We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

Privileged location in the central coastal region of Camború. A region full of restaurants that makes it easy to walk. Great breakfast, thermal pool, spa, academy. It offers bikes for a walk across the shore. Excellent manoeuvre services.

The hotel is well located (1 block from beach and lot of restaurants and stores walking distance), but the hotel is old and the installations are not functional. Examples: the air condition and elevator, both of them not supporting summer time demand. The breakfast is good, variable and tasty things. Parking lot is one block distance, having some impact if you are planning to use your car regularly. In general, I personally do not recommend this hotel.

Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, manobristas muito atenciosos, mas o atendimento do bar do hotel em todos os turnos muito ruim, funcionários despreparados preocupados somente na cobrança e forma de pagamento, todos as despesas tem que ser pagas na hora inclusive estávamos na piscina e o pessoal do bar e recepção indo no quarto para realizar a cobrança sendo que ainda estávamos consumindo. Ficamos o sábado inteiro fora do quarto e não foi realizada a limpeza do quarto, vaso entupido, wi-fi não funciona, enfim não indico e não voltarei, sendo que está não foi nossa primeira estadia. Piscina externa e interna boas e café da manhã muito bom.Mas pelo valor cobrado com certeza ha opções melhores.

HOTEL BEM VENHO . AO LADO MEU QUARTO TINHA UM DEPOSITO COM UM MONTE DE CAMAS VENHAS A PORTA DESSE DEPOSITO FICAVA O TEMPO TODO ABERTA. TRAVESSEIRO MUCHOS TEM QUE UNS 3 PARA FICAR RAZOAVEL. MAIS O PIOR DE TUDO.... FIZEMOS NOSSA RESERVA PELO SITE 123 MILIHAS PORÉM OUVE UM ATRASO NO VOO, QUANDO CHEGAMOS TINHAM CANCELADO A NOSSA RESERVA QUE JÁ ESTAVA PAGA COBRARAM NOVAMENTE, TRANSTORNO TOTAL ATENDIMENTO MUITO DIFERENTE DO HOTEL MERCURY. ATÉ A PRESENTE DATA NÃO CONSEGUI RESSARCIMENTO DO SITE POIS ALEGAM TER REPASSADO O VALOR AO HOTEL E O HOTEL DIZ QUE ESTA NO DIREITO DE CANCELAR SE NÃO CHEGAR NO HORARIO. INDEPENDENTE DA HORA QUE EU CHEGAR JÁ PAGUEI NO MEU VER NÃO PODERIA TER FEITO TAMANHA MALDADE. LAMENTAVEL POIS NÃO FIDELIZAM O CLIENTE NO 05/12 ESTAREI INDO PARA BALNEARIO E SE POSSIVEL NÃO PASSAREI NEM NA PORTA PARA NÃO LEMBRAR DA TAMANHA HUMILHAÇÃO. POSITIVO O ATENDIMENTO DO COLABORADOR BRAULIO MUITO ATENCIOSO E SIMPATICO MEU FILHO SE AMARROU NELE. O RESTAURANTE QUE É TERCEIRIZADO TAMBÉM É BOM !!
