I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

Had been there for so many times, as this is the most nearest Hotel to make it easy for me to travel to the work place while staying in Subang Jaya. Had been many times complaint about the Cleanliness, especially for Clean Towel provided and the Bed-Sheet prepared as the Old Stained still can clearly seen. Old equipment inside the room, especially the Shower Machine with too slow water flow, an Old Air-Cond Unit and a TV with no channel also being provide.

There's no reception counter and you have to call the number in your voucher the person in charge to give you your key. The room is spacious and good for 3 guests. Do not lose your key after six pm because that guy who checks you in won't be there anymore until the next day. Just within the hotel is Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, one of the best in Kuala Lumpur.

Location is good & walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Hotel & Convention Centre. The room & washroom are small & functional, BUT I can hear a lot of noises from my 2nd floor & the room above. On my 2nd & 3rd night stays, I experienced 2 groups of inconsiderate guests: 1. Parents w 1 or 2 kids from same 2nd floor crying, playing &, talking loudly from 1-3am & all their noises can be heard clearly. Worst still, I had to call the receptionist 3-4 times on my 3rd night to ask the receptionist to speak to that group of guests to be a bit more considerate & lower their noise level before he came up. 2. The room above me always had noises like heavy things dropping or turning around the bed, which can be heard clearly too. 🤦♂️ Will give a 2.5 out of 5 stars due to the noises, including shower noise from the hotel room opposite mine on 2nd night + the inattentiveness by the night duty receptionist with numerous calls required. Other than the above, I think the morning duty receptionists are nice, understanding & accommodating. Do bring along your own slipper as it is not provided.

Everything is good! It's just few steps from Sunmed and the staff are so helpful. Very clean and quiet. Best arrangement to stay few nights at Sanctuary after a tedious bunion surgery on both feet done at Sunmed. It makes the first week recovery bearable. Thank you so much, Hotel Sanctuary!

Went here for a short staycation with my kids. The hotel is clean and comfortable, suitable for a short family break. Pros: Room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast was okay and satisfying, even though the coffee house was under renovation (served at the function hall). Pool is nice — not too big, not too small, just right for kids to enjoy. Convenient location, especially if you’re from nearby areas. Cons: Parking can be a hassle — need to pay and access is a bit tricky. Overall: A good hotel for a quick family staycation. Worth it if you just want to relax, let the kids swim, and have a short getaway without going far.
