Me and my boyfriend stayed at Tan Hill for one night on 28th Dec and absolutely loved the experience. It was our first time there and we had heard great things about the place. It definitely lived up to our expectations! Rooms were very cosy, loved the decor and the extra touches such as bottles of water and biscuits for the tea in the room. The staff did really well considering how busy the place was and they were more than happy to help. We enjoyed both our two course evening meal and our breakfast in the morning. As well as the inside of the place, the drive up and surrounding area is lovely (especially as it was snowing when we went). Me and my boyfriend stayed at Tan Hill for one night on 28th Dec and absolutely loved the experience. It was our first time there and we had heard great things about the place. It definitely lived up to our expectations! Rooms were very cosy, loved the decor and the extra touches such as bottles of water and biscuits for the tea in the room. The staff did really well considering how busy the place was and they were more than happy to help. We enjoyed both our two course evening meal and our breakfast in the morning. As well as the inside of the place, the drive up and surrounding area is lovely (especially as it was snowing when we went). We loved our stay at Whashton Springs B & B . We were in room 3 which was a large room, had a bay window and lovely view over the gardens. The whole area was very quiet and we had a very peaceful sleep. We had a delicious breakfast which was beautifully cooked, my favourite thing being the delicious home cooked rhubarb from the garden!
The owner was very friendly and I would definitely return if in the area.

It was clear that all staff members were dedicated and proud of their work, consistently going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfasts were truly wonderful and delicious! I especially want to commend Steve, the breakfast chef, whose outstanding cooking was matched only by his incredibly cheerful smile.
