We come to the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour every October and just love it! The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. The beach is beautiful. The Ritz Team is extremely helpful and professional. Ein and his staff at the pool are amazing, as always! Reiko is absolutely wonderful. Ein always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. We had another amazing stay and can’t wait to return!

So let’s start this off how it started….. I booked a double bed on 9/7 around 1-1:15pm … Incase they wanna look it up ….. when I got here they said it’s for a king which right off the bat drove me wild … I asked to speak to manager and she told me to show her proof like if im lying so ur guilty here costumer not always right but whatever I show her proof of my booking says resort view doesn’t say king or double Queen so it’s right there in middle like we’re both wrong kind off …. So they put me in a king with a pullout so I sleep on floor after paying 500$ a night lol crazy to me but I came for a 15s so I’ll pay whatever to stay night but very discouraged about the service received from manager and staff. So sleeping on floor Tom I check out no compensation when I paid full price for room not even discounted rate lol and nothing comped for my troubles I guess u must be selective or special to get some type of help for ur Trouble….. I check out tom not looking for any help it should have been done at front desk and never question me when I know what I booked…. This is supposed to be a model Marriott but not impressed by staff maybe u have Better luck but I won’t be trying again rather do a lot others that will treat u right.

Hotel Assassin edition, service attitude is particularly good, but the location is very unfriendly, there is no store next to it, it is expensive to take a taxi to south beach, and it is far away. If it is not recommended to stay in the hotel.

In general, I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. Good beach, the territory is not big, but well-groomed. Minus is the staff that cleans the Hotel and the room. Already from 8 am in the corridor begins a constant very loud communication and laughter, it awakens and does not allow you to sleep and rest. To our room, despite the inscription do not disturb, came twice without any knock. Therefore, the whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the absolutely uneducated noisy cleaning staff. I probably won't stop in the future.

Beautiful views...relaxing...superb dining...excellent spa services...just what I needed. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure. The staff was so kind and even suprised me with a slice of birthday cake. THANK YOU!!!
