O hotel é lindíssimo tendo em conta que era um convento/mosteiro e foi recuperado mantendo a traça de granito, e decoraram o interior com madeira. Uma combinação perfeita. Além disso, encontra-se num alto com uma paisagem lindíssima, de onde se pode ver toda a cidade de Vila do Conde, a Nau Quinhentista e o rio Ave. O serviço de alta qualidade, sempre com colaboradores disponíveis para nos ajudar ou esclarecer de alguma questão. Fizeram um upgrade ao quarto e estavam sempre a mimar-nos. O pequeno almoço muito variado, e com alimentos de muito boa qualidade, numa sala igualmente soberba. Sempre que fazíamos uma sugestão ou um pedido, era imediatamente atendido.

As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams. In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars! location is right smack in the centre of the city, so you can walk to all sights easily. Service was impeccable - from check in (with a welcome drink of port) to our request for a table to be placed at the balcony outside. Also thanks to the hotel for the complimentary sparkling wine and brownie for our anniversary!

The Hotel is a true 5 star. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The staff very professional. They are aware of everything but you don't know. Period palace with a new part very well integrated. Decoration with personality. Exceptional value for money. For me, the best in Porto. Excellent breakfast.

We love everything, especially the afternoon in the pool.
