Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!

The room is big and spacious. Cleaning staff are there everyday in the morning. Parking is free and has plenty of space. Walking distance to the Arizona Mills Mall. Complimentary free breakfast and food is good. The hotel has common Laundry area, has washing machine & dryer. Big bottle of shampoo,conditioner,body wash. Very noisy air conditioning. There's no microwavable plate no kettle. There's 2 elevators at time both are faulty,maintenance staff were unable to diagnose the issue. We're okay to use the stairs though from 6th floor. The dining area is small and is usually crowded.

The room is clean and hygienic, the old-fashioned motel style, the surrounding security and convenience stores and many convenience facilities of ASU, the first choice for school work, cost-effective, convenient parking, crossing the road is the school, it is very recommended to the hotel near the motel casey moore's oyster house, delicious, there are many local to eat

The hotel location is good, at the high-speed entrance, close to ASU. The hotel offers Uber transfers. The front desk staff are welcoming and have questions and answers. The room was clean and cost-effective and highly recommended.

Very clean very peaceful and omg the beds are soft perfect body melt you can rest the balcony is nice as it was warm outside good is Affordable and good I would highly recommend easy access to all areas and staff was very nice and friendly definitely will stay again

This motel 6 is in a great spot but the neighborhood is sort of creepy. Lots of drug activity you can tell.

I stayed with my grand kids, the pool was closed. Which made us very sad. Idk if we will go there again. But, it was there late when we needed it.
