Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. After taking a shower in the middle of the night, I found that the hair dryer was broken, and the hotel did not have a spare hair dryer. Later, I coordinated to blow dry my hair in another room because the hair dryer was fixed to the wall and could not be moved. 2. The front desk was understaffed and often empty. The service of the girls at the front desk was very good, and the boys were average. Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!

The hotel is built on a hilltop, and the journey from the guest room building through a long rock cave to the lobby is quite picturesque. There's a rock restaurant with a fantastic panoramic view of the town, and the waiters are handsome. There's also an outdoor swimming pool, and the location is superb for watching the sunrise.

We just took an in town get-away from the kids. Service is friendly. Continental Breakfast in the beautiful dining area is beautiful. In fact, our stay was perfect with the exception of the visibly dirty and stained carpet in the room (not the common area) —- hard bottom slippers are an easy remedy. A peaceful, restful night and refreshed morning made everything look new by checkout time.

Very clean very peaceful and omg the beds are soft perfect body melt you can rest the balcony is nice as it was warm outside good is Affordable and good I would highly recommend easy access to all areas and staff was very nice and friendly definitely will stay again
