Room provided was not ready, bathroom sink outlet was overflowing. Had to ask for a change of room. The new room provided was good and spacious. Restaurant food was ok but the general hygiene was unsatisfactory. Restaurant floor was strewn with paper napkins. Pros: Once we checked in and assigned our room- third one we were shown, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was decent and good value. Location was good.
Cons: Mgr at reception first checked us in and then stated Agoda had no record of us! We had booked with Trip.com which he insisted was linked to Agoda. Suggested we cancel the booking and pay him! Eventually after speaking to his supervisor/ Agoda, things were assorted, but no apologies given.
We had booked a large room with city view. The first room we were shown had no outside window. The 2 nd a tiny 2 ft opening high up, small room. Third room better, a bit bigger and more pleasant.
We had to ask for toilet paper and a 2 nd towel. (These were supplied for the 2 nd night and our room cleaned.)
No hot water in the morning for shower, two people came to ‚fix‘ and eventually managed to run hot water in the sink , to fill bucket to pour water on ourselves.
The mattress had no cushioning whatever, and we slept poorly.
Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The outside of the hotel promises more than the inside delivers!From€17

酒店各項評分，在印度算優等。步行750m 可至耆那教博物館，門票Rs.50 （晚上七點閉館），步行1.9 km 可至印度教温泉區，竹林精舍等，城中心之一。上靈鷲山馬車Rs.200/人（上山途中，停了兩個小景點），靈鷲山遊客服務中心，有飲水+廁所+充電等很方便。上山纜車要在外面側邊~買票Rs.250（外國人），單程Rs.125隻限在和平塔（下山）購買搭乘。腿腳還行的朋友，建議~由旅客服務中心，後面直接步行上山，至説法台（約30分鐘腳程），再20分鐘步行上和平塔，之後纜車下山。回程馬車 Rs.100/人。馬車報價超誇張，我問到Rs.1000~2000 小心。Ps.最後誇獎一下櫃枱經理，昨晚步行回酒店前1km左右，一台機車已經路過了，不久又回頭，過來載我，還沒確認便車要去位置，人已經回到酒店了。原來櫃枱知道客人，我臉盲嚴重（沒認出），今天退房才又遇到。真是感謝他的服務。推薦。From€17

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.. Had a wonderful experience.. Location is perfect to visit any spot.. The park area is well maintained and all activities were open.. You can easily spend whole day doing all kinds of fun and adventure activities like zipline, burma bridge, water bike, boating, horse riding, cycling plus you can also enjoy a whole lot of indoor and outdoor games.. Whether you like carrom, chess, pool table, air hockey, fussball, shooting, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, cricket, etc. there are so many activities, there will be something for everyone.. And if you feel tired and hungry after all these activities, Nature nest restaurant within the park comes to rescue. You can dine in or order for room service.. We tried about 7-8 different dishes in these 3 days and none was disappointing.. Although menu might feel a bit limited but honestly, it covers most of the items and we have no complaints as we are more than happy with the quality and taste.
All staffs are very cooperative and well behaved and are very responsive..

酒店各項評分，在印度算優等。步行750m 可至耆那教博物館，門票Rs.50 （晚上七點閉館），步行1.9 km 可至印度教温泉區，竹林精舍等，城中心之一。上靈鷲山馬車Rs.200/人（上山途中，停了兩個小景點），靈鷲山遊客服務中心，有飲水+廁所+充電等很方便。上山纜車要在外面側邊~買票Rs.250（外國人），單程Rs.125隻限在和平塔（下山）購買搭乘。腿腳還行的朋友，建議~由旅客服務中心，後面直接步行上山，至説法台（約30分鐘腳程），再20分鐘步行上和平塔，之後纜車下山。回程馬車 Rs.100/人。馬車報價超誇張，我問到Rs.1000~2000 小心。Ps.最後誇獎一下櫃枱經理，昨晚步行回酒店前1km左右，一台機車已經路過了，不久又回頭，過來載我，還沒確認便車要去位置，人已經回到酒店了。原來櫃枱知道客人，我臉盲嚴重（沒認出），今天退房才又遇到。真是感謝他的服務。推薦。From€17

Pros: Once we checked in and assigned our room- third one we were shown, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was decent and good value. Location was good.
Cons: Mgr at reception first checked us in and then stated Agoda had no record of us! We had booked with Trip.com which he insisted was linked to Agoda. Suggested we cancel the booking and pay him! Eventually after speaking to his supervisor/ Agoda, things were assorted, but no apologies given.
We had booked a large room with city view. The first room we were shown had no outside window. The 2 nd a tiny 2 ft opening high up, small room. Third room better, a bit bigger and more pleasant.
We had to ask for toilet paper and a 2 nd towel. (These were supplied for the 2 nd night and our room cleaned.)
No hot water in the morning for shower, two people came to ‚fix‘ and eventually managed to run hot water in the sink , to fill bucket to pour water on ourselves.
The mattress had no cushioning whatever, and we slept poorly.
Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The outside of the hotel promises more than the inside delivers!From€17
