This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Termini Central Station Rome|0.73km from city center
The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome. One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.

A bit expensive. The location is okay but it is not near to central train station for metro. I like the rooftop bar, it is so chilled. The bathroom and toilet is clean. There is no curtain so no privacy at all. The staff are friendly and helpful, teaching me how to buy a metro ticket jn Rome. An average generator hostel I would said. Yes generator is a chain-brand hostel so the quality would be definitely okay.

The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.

The room is quite big. Because it is in the interior, it is very quiet. The bedding is OK, but the pillow is not very comfortable, too low. The service response is also good. It is located in the Trastervere district, which is more lively. The church next to it is also very historical. It is very clean. The scenic spot can be reached by walking. Some places that are a little further away can be taken by taxi. In short, it is OK.

The room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

For the price per night, not impressed. Rooms clearly needing updating. Only half if the shower head nozzles worked, carpet had bleach stains, cabinet doors sagging and loose. Econo value pillows, air conditioner sub par. Nice views from rooftop bar but very expensive compared to nearby resturants. Food average at best. Front desk and housekeeping employees cordial and very helpful.

Facilities: The hotel is a renovation of an old house, and has the common problems of old European hotels. Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, and there are some sanitation blind spots, but they are not often used. Environment: The hotel is located in a relatively balanced location, and the walking distance to each check-in point is basically controlled within 15 minutes Service: The service attitude is very good and can answer many questions

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Excellent stay. Excellent room assignment. Excellent welcome, courtesy and kindness. Perhaps (but I admit that it is an excess of pickiness and is not a criticism at all) only the breakfast was with little choice. But it is also true that a good part of the clientele had breakfast at the same time...... and the staff worked hard to satisfy everyone and quickly. In any case everything perfect. Thanks again. We will definitely hear from each other soon.

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice. It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.

A little dificulta to be found, as there were no signs explaining where the hotel entry was, in a big wood door that locked like a residential building not commercial. But the location is great! Clean place and nice room. Only complain was we were put in a room right next to the receptionist desk, people coming in and out and we could hear literally everything, people talking and walking. Once kindly asked to the receptionist to be moved as my partner has trouble sleeping with noises, he was rude to me saying that there was no more rooms available and no other options, acting like we were just a bunch of teenagers. Didn’t give us any option or kind response. Really disappointed with that service.

Hotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house. I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.

The hotel's buffet dinner was extensive and reasonably priced. Breakfast was standard and nothing to write home about. It's a 20-30 minute drive from the city center, with a taxi costing around 35-40 euros. The shuttle bus has set departure times and limited capacity, which meant we rarely managed to catch it. While the hotel itself is good, I personally think staying in the city center would be more convenient.

During this trip to Rome, the Guardian Hotel left me with a great impression! From the location point of view, it is in an excellent location, very close to Rome Termini Station, convenient for travel, and there are subway stations around, so you can easily go to various attractions in the city. And the area is very quiet, there is no sense of noise at all, and you can sleep well at night. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful. From checking in at the front desk to asking for local travel information, they patiently answered and gave practical suggestions. Once I accidentally stained my clothes, the staff quickly helped me contact the laundry service, which was very efficient. Although the room is not particularly large, it is reasonably arranged and clean. The bed is very comfortable and it is very comfortable to sleep. The facilities in the room are also complete, such as air conditioning, TV, kettle, etc., to meet daily needs. There is no odor in the bathroom, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The breakfast is rich in variety, with bread, fruit, yogurt, hot drinks, etc., and the taste is also very good, starting a day full of energy. There is also a rooftop terrace in the hotel. It is very comfortable to go there at night to enjoy the breeze, drink a glass of wine, and overlook the night view of the city! In short, this stay experience is almost perfect. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Concerns: On the second day, at breakfast, I greeted the waiter but he ignored me. It was a rude response. Pros: On the first day, the room I requested did not have a bathtub, so I asked for a change and they changed it to the room I requested. The hotel breakfast was very filling and we also had fresh salads. If you ask, they will make cappuccino or espresso for you using a special machine. It was very delicious. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is set in a beautifully transformed basilica, located in a peaceful and quiet area of Rome. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and while the breakfast was simple, it was served on a lovely rooftop terrace with a great view—such a peaceful way to start the day. There’s a direct bus that takes you straight to Termini Station, which made getting around really convenient. All in all, this is a hidden gem and a great value for the money. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a unique and calm stay in Rome.

And, from Termini's train station, easy to get on subway to move around Rome and access sites of interest. Very clean hotel & great morning buffet breakfast. And staff very helpful. Definitely recommend over hotels located nearby this hotel

The hotel has a great location — the metro is just 2 minutes away on foot, which is super convenient. You can also find supermarkets, cafés, and bars nearby. The room is small, but for one person it’s a good option. It has everything you need and it’s clean. Breakfasts are tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything! 🫶🏽

The location is very close to the train station, and the room this time was good. The bathroom was quite clean, no strange smells, just a bit small. The front desk staff was also nice, and the lobby was clean.
