I love the hotel’s landscaping, I feel tranquil and calm sitting on the bench at the beach side. The resort is near to the beach, hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, room is clean with beautiful garden view, pool view & partial seaview. Hotel’s breakfast with lots of varieties, food are tasty and very fresh. My boy and I love the pool too. Wish they have the usb port for gadgets charging in the room.

This is the most relaxing dream hotel that I stay . Feel comfortable and calm ☺️. Breakfast 🍳 was so yummy 🤤 and staff quite nice in restaurant. Pool very instagramable . Everything was nice except service . We had called 3 times from hotel phone but nobody pick up the phone . I need to go down and ask them to send bathrobe to me 😢, need to improve ya Will come to stay again 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

The room was spacious and the kids loved their little room in our room. Swimming pool was fun, breakfast was okay. Location is good.

Check in process was quite smooth. Arrived at around 1pm but was told rooms were not ready. Managed to get the rooms at around 2.30pm after having lunch. Rooms and in-room fixtures were very old, damaged and scratched in many places, and could be cleaner. Bathtub was cracked and chipped in places, and there was a lingering odour. There were visible stains on the sofa and tears on bedsheets, with sand on the side tables. Pillows were still firm/fluffy so that’s a positive. Resort facilities are great for young children, with multiple swimming pools and water slides. Small lounge area for infants/toddlers is great too, but is unfortunately not kept clean. The no food/drink rule is not enforced, and we saw a kid spill coffee in the play area. There were mosquitos as well. Food at the garden cafe is mediocre at best. The lunch bento set serving size is small. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection of Asian food, with basic pastries/bread options. Sigi’s was decent for dinner - pictures of the gnocchi and squid ink pasta below.

Pro: Nice view, friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, comfortable bed and pillow, clean pool, friendly for kids especially the pool, easy to use the lift (no need for card access), tv, iron, heater and aircond are good. Cons: Wi-fi have slow connection and limited parking space

Mixed reviews here as 1st night wasnt the best. We were given a room on the 3rd floor extreme left of hotel, turned out to be old, wet carpets from people returning from pool, dirty lift. The room was also run down and we had some bites over the night. Had to go to dr in the morning. Complained and was moved to floor 5 right side of hotel. This room was exceptionally clean and newly refurbished. However, there were so so many good things. Staff were humble and so helpful. Breakfast variety was overly impressive and we definitely over ate. The pools are stunning with service at hand, water slides, loungers, afternoon tea, lunch etc. The hotel faced the beach which had lots of water sports from parachuting, jet skis, banana boat to even horse rides. Location was the best close tonight markets, food and lovely walks. Xmas dinner was spectacular with little treats delivered to our rooms. Will I stay here again? 100% just not on level 3.

This is a very busy hotel in where both locals and international visitors come to stay. The hotel is full of families from all over the globe looking for a luxury place to stay. We stayed for one night to celebrate birthday, thank you for the complimentary cake! 😘

Firstly the staff, they are all really lovely and cannot do enough for you. When we checked in we realised that we had accidentally booked the wrong week! But this wasn’t an issue as we were given a better room for the same price! In fact, we actually enjoyed our stay that much we ended up staying for 14 nights! The location is great, there’s plenty to do, lots of great cheap restaurants and the beach is less than a few minutes walk. Initially it was hard to find as it’s placed in an old shopping centre on the 2nd floor. We took the escalators but there is also a lift. Once you get inside, the secure front door the reception is modern and clean, 24hr help is always available and the rooms lock with a physical key. You get way more than you’d expect for the price. Modern clean rooms with refurbished en suite with rainfall shower. Hot water at all times and reliable WiFi. Tea and coffee 24/7 too! And breakfast everyday until 11am!! Every 3 days we got clean towels, fresh sheets and the room was cleaned. Some guests have complained about the noise from the charaoke which is on the same floor but our room was the closest to this and we were never kept up, the latest would could just about hear it was 23:30 but this was on a Saturday night! The only downsides, albeit small, were the lack of variety at breakfast, lack of natural light in the rooms due to the windows facing into the shopping centre so the curtains should be closed, and the WiFi was a bit slow, but only noticeable if streaming HD videos, for general web surfing it was more than capable! Overall me and my partner were very happy with our 2 weeks we spent here, we felt very safe and relaxed and you can’t argue with the price! It saved us a lot of money on our 6 month trip and was one our favourite place we stayed in Penang! Thank you once again, if we are ever in Malaysia again we will be sure to visit :)
