"My husband and I rented a house in Sarasota FL this winter. Our lease was up 3/16. We headed home by car and made it to this hotel on Tuesday March 17. Needless to say there was no St Pats celebration. The world had shut down. The staff was expecting us. The hotel was pretty much empty. The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff welcoming and concerned for our well being. The restaurants were closed but food was available in to go bags. We could not have been more comfortable in a really uncomfortable situation. Thank you Marriott. And we can’t thank the staff at Indianapolis North enough."
"Our son got married Oct 18th and the rehearsal dinner and many of the guests stayed at the hotel. Our rep Amanda gave us the best customer service and suggestions. everything was perfect. The food and drink service was excellent and the price was surprisingly competitive. We had a private room overlooking the lake and COVID precautions were taken with food and service. We will definitely be back! My husband and I actually were able to enjoy our event and company."
"Well, this is pretty nice Marriott, outside the city center. What made this stay eerily weird, are outside circumstances. NCAA Big 10 Tournament in Indy was cancelled due to coronavirus, and hotel was pretty empty the first night, and almost abandoned the second night. It was definitely not something that could be controlled. Hotel itself was pretty nice for Marriott brand. Slight bland, but fairly decent quality, good spacious rooms, well stocked Lounge, friendly staff in the hotel and bar. The mood was gloomy, of course. It was the last week before the gloomy reality of pandemics set in... Anyway, it was my last trip, and we won't be able to travel freely for a while now. Hope to be back under more favorable circumstances. "
