Chicken and pad thai room service is a great Banya Tree. Great view and
There are two shower booths where you can use the spacious private spa steam shower.
The bed is very soft, so if you pass out for a while, you will pass out without realizing that time has passed.
If you do not know or need anything, please ask the front manager
You help me in the best way
Leave a good memory and take a good rest!

Very quiet room and nice environment.
Special praise to the girl who responded when I checked out on the morning of the 22nd. She helped me call a taxi and confirm the airport. She was very meticulous and patient.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude!
The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

The front desk can communicate in English. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. The room overlooks downtown Seoul and the night view is beautiful. The hotel has a rich breakfast. I stayed for three nights and the hotel sent free exquisite snacks and red wine every night. Service Very good, I will stay there next time👍

everything was close to perfect, except house keeping was extremely stingy with refilling our 1 quota per day le labo, i was only given two sets for a 4 night stay at their premium suite which i was told is their top tier category. concierge was amazingly helpful, thumbs up to Owen who went the extra mile to ensure our trip was filled with activities and restaurants we wanted to try.

Conrad Seoul is located in the Yeouido area near the Han River and IFC Mall. It was a luxurious stay and the service was generally pleasant, with above average lounge offerings. The biggest disappointment was that they don’t give out Conrad bears and ducks and instead sell them at the gift shop, which comes across as a little stingy.

The bed comfort is average and the service is cold
WiFi is chargeable and very slow
It’s a big gym, convenient for shopping, and close to Gimpo

There are many kinds of breakfast, the room is very comfortable, and there is plenty of mineral water. The only shortcoming is that you need to find it when you want to go to the hotel from the bus station, but you won't get lost.

Facilities are great, located at Shinsegae shopping mall. Room had a nice city view and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Location is not as good as Four Points Sheraton in terms of being more in the heart of Gangnam, but that's a 4 star hotel.

The room is very nice and the location is very convenient. It is next to the shopping mall, but it is closed on Mondays. The hotel is very new and the lobby service is quite friendly. I checked out at 11. In fact, the location in Jiangnan may not be good for tourists. It’s so convenient. It’s still a long way to go to Hongdae or Myeongdong by taxi. I stayed at the AC Marriott in South Korea for the first three nights. The room was not big. In comparison, the InterContinental seems to be quite cost-effective. The laundry and care are provided by Byredo, and there are also some in the surrounding area. There are a lot of delicious food. I like the color of the bathroom very much. It is big and bright. If you put on makeup, it will not be too thick. Hahahaha. Next time I come again, I will stay two nights in Gangnam and three nights near Hongdae~

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Jamsil Lotte Building, Apgujeong and Cheongdam-dong. Below the hotel is the coex shopping mall, Internet celebrity library and modern department store. The hotel facilities are very new and the service is also very good. It is recommended!

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case..
The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided.
And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner.
International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine.
Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

It is a common phenomenon that the services, hotel equipment, and guest room configurations of five-star hotels in Seoul have been greatly improved.
It felt good to stay at Fairmont Seoul this time.
The guest rooms are generally good. The only thing about the corner suite is that the view is mediocre. Yeouido does not have a good view.
Go directly to the Yeouido Hyundai Department Store, which is currently the most popular in Seoul, through the left and right doors on the first floor. Note that the mall closes at 8 p.m.
Afternoon tea in the executive lounge is too simple, with a set menu and no choice, but the happy hour is great, with wine, hot and cold food, and good fruit.
The breakfast is very good. Dozens of roast ducks are hung for you to eat. There are many varieties and good quality!
There is a restaurant on the B1 floor of the building opposite that serves Korean beef, Chinese food, and Japanese food. It is right opposite the hotel and just across the road. Of course, Hyundai Department Store B1 and L6 are enough for you!
The starting price of a taxi in Seoul is 4,800 won, which is about 25 yuan.
Where can I download good Korean language to show to drivers? Basically they don’t understand English.
There is a subway below the hotel, and the subway has Chinese directions, yeah!

The hotel is very nice
To go to the pool or have breakfast
It was a bit inconvenient because I had to go to another building.
I go with my baby, but it's cold because it's winter.
There were many 1-2 lane roads on the way, so it was not easy to drive.
I couldn't go to the outdoor retreat because I was with a baby.
The indoor pool jacuzzi was warm and nice.
- Guest User
The best place to take your baby to a resort in Seoul is Para Spa.
This is my second visit, and it is convenient for baby products and a swimming pool.
However, it is unfortunate that previously there was no limit to the number of times you could use the swimming pool, but now it is limited to once per stay.

Seoul has a humid continental climate which means four distinct seasons. The months in Spring (March to May) and Fall (September to November) are great times to explore Seoul due to the mild weather during these periods. In addition, March to May is when the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom. If you don’t mind the cold, Seoul can be a winter wonderland as many visitors come just to experience the snow. Summer (June to August) is hot, humid, and full of tourists. Also, the months of May to September see a lot of rain (rainy season), with July being the wettest month.Seoul is a year-round destination as each of its seasons caters to visitors’ different needs. Spring is considered the Should Season even though it is the most beautiful period with pleasant weather. While the crowds aren't as thick as the summer season, Seoul's many springtime visitors can limit your lodging options. Winter months are chilly with January being the coldest as temperatures often dropping below -10 °C (14 °F). Even with tourists coming to enjoy the skiing facilities and the snow, hotels prices and airfare do drop dramatically. But remember to avoid the Lunar New Year period, as you’ll encounter extreme crowds and price hikes.
