This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Termini Central Station Rome|0.73km from city center
The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome. One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.

A bit expensive. The location is okay but it is not near to central train station for metro. I like the rooftop bar, it is so chilled. The bathroom and toilet is clean. There is no curtain so no privacy at all. The staff are friendly and helpful, teaching me how to buy a metro ticket jn Rome. An average generator hostel I would said. Yes generator is a chain-brand hostel so the quality would be definitely okay.

The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.

The room is quite big. Because it is in the interior, it is very quiet. The bedding is OK, but the pillow is not very comfortable, too low. The service response is also good. It is located in the Trastervere district, which is more lively. The church next to it is also very historical. It is very clean. The scenic spot can be reached by walking. Some places that are a little further away can be taken by taxi. In short, it is OK.

The room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions

The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling, big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful, very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum, should I add more ?

Perfectly positioned just a short 100 meters from Roma Termini station, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for both train travelers and those exploring Rome. Multiple metro lines, buses, and direct airport trains are within easy reach. You can drop your bags and head out immediately to the city's iconic sights. UNA Deco Roma delivers a warm, attentive atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in elegant Art-Deco style, complete with a comfy bed, desk, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. While the beds and overall comfort were a highlight, I did notice some minor maintenance issues—like erratic bathroom supply replenishment and average sound insulation in a few rooms. Still, these were manageable and didn't detract from the overall pleasant experience.

Dharma Luxury Hotel It just gave me care like my family! !! !! During the first day of the check-in, some accidents happened. The little brother at the restaurant helped collect the luggage. The little brother at the front desk helped check the relevant information of the police station and embassy. He also told me how to deal with the current situation. Under the circumstances, also helped me to deal with the related matters in a short time, not too nice! !! !! Today, the aunt at the front desk completely looked at me as a family member. After knowing my situation, not only invited me to dinner, but also gave me transportation costs! !! !! Also help me figure out how to get cash. Throughout the process, the front desk aunt kept saying I ’m so worry about you. You ’re not along. Do n’t worry. At that time, I didn't know how to express my gratitude and gratitude, I could only hug my aunt constantly!

Hotel location is first class, it is convenient to go to every hotel and shopping point, I have almost visited Rome here, very safe without encountering any thieves. The hotel has a good breakfast. The basic double room was originally booked. The toilet was not clean and the bathroom floor was leaking. I contacted the hotel front desk for the first time. The handsome guy with big eyes at the front desk had a very good service attitude. I entered the room for inspection and maintenance as soon as possible. And on the second day, I upgraded and replaced a better suite. Although the bedside of the suite has the smell of a new bed, it does not affect the experience. The new room hygiene is very good, especially the front desk staff of the hotel pays attention to the customer experience and also sends me a free daily coffee coupon. This is in stark contrast to the five-star hotel experience in the UK last year. The UK is arrogant and does not value Chinese customers. Italians are very diligent and pay attention to customer experience. I will visit this hotel again for this.

Hotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house. I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.

The hotel's buffet dinner was extensive and reasonably priced. Breakfast was standard and nothing to write home about. It's a 20-30 minute drive from the city center, with a taxi costing around 35-40 euros. The shuttle bus has set departure times and limited capacity, which meant we rarely managed to catch it. While the hotel itself is good, I personally think staying in the city center would be more convenient.

It was the first time we were assigned to a high-rise building. There was a young Italian brother at the front desk who was really nice and always cared about us. Great deal if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on hotels. Nerva is a mix of hotel, airbnb, and hostel. They take a floor in a building and transform into hotel. They have this central kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, and they offer you free of charge a small breakfast. The hotel is in front of a metro station. Positive: good bed, cleanliness, air conditioning, location (central point in Rome), staff (Barbara and all the other ladies) Could improve: pillow, shower cabin (we wet the whole bathroom each bath), coffee machine (broken). To pay attention: some rooms can be noisy because of the streets (not a big deal for us), double check your door because is it’s key code and sometimes it doesn’t lock properly.

**What I liked:** The hotel boasts a very convenient location, and the surrounding area felt safe. The mini-bar offered complimentary beverages. We had a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together to form a comfortable 1.8-meter-wide sleeping area. The mattress firmness was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. We arrived around 11 AM and were initially informed that rooms wouldn't be ready until the official 3 PM check-in time, as many Korean guests were still checking out. However, after we explained to the front desk that we had just landed after a long flight and needed to shower and rest before heading out for sightseeing, they impressively managed to find a room for us. We were incredibly grateful for their understanding and quick action. **What I disliked:** The room itself was quite small, and the shower cubicle was particularly tiny. My main complaint, however, is regarding the service. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and not once was the complimentary bottled water in the mini-bar replenished. After calling the front desk two days in a row to request it, a staff member (who appeared to be of South Asian descent) finally delivered the water, but with a visibly impatient and annoyed demeanor. This was a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience. **Overall Impression:** Honestly, despite a few positives, the hotel felt much like a typical budget chain (similar to a '7 Days Inn' in China), and it certainly wasn't cheap either. I'm truly puzzled as to how it has achieved such a high 4.9-star rating.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard.
