We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tagaytay! The ambiance was peaceful, the air was cool and refreshing, and the entire place had that relaxing getaway vibe we were hoping for. Our kids and three Shih Tzus had a great time — the hotel is definitely pet-friendly and family-friendly! 🐶👧👦 The staff were courteous and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food from the restaurant was tasty and satisfying. The only downside for us was the lack of a gym or workout space. As someone who likes to stay active even on vacation, it would’ve been great to have at least a small fitness area. I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep.
The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
