Appalled with my stay at this property. The room was unhygienic and the black mold presence made me concerned for health implications. On the day of my check-in, I recieved no communication from the property until reached out to the host to request the check-in password. As per requested by the host on the major hotel app where I had made the reservation, I was expected to use private messaging methods for communication. feel it is unreasonable and unprofessional to be asked to disclose my personal messaging accounts to communicate with a property that was reserved on a major booking website. Upon check-in I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest and had dirty towels on the floor and sheets strewn on the bed. Therefore I was sent to another room. The room itself was filthy and unhabitable. The bathroom was disgusting with mildew, black mold and general built up grime. It was filthy and unsanitary. There were old toothpaste splatters and layers of dirt. The toilet was dirty as was the floor. The rest of the room had general grime and the smell was stale and smelled unclean. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors. The whole experience was a horror and I was glad to get out after just 5 hours of discomfort. It was the dirtiest place have ever stayed in my life. I'm shocked that a place of such low hygiene is sold to paying customers. Additionally the auto pincode lock was malfunctioning and I was told if it didn't work needed to manually press it. If there was a known fault with the lock, this should have been fixed instead of subjecting paying customers to a room that is not secure or raises safety concerns. The pictures speak for themselves.

Above the airport railroad platform at Incheon Airport Terminal 1, up to the third floor by escalator, there is a magnetic floating railway, that is, a linear motor car station. There is an automatic ticket gate, but it is not moving and you can ride for free as of April 2019. You can walk in 3 minutes when you get off at the second station on this. When I arrived and called, the staff told me the floor and guided me to the room when I went up by elevator. There are beer, pinch and cup noodles in the convenience store below.

The hotel environment is pretty good. There is a free shuttle bus station downstairs, as well as convenience stores and other conveniences. It only takes five minutes to go to Terminal T1, which is very fast and there are many flights. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time I fly to Incheon.

The place was big and really clean! Though there was a heater, the room was a bit cold when I first checked in. Having said that 이모님 offered some blankets to provide some warmth! Also, by the time I returned from my activities, the room was pretty warm and cozy! 이모님 is also very kind, helpful and approachable. My flight reached earlier than expected and she allowed me to check in early. So it was a really great stay! 다시 묵을 걸정도로 좋았어요! It’s pretty simple but it suit my needs as I was only staying for one day before moving to another city. If you need more facilities, then you might have to check out other options!

오랜만의 한국 방문이어서 숙소 결정에 고심했는데 인터넷으로 알아보다가 발견해서 지내게 됐습니다. 오기 전 미국에서부터 궁금한 것이 많아서 질문을 많이 드렸는데 하나 하나 성심성의껏 답변해주시고 먼저 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 일단 인천 공항 근처에 위치해 있어서 가까웠고, 숙소에 도착하자마자 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 놀랐는데, 환영 메세지와 커피까지 준비해주시고 냉장고에 마실 물까지 넣어주셨구요, 무엇보다 숙소 쓰시는 분들이 궁금해 할만할 모든 사항들을 일목요연하게 정리해서 테이블 위에 파일에 넣어 남겨두고 가셨는데, 식사 주문할 수 있는 연락처, 택시 전화번호, 세탁기 돌리는 법, 주의 사항 등 꼼꼼하게 적혀있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 가격에 비해 시설도 너무 만족스러웠구요. 욕조 없는 샤워 부스와 샴푸 린스 바디워시 비누 치약 칫솔 수건 등 모두 부족함 없이 갖춰져 있어서 혹시 몰라서 미리 준비해갔던 개인 용품들 거의 쓸 일이 없었습니다. 심지어 비데까지 설치 돼 있었구요. 세탁기 역시 사이즈는 크지 않았지만 혼자 지내기에 충분했습니다. 안에서 조리가 불가능한 단점이 있었지만 저는 주로 배달 주문 시켜 먹거나 간단히 데워 먹는 식으로 식사를 해결했기에 불편하지 않았습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 제가 묵었던 숙소의 전망이었는데 바닷가를 향하고 있어서 아침에 기상할 때마다 일출을 볼 수 있는 뜻밖의 행운까지 얻을 수 있었습니다. 물론 채광과 환기도 너무 잘 돼 있었구요, 바닥도 카펫이 아니라서 청소하기 편리했습니다. 침대, 베개, 이불도 잘 관리돼 있었어서 제가 준비해간 돌돌이(? Dust Remover)로 간단히 관리하면서 휴대용 페브리즈도 뿌리면서 쾌적하게 지냈습니다. 매트리스가 굉장히 마음에 들었는데, 딱딱하지도 너무 푹신하지도 않아서 딱 좋았습니다. 중앙난방이라 냉난방이 잘 되는 것이 장점이지만 저는 약간 건조한 것 같아 젖은 수건 옆에 두고 생활 했습니다. 그런데 사람마다 체감하는 온도는 개인차가 좀 있을것 같습니다. 1층에는 편의점과 식당들도 즐비해 있고, 또 주변에 배달 가능한 식당들이 충분히 있습니다. 숙소 소음이 전혀 없어서 소음에 민감한 제가 잘 때 숙면 취하고 또 낮에도 지내기에 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 제가 비지니스 출장이나 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 호스트 분께서 이정도로 세심히 챙겨주시고 꼼꼼하게 관리해주셨던 곳은 처음이라 리뷰 남기게 됐습니다. 리뷰 귀찮아서 원래 잘 안남기는데, 이 곳은 다른 사람들에게 많이 알려졌으면, 또 호스트분 더 잘 되셨으면 하는 바람에서 작게나마 도움 되어그리고 싶어서 이렇게 글을 남겨봅니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 방문하겠습니다. :)

I would always cherish my wonderful stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse during my birthday holidays in South Korea. Not far from Unseo train station, I walked from Gate 2 to the place following the directions emailed to me. With a good hearted Korean landlady, the guesthouse was a great transient home. Mrs. Kim let me occupy the vacant triple bedroom which was very clean, complete with amenities and with a wide window ”connecting” me to the outside world. The accommodation was self-catering; and the inclusive breakfast was comprised of cereals, sliced bread, butter, jam, fresh milk, coffee and a selection of Korean teas. The well designed kitchen, dining area and living room were complete with home furnishings. From the guesthouse, Lotte Mart is accessible by walking. Leisurely hiking in the vicinity, you would see convenience stores, local and popular restaurants like Hanoi Garden and Domino's Pizza. I had also visited Sammok Wharf by taking bus number 307 from Gate 1 but due to time factor, I was not able to explore the islands beyond Yeongjong. Staying in Unseo was not a regret for me, as from Incheon International Airport, it's just two train stops away. Although if you wish to enjoy roaming in the city centre, Seoul station is more than a 50-minute train ride. From there, one can navigate around Seoul via its very wide and massive subway network. Indeed, it isn't easy for those who cannot read Korean characters but most signs and directions are translated in English. Like I did, anyone else can survive a holiday in Seoul ... 🤔 😆 🤗 My stay in Mr. Kim's Guesthouse had to an extent, complemented my holidays in South Korea.

The surrounding environment and the hotel's environmental facilities are very good, located in Incheon, 14 kilometers from the airport, like a villa renovation. The proprietress was very enthusiastic, prepared the breakfast for the next day in advance, and also helped to book a special bus to the airport. The only disadvantage of the public toilet is that the room is not soundproof, there are more people living in the evening, the early morning is coming, the bathing is washing, the noisy people are sleeping uneasy ~ but overall it is very good, especially in the evening city Like in China, there is a barbecue night market, Chinese street is full of listening, next to a park, we swayed for three hours and passed.

We stayed here on our last night before catching a flight out the following morning. We arrived on the subway and COULD NOT find the accomodation on foot. The directions on the app were incorrect and/or didn't work. After trying a number of different options were were eventually helped by some locals who rang the number on our booking and spoke to our host who arranged for a driver to come and collect us from the side of the road. If the host offers to collect you - let him!!! When we finally arrived we were met by our host who was very eager to help us to our room and arrange our complimentary transport to the airport the following morning. After a very long day of travel, we were exhausted and didn't venture back out to grab dinner. Our room was very clean, comfy and adequate for our needs. Breakfast was what we had become accustomed to, fruit juice, tea/coffee, noodles and toast. Trip to the airport was with other guests, who were late to leave the premises, however we all squished in the car and were delivered in plenty of time. There were only a few shuttle options, but it suited us.

I arrived at the airport around midnight due to a delay in Turkish Airlines. There was no accommodation that could check in beyond 12 o'clock, but fortunately the boss let me check in. When I arrived, the room was spacious and the bedding was clean, and it was a great place to stay for a day. Thanks to the friendly boss and the good room, I will rest well. Thank you.

I recently went on a trip to Seoul, South Korea and stayed at the Better Guest House the entire duration of my stay. I was initially only planning to stay a couple of days, but I was so blown away by the service and hospitality, I had to stay longer. The host was incredible! I contacted him last minute late at night when my flight landed and not only did he answer my call immediately, but he came and picked me up from the airport. The place was very clean and spacious and I was able to use all of the facilities (kitchen, laundry machine, TV, etc.) freely. My host helped me convert money so I wouldn't have to pay bank fees, he showed me around the neighborhood and where I could buy food/regular supplies, and provided occasional free car rides into the city. Another very cool thing he did was take myself and other residents on day trip to a local/historic Buddhist temple and a popular shopping pier FOR FREE. The only thing we payed for that day was our food at the traditional Korea restaurant. The service was above and beyond; the host made my stay very convenient and I am grateful for his kindness. I will return here if I travel to Seoul again.

I arrived and waited for check-in, and I ran fast, and I thought he was a really kind person. Respond to me with a gentle tone and a smile, not a fake, and respond immediately if you inquire. It's a bit of a hostel. A pension away from a quiet place. There's nothing cancer around, The boss runs a restaurant and cafe together, so it's easy to use when you're in a hurry. It's better to see the market, and the barbecue is 30,000 won in cash. There's a swimming pool and a karaoke facility. There's a pool that's big enough for ten people to enter, and there's a slide. It's big enough to see the family and the kids playing. We used a love house separately from the guest room. There was no big problem compared to some bad reviews. It's a very old place, so I think it's unavoidable to be old. The door is stiff, and the boiler is turned on, and the hot water comes out. It's a bit uncomfortable to have no front slippers. The towel is definitely !! I think you should change it. I can't do this because I'm trying to do it. Other rustic interior designs and small dust, Le Mans dryer, I think there's still one. It's about that. (Refrigerator, good heat gas stove, microwave, TV, etc.) The good thing was that Sarangchae was a separate barbecue area. You can park right in front of you. The bed is better than I thought. There are a lot of quilts, pillows, towels. Due to the characteristics of old buildings, it is faintly quarky but more pleasant than expected. Quiet around. Everyone who works is kind. (Very kind to me) Very picky people are better to use a hotel, a good motel For those of you who are humbling or trying to do it to some extent. Personally, the room was clean, modern and entertaining. It is about a five-minute walk to Songdo Moonlight Festival Park (Songdo Dallight Festival Park), the nearest subway station, and it is convenient to go to the city center. When using the subway, I used a transportation card that can be purchased in cash at a convenience store. From the airport, I took bus number 6777 and got off at Songdo Moonbit Festival Park. This bus stop is right next to the above subway station. The fee was 8,000 won. This UH Flat the Songdo also has a fitness gym and is available. It was good that there were two places to know, and there were dumbbells and machines in one place. There is also a convenience store for CU AGAIN on the 1st floor, which was convenient for purchasing food. If you have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.

Very big apartment with excellent view to the beach and islands. Restaurants, Café and Convenience Store are close by. We had a private rooftop terrace with also top view. The apartment is clean and has fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is neatly but a bit small for European expectations.

The hotel environment is pretty good. There is a free shuttle bus station downstairs, as well as convenience stores and other conveniences. It only takes five minutes to go to Terminal T1, which is very fast and there are many flights. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time I fly to Incheon.

Appalled with my stay at this property. The room was unhygienic and the black mold presence made me concerned for health implications. On the day of my check-in, I recieved no communication from the property until reached out to the host to request the check-in password. As per requested by the host on the major hotel app where I had made the reservation, I was expected to use private messaging methods for communication. feel it is unreasonable and unprofessional to be asked to disclose my personal messaging accounts to communicate with a property that was reserved on a major booking website. Upon check-in I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest and had dirty towels on the floor and sheets strewn on the bed. Therefore I was sent to another room. The room itself was filthy and unhabitable. The bathroom was disgusting with mildew, black mold and general built up grime. It was filthy and unsanitary. There were old toothpaste splatters and layers of dirt. The toilet was dirty as was the floor. The rest of the room had general grime and the smell was stale and smelled unclean. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors. The whole experience was a horror and I was glad to get out after just 5 hours of discomfort. It was the dirtiest place have ever stayed in my life. I'm shocked that a place of such low hygiene is sold to paying customers. Additionally the auto pincode lock was malfunctioning and I was told if it didn't work needed to manually press it. If there was a known fault with the lock, this should have been fixed instead of subjecting paying customers to a room that is not secure or raises safety concerns. The pictures speak for themselves.

First of all, the room we used was 101. The moment I entered, people came and it was really spacious, and 20 people would sleep enough. The room is spacious and the dining table is really useful for groups. Barbecue is right in front of the door and it was nice to enjoy the sea view. It was nice to have a karaoke machine, but the remote control was uncomfortable. Everything else is good. The room was warm and convenient because it was two toilets, and it was convenient because it was close after fishing at Jindu Marina. Besides, the pension boss was kind, so all my acquaintances went there in a good mood. I recommend it ~!

We stayed here on our last night before catching a flight out the following morning. We arrived on the subway and COULD NOT find the accomodation on foot. The directions on the app were incorrect and/or didn't work. After trying a number of different options were were eventually helped by some locals who rang the number on our booking and spoke to our host who arranged for a driver to come and collect us from the side of the road. If the host offers to collect you - let him!!! When we finally arrived we were met by our host who was very eager to help us to our room and arrange our complimentary transport to the airport the following morning. After a very long day of travel, we were exhausted and didn't venture back out to grab dinner. Our room was very clean, comfy and adequate for our needs. Breakfast was what we had become accustomed to, fruit juice, tea/coffee, noodles and toast. Trip to the airport was with other guests, who were late to leave the premises, however we all squished in the car and were delivered in plenty of time. There were only a few shuttle options, but it suited us.
