Sapporo Resorts

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right in the heart of Sapporo, just a 3-minute walk from Tanukikoji, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and enjoying local food. Secondly, the hotel facilities are top-notch, with incredible attention to detail. Thirdly, the food and beverage service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is very generous.

I booked it because it is near the station. Price was a bit high for me but it included breakfast. Unfortunately they don't have much choice for Muslim travellers and there was no label. I had to ask every time what I could consume. The staff was very accommodating and did their best to answer my questions. Love the amenities they had. The downer was when I had to travel for a few days and they don't allow luggage storage even though I was coming back to stay at their hotel. Don't thinkI will stay at hotel chain again.

The room was spacious, easily accommodating three large suitcases even with three beds, which was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast spread was excellent, and its location was superb. It's just a 3-5 minute walk to Nakajima-koen subway station, and Susukino and Tanukikoji shopping street are also about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station was very convenient for transferring to other parts of Hokkaido.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The room was very comfortable for one person. The location is a short walk from the subway station, with Nakajima-koen Station likely being the closest. It doesn't take too long to stroll to the bustling city center. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and proactive, making this the best impression among the dozen or so hotels I stayed at in Sapporo during that period. It even rivals the Porton Hotel at the airport, which costs several times more.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic! It's not only beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable, but it also comes equipped with full amenities like a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a bathtub – making it feel just like home. The location is super convenient too, just a few minutes from the subway station, with several convenience stores nearby. What touched me most was that I accidentally left my phone in the room, and after contacting the staff, they proactively helped me find it and even shipped it to my friend in Japan. I'm truly grateful! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven next door, so you can grab daily necessities anytime. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; they patiently answered all my questions during check-in and even offered local sightseeing tips. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!

Able to see the hotel sign from Sapporo Station, located right next to the large department store Tokyu. Convenient stores, intra & intercity transport stations all within walking distance. Free light breakfast. Outstanding front deak reception & tip top housekeeping. As such highly recommended.

They gave me a room with a superb nice view 😁. The room and bathroom are quite packed but you will be good even for 2 adults in the room since it comes with reasonable price. Only 2 blocks away from the market, malls, susukino subway and food with a super cozy environment. Complete amenities and they change the towel everyday if you need. Unlimited coffee, juice, croissant and bread for breakfast which enough for me. Helpful and nice front officer. Only maybe you can add more time for the check out until 11am. Overall I really have a zuper pleasant stay here

Convenient location, close to the subway station, making it easy to get around to attractions. Breakfast is served on the second floor; it's the same every day, but the toast is delicious! 😋 The room has a mini-fridge, and even with our two large suitcases open, the aisle was still spacious. There's a convenience store nearby, and the room was very clean. The only minor downside is that the front desk staff only speak English. Overall, it's pretty good. You can pick up toiletries, including razors, on the first floor near the elevator.
