Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, the taste is not bad, can satisfy the Chinese stomach a little. The overall environment is ok, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there are fewer options.

Me and a friend decided to get a room here for the Motley Crue concert considering the price is cheaper than most other hotels. I highly recommend this place. Staff was great, room was beyond clean and the canal view was amazing. We both walk to and from Lucas Oil and the mile walk felt safe.

The surrounding environment is very good and several attractions are within walking distance. Health is worse. I stayed for two nights. On the second day, in addition to finishing the bed, I changed the towel and the others were not cleaned. The garbage on the ground was still there the day before. There is a white pillowcase on the coffee table. Some dirty. It is estimated that the cleaning staff wiped the coffee table with a pillow towel. In addition, the coffee table was not wiped, and the milk stains of the previous day were still there. The drain of the bathtub pulls a bunch of hair. Health needs to be improved!

To see the NBA finals landed in Indianpolis for the first time. The overall city is old and dreary, even the city center has no sense of a fashionable city. The hotel is located in the city center, the surrounding environment is quite poor, but fortunately, it is walking distance from the stadium, or choose a chain brand hotel to rest assured. This suite hotel has a large room, separate living room and bedroom, and the twin bed configuration is very convenient for a family of three. All aspects of the facilities are useless, the price is not too high, should not come to live in the future, mainly will not come to this city.

We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

A great place to start! Less than 5 minute walk to the hotel from the train, and an easy 15 minute walk to the downtown. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The room was huge, the bathroom bigger than some apartments I’ve stayed in! Modern and tidy.

Although the breakfast is not as rich as the domestic hotel, it is not bad in the middle of the United States. Convenient transportation, only five or six minutes walk from the bus center and train station.

This hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.

Courteous and friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable, they will work with you to schedule pick and drop off based on your flight timing. Hotel wifi can be a bit choppy, but room has iron, microwave, small fridge, hair dryer. Dont expect a lot from breakfast, it's only basic with coffee, tea, bagels, pancake. Overall for me, it was a pleasant, affordable and comfortable 3 night stay.

The safety locks on the door were missing and the hallway carpet needs replacing. I walked all four floors checking fire escape paths and for exercise. All the hand railings on the stairs were sticky and needed cleaned. Other wise the hotel was OK and for the price I couldn't complain. It was also quiet.
