Anyhow after making my 1st breakfast and Tea for the family our day was to be spent in Sierra Nevada for skiing, I took off my socks (the ones worn in this apartment) and found the floor had not even been mopped or cleaned and an accumulation of dirty grime can be seen on my and partners socks ( image enclosed) . We sent via WhatsApp the images immediately to the rep he contacted us telling us it had be cleaned and he will get the cleaner to mop it up immediately but we said we are going in half hour for the day so come then... we saw him and left at 12. Midday after Sierra Nevada came back and made the decision after spending 1 night and seeing the lack of hygiene not taken seriously on our 1st morning by this establishment to leave as soon as we got back which we did at 5pm we packed everything and drove back to Sotogrande. My regret is I did not demand the green book and document this with the Junta as during COVID 19 you have the courage to open but then lack the duty of care to ensure your guests safety and hygiene by discounting cleanliness and THUS increasing thier risk of catching this Virus... I wonder what else you cut corners on? Any way we will be back up but never staying at this establishment as have experienced 1st hand quite honestly the dirtiest floor in all hotels /Apt i have ever been in. Keep the money also im just glad I looked at the dirt on my socks before I out thwm into my Ferragamos. You pay peanuts you will get monkeys.

Patience, care, and caring He will map every guest who comes and patiently explain the routes and features of the regions, as well as the attractions The room is also very clean and distinctive, even with a beautiful yard If it is warm, you can blow a hair and drink some wine in the yard at night, it should be great Hopefully I will have the opportunity to return to Granada next time and I will stay again.

I was very pleased to stay at La Casa de la Trinidad. It was conveniently located just near the Cathedral and was very reasonably priced. The room was tastefully decorated, had a mini-fridge, large comfortable bed, good shower with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. My room had no outside view, but overlooked an interior part of the hotel. There wasn’t much light from the window, but at least it was quiet. Although their list of TV channels included BBC World and, I believe, CNBC, in actual fact there were no English or American channels. There were French, German, and of course Spanish, so it was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t watch the news. The receptionist said that perhaps a previous guest had changed the settings and said he’d have a technician check it, but no technician came. Anyway, it was not a tragedy. The receptionists were helpful in telling me which minibuses to take to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, and the Albaicín neighborhoods. There was, however, a strange thing that happened. My travel alarm clock disappeared from the bedside table the first morning. When I came back in the evening, my alarm clock was not there. I looked everywhere to be sure, but it was gone. I told the receptionist about it and asked if perhaps the cleaning staff had knocked it off while making the bed and described it to him, including the brand name. Although the bed was very heavy, I moved it to check if it had fallen under the bed. No luck. I was there for three nights. Before checking out, I mentioned it once more and the receptionist went to check, I suppose, the lost property box. He found it! But what puzzles me is why it was removed from the bedside table, presumably by the cleaning staff, when I was still a guest in the hotel. I was glad that I had left my suitcase locked when I left the room. Other than this mystifying experience, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel

The location is very good, near the cathedral, it is convenient to go anywhere. Good email communication with guests before check-in. Warm reminders of the precautions for staying, especially the detailed itinerary to the hotel and the recommendations of the car park, and offer discounts for staying guests. The rooms are large in size and facilities are average. Health conditions are OK, but there is room for improvement.

El servicio fue inmejorable. Carmen gestionó la estancia de manera excelente desde el primer momento. Estuvo atenta al aparcamiento ofreciéndonos un bono del parking, nos dió recomendaciones sobre restaurantes, lugares que visitar, actividades que hacer, nos lo explicó todo en el mapa... We loved our stay at Oboe Apartments. We cannot fault the experience. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. It's an excellent central location and not loud at night. The apartments are linked to the Bella Granada hotel whose staff were very helpful. Allowing us to store our luggage with them so we could freely explore Granada before our apartment was ready, helping us to book restaurants, Arab baths, etc. Overall - an excellent stay. We'll be back!

Me alojé en este hotel durante 2 noches. Situado en una calle muy tranquila. Muy cerca del centro. Habitación estaba bien. Bien decorada. La cama era cómoda. Disponía de nevera, microondas y cafetera. Se concilia muy bien el sueño pues no había ni un solo ruido, ni un ruido de coche. Muy cerca dispones de un gran almacén y un buen supermercado. El cuarto de baño no muy grande . Uno de los días tuve problema con el agua de la ducha. Salió bien al principio pero después el agua estaba fría totalmente. El segundo día no tuve ese problema. Los picaportes de las ventanas estaban un poco deteriorados. La ventana que tenia en la cabecera de la cama estaba el picaporte sin algún tornillo y te quedabas con él en la mano. Sugiero que se hiciera un poco de mantenimiento de esos pequeños detalles. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Dispone de recepción solo durante unas horas, pero te dejan un teléfono para cualquier cosa que necesites.

Visite el alojamiento con mi pareja y no hay una sola cosa negativa que pueda decir. Jairo fue desde el primer momento ENCANTADOR con nosotros. Nos dio un zumo de frutas de bienvenida, nos explicó cómo ir a la Alhambra y nos indicó lugares de interés turístico. Nos informo a la perfección del procedimiento del desayuno y hasta nos propuso un cambio de habitación a una mejor que nos acabó encantando. Se ofreció a subirnos las maletas y estuvo en todo momento con una sonrisa en el rostro. Al irnos del hotel nos dio una botellita de agua para el viaje. Respecto al alojamiento el detalle, cuidado y mimo con el que está decorada cada estancia es sublime. La terraza ofrece unas buenas vistas. La ubicación es buena pero, recalco una vez más lo mejor es el trato del personal, sobretodo Jairo y ¿Fran era el otro chico? Da gusto encontr**** con un personal que te haga sentir tan agusto y cuidado. Si algún día vuelvo a Granada ya sé dónde alojarme. GRACIAS
