On the top of a beautiful hill in the center of the city, there are many ancient buildings nearby. The hotel has three accommodations and three restaurants, all adjacent to each other. Stayed 3 nights, 5 rooms for 12 ppl. The suite & junior suite are specious, luxurious room with balcony too nice, but other rooms were okiesh. Avoid ground floor room it's at the end of lane & getting our traveler here was not possible. The caretaker did help to get our luggage from the traveler parked at the end of the small lane. There is no dedicated dining area which is challenging if you have a group, especially in rains. House keeping is good, nice beds & clean bedsheets, no complaints there, rooms are equipped with tea & coffee maker. Breakfast is not good for vegetarians. Caretaker can't keep up sometimes with big group he needs to be trained in that department but have knowledge about poi in & around shillong ( it does comes handy to plan the day. There was a boy i think math-use very polite & quick to align with guests requests kudos to him. All in all a good experience best ho sakta tha!SOLD OUT

We traveled as family to shillong and our stay at the habitat shillong was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Especially mr. Alfred and miss. Stephanie were kind enough to help us to arrange vehicles for travel and related activities. The hotel is very beautiful and cottage core. Rooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean. The cherry on the top is the floors are marvelously decorated, you could click a lot of pictures. We didn’t explore the food options. We had an extremely enjoyable experience at the habitat shillong, we will definitely come visit again.SOLD OUT

Manager Sari mul Haque managed my trip nicely in reasonable chaged. Driver Amed ali fixed by him was also very good. Special mention about those two persons. Location at the heart of city. The breakfast is very good, and the Asian dishes in the MANDALAY restaurant are also very good. The price/performance ratio is much better than other hotels in Shillong.

It was a nice stay in phibha villa. It is quite close to civil hospital. The hotel staff is very good and helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel has its own restaurant. In cleanliness, i will give the rating very good. The room i stayed in had a double bed and a single one. The facility to prepare a cup of tea or coffee is available in the room. Phibha villa can be a fine choice for tourists searching for a budget friendly accomodation.
