Subic Bay Resorts

The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

Good location, close to the mall and within walking distance to the Subic freeport. Easy to access everywhere to shop or eat. The room is clean and tidy. Accidentally shower wasn't working propery but they prepared the other room immediately. Breakfast was amazing. All the food is fresh and we loved the omelet that was cooked at the live kitchen. All staff are always smiling and very helpful. We had such a wonderful time and relaxed while staying at the Subic Riviera Hotel. We really would like to stay again. Thank you so much. Subicの中心地という好立地。ショッピングモールやレストランまで徒歩圏内で行けます。お部屋もとても綺麗で、温かいシャワーが出ないというアクシデントがありましたが、お部屋をすぐに変えてくれました。スタッフはいつも笑顔で出迎えてくれてとても親切でした。朝ごはんは、オムレツやパンケーキ・ワッフルを料理してくれるライブキッチンがあり、どの料理も新鮮で美味しかったです。また機会があったらぜひ利用したいと思います。

The hotel is nice, clean, the ambiance is very relaxing, but what I don't understand is that I booked the room for 5 adults but when I requested pillow and blanket for the 5th person I have to pay an addtl 240.00 for the blanket

This homestay is perfect if you need rest. Very quiet and the roof top location is great. Same level as the garden and restaurant. The staff was helpful with all our needs. Thank we'll be back soon for a longer stay.

Our stay was pleasant with all the attentive and kind staff, I even got my coffee changed! There were live singers singing old classics to add to the holiday cheer. The Sands resto staff were very accommodating and the manager even replaced my bland coffee. The front office informed us of the 20% discount promo on our arrival date. I just wished we get to receive the promo discount, too.😊 The hotel housekeeping staff were very kind and polite. They replaced my defective electric kettle and gave me addnl bottled water for the inconvenience. They even provide nightcap treats! Sweets! ❤️ The hotel needs upgrading though. The shower had no hot water.

This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic.

Very comfortable location, very private space, relatively large room, bed and sofa are very comfortable. The waiters are all very enthusiastic, and the most attentive employees are probably the two young men from the restaurant in the outer area! There are also many shortcomings, the bathroom supplies are too old and are in a broken state; the TV is too small and the space is too different from the original room, and the waiter is difficult to find. What frightened me the most was John, the service staff at the front desk. Seeing the different attitudes towards each other and being particularly difficult with Chinese passports, this caused me to bury my head in the dark about this store!

The accommodation is just right for travellers who are on a budget and would just want to have some comfortable place to stay. This is not suitable for picky travellers who wants to have a cozy accomodation.

The room was huge. Each room is for 2 pax but bed was big enough for 2 coz we were 5. Free breakfast for 4 but they also include the 5th companion. Great place!

It was amazing and I love how very hospitable they were.
