We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. Location for this hotel is good as it’s just beside Wanhua TRA, Metro station just behind it which makes my family to travel around easily. Many great eateries nearby and mini marts too.
Hotel room is good, daily room cleaning services with very polite cleaning staffs. Except that the aircon filter needs to be clean up as the dusts are trapped inside the room which can be seen on the bed headboard n mirror.
Stayed for 6 nights and everything was great.
Very helpful staffs at the reception n concierge counters to resolve our queries despite late night hours.
The only dissatisfaction was that lady hotel staff manning beside the duty manager counter on Sunday 17/03/24 noon, we can visually witness her rolling her eyes with unhappy expression when her colleague informed her that we would like to do currency exchange.From$70

The hotel has many kinds of restaurants, facilitates and very up to standard service by all the staff. Reception, congeries Kevin, express hotline Alice 徐, housekeepers a lady & 黃凱彥 are all friendly, kind and cheerful. I really feel so happy for this stay. More important is this time I come here to celebrate my father 80 years birthday. He is very happy and enjoyable in particular the Sauna. All in all this stay is so memorable and really worth me to write a good review. If u ask me anything to improve I will say the lift for B3, too crowd and need to wait for so long. When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures.
The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold.
The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room.
We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient.
Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.From$89

Room is spacious and nicely
Decorated /laid out but could be a bit brighter with more lights.
Downside is some part of the room is quite dusty but bed is clean and comfy in general.
Very good location that most shopping or dining area is easily accessible from the hotel.
We had three rooms booked on same floor but different directions , two of the rooms can hear the busking downstairs clearly tho (could be a bit annoying at night)

I had heard about a hotel where they piped in Hot springs water to a tub in your room and I was enchanted. I hired a driver from the airport for one night layover and I'm so glad I did! Hotel was very convenient, ~＜5 mins to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommended locals eats when we needed to get some food. Room was clean and slightly spacious. Room came with attached private hot spring and sauna (in the shower) and free access to public onsen.
The hot spring water ,however, was not as milky as it seems from pictures. It seemed like clear water so not sure on that as i was told it was supposed to be milky colour.

We arrived early and they checked us in and stored our luggage
So that we can explore the Beitou area. Everything like Beitou library, the Thermel Valley, Hotpring Museum, etc was a very convenient walk from the hotel.
We got some very delicious hot springs ramen as well.
The hot spring offered at the hotel was not very hot but it was clean.
I preferred the hot spring tub in our bedroom because we can control the temperature better.
The breakfast that was included in our room was amazing. The selection of food and the service was super great!!

For this area, the price-performance ratio of this hotel is quite high, and the indoor hot spring house is also quite large. The only drawback is that the room has no windows, but it is not bad. There is a car to and from the station, and it seems that many business hotels have it. There is this kind of pick-up service, but it ends at 12 o'clock in the morning. There will be a break at noon, and then the bus will start again at 2 or 3 o'clock. It is quite good. It is convenient. In fact, it is not too far to walk down the mountain. The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead.

Especially the female doormen, give clear instructions on how to get to metro stations and nearby eateries. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit Taipei. The second time I stayed at Eslite Travel, because the first experience was very good, but the second time was very bad, the reason was that the service attitude of the counter staff in the morning was really bad. I stayed for three days and two nights twice, and the experience was particularly deep. The reason is that the air-conditioning outlet in the room on the first night has a very small abnormal sound at night, which affects the sleep of my family. The crib may be old, so I will bark when I move it. I start to feel a little delusional and feel that it is not the same hotel. Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. E**za at the front desk of this hotel was the worst Hyatt staff I've ever met, or any hotel staff I've ever been to. She kept asking me what time I would come, saying the room wouldn't be ready at 3 pm. That was very rude and disgusting.
It's your fault that you can't check in at 3 pm, not my problem that I have to come back late. If you're going to do it that way, change the check-in information to 17:00 instead of 15:00 and provide more accurate information, okay?
The staff at the hotel in Ximen where I stayed before Grand Hyatt Taipei were really smart and friendly, so I had high expectations when I went to the Hyatt, but E**za let me down right from tne start.

seems that some hotels forgot that their point is to make a stay enjoyable. I was just happy that my stay was over this hotel.
Stayed here a couple years ago and enjoyed that experience a lot more. Now maintenance is clearly needed. Noise from room above and rooms to the side penetrated and prevented a restful night's sleep.
Coffee machine broke and was promptly replaced. Telephone was not working properly. Was not replaced. Finicky AC thermostat kept going on and off and the clicking was obnoxious. AC had a slight drip that kept me up the last night. Cleaning schedule starts at 9:00 a.m. and that noise is noticeable and wakes you up early. Elevator is oddly slow to close and arrive. Breakfast is repetitive. Some of the staff is helpful and some of the staff is overwhelmed. No gym or other amenities.
At check out nobody even asked how my stay was. The sad thing is there are worse hotels than this one in Taipei.From$123

Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down.
The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get.
Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price)
The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me).
So my insight from this trip is:
1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room
2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experienceFrom$307

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.From$192

I chose a room with separate bath. The bath is not a Western-style bath that you can lie in. It’s square shaped and about four feet wide and long. You can sit in it, but you can’t recline in it if this is something you’re looking for.
The hotel offers an outstanding breakfast at the Tavernist. Breakfast here is easily more delicious than at more expensive hotels. Even the coffee was great. Breakfast is a la carte rather than buffet but the servings are perhaps even excessively generous.
The hotel location is also very good. I wasn’t that familiar with Taipei when I booked but the location turned out to be convenient. It’s a few minutes walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing station, which can take travelers to a few tourist spots, and about a twenty minute walk to Huashan Creative Park. There are Japanese-style department stores with restaurants in the basements and upper floors in addition to local cafes and restaurants.From$199

The room itself is spacious, nicely designed and clean.
Unfortunately the service was shocking. It is far from 5-star service, let alone the usual MO standards in other countries. We arrived at the entrance without receiving any warm welcome from the bell boy. No one helped with our luggages.
The staff at concierge and their Italian restaurant failed to deliver friendliness and hospitality. Upon arrival, we asked the concierge to book the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Let alone displaying normal manners, like saying congratulations, sir/madam it is reserved, the concierge lady just suddenly paused with a forced smile and told us “we are done”.
At the restaurant, the service was even more unimaginable. The staff first gave us a normal set menu and then when we were going to order, another staff came and said sorry, that was the wrong menu and gave us Father’s Day menu. Apparently no one at the hotel would warn us it was ********* Father’s Day and the restaurant would only provide Father’s Day set menu. No wonder the entire restaurant was filled with noise. So we decided to leave the second we sat down. Well, they tried to charge for a bottle of water and asked us to keep half bottle of it as souvenir……
With this price, I would not recommend to book this hotel for Taipei.From$307

I have really love this hotel. I feel so lucky to rest at San Want Resident. My room is accessible room that have the railing. It was make me more safety and accessibility when I use the bathtub. And the bathroom door is auto door. I liked it.
The room view is the park that make me feel fresh when I got up in the morning.
I hope I will come to San Want again.From$95

There are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to get in the wrong car.

|3.1km from city center璞邸旅店的位置就在台北市政府消防局的旁邊，位置非常易找。 如果從桃園機場過來，不論是坐客運還是高鐵也非常便利。 旁邊有2個捷運站的出口，但由於捷運站的出口都衹有梯級，那大型行李的會推薦在地麪行走比較方便。 璞邸旅店有多間單人床舖的房屋，那天我入住的一間比較幸運，因為不在衛生間附近，而且床舖也是最入的，所以很像有自己的空間。 床舖很乾凈，而且很大，比一般背包客的單人床舖還大。 至於衛生間，真的有待改善，由於我是凌晨3時才到璞邸，所以當走進淋浴間時，感覺不太好，因為滿地都是水，可能是一層有太多很住客(大概一層都有50人吧)，或是排水工程有待改善，而衛生間連淋浴有4個，獨立衛生間衹有2個。 但我相信問題大多不是在於璞邸，這始終是住客的問題，因為我們總不能要求旅店員工，晚上也在做清潔的。所以當大家做背包客，也要注意一些。
