The room was in a great location and was fairly clean it had a old smell and the television worked off and on. The connector in the wall needs replaced and the cable going to the television needs replaced. A little pricey for the age of the building but since it's mostly used as a one nite stay for the fishing people it was as expected .SOLD OUT

Every inch of our condo has been renovated for the 2025 season to give you a beautifully relaxing time at Lake Erie! It is light, bright, and spectacular! We renovated with comfort and serenity front and center!Our condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom third floor unit with a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing dining and family living space. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, along with each having a closet and a Roku tv and a private balcony with seating. The third bedroom also has a closet and has a twin bed, along with a full size futon couch that can be made into a bed if desired. There are two full bathrooms, each with enclosed glass showers. A full size washer and dryer is also present for your convenience. There is a third larger balcony off the living room with balcony chairs and partial lake views, that’s great for a glass of wine! The kitchen has everything needed to create a lovely meal if you so desire, along with plenty of seating for dinners. The living area has ample comfortable seating and is beautifully decorated and boasts a 65 inch Roku tv for personal streaming. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to allow for family and friends to gather and enjoy! The gated condo resort is right on the lake and has a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, and two beach swimming areas. There is also a lake front sunning deck and various outdoor gathering areas, in both soft grassy areas, and a beautiful area with pavers, a waterfall, and fire pits. There are grills, tables, and seating areas for shared enjoyment. The grounds are beautiful and kept in top condition for all to enjoy! They are beautiful during the day and lighted at night so the beauty continues. The sunset viewing is stunning!There are many close attractions, activities, and restaurants. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you choose to be while staying in our condo!We know you will love our condo as much as we do! (2 adult 2 kids) Feel free to use our game room and gas grill. We have a outdoor covered pergola with swing seating and fire pit in backyard. (Firewood not included) you can pick some up from the local bassets 5 mins from the house. The spaceEnjoy this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the other room has triple bunkbeds. In the living room there is a pull out sleeper sofa. All sheets and pillows are in the tan wicker basket as well as a flat sheet for draping on the couch in case someone wanted to sleep there. The Living room is spacious with couches and comfortable chairs. Midsized kitchen with everything included. There is a large kitchen table which includes seating for 6. Use our game room/garage that includes Foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
