Top 10 Cascade Gardens Hotels

We stay in many Hilton properties as HH diamond members. This Hilton Garden Inn is one of the BEST we have found. Check-in was fast and flawless. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty, plentiful and the service was great. We could not have asked for more. Hilton is a premium brand and the people at this place really do hospitality right. Thanks for a great overnight visit!

I want to call out the exceptional support and service offered by Mario and Dee! My husband and I stayed here recently for one night. Mario helped us with setting up a taxi as our flight was to arrive at 12:30am. He not only coordinated the taxi, but shared updates with me via text. Then, our flight was canceled and we needed to cancel our stay. Dee and Mario jumped in and made the cancellation simply and effort free. However, we were clearly meant to meet Mario and Dee as the next day we had complications with our flight again and needed a place to stay. Who did we think of first, our friends at the Residence Inn. Knowing our flight was delayed and bags were delayed to the following day, Mario greeted us at 10:30pm in the lobby with care packages and upgraded our room to help us feel more comfortable. He also added in a later check out as I needed to work remotely. Dee made us feel so comfortable the next morning during breakfast with helping us with fresh coffee and all the goodies. It is so rare to find service like this these days, we will be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. The hotel offered a great military rate too. The room was new, clean and the full kitchen was an added bonus! We want to give huge props to Mario and Dee and the entire staff from the Residence Inn! Thank you!

I was very impressed with this hotel! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The lobby area was beautiful with tile and wood and a pretty gas fireplace. The bedrooms are so spacious and clean. And the bed was really comfortable. Overall we just loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others. The room rate was really great as well!

I personally think it is a very good hotel. Although it feels a bit old, all the environment inside is quite good. And very close to the airport, call UBER, about 10 minutes. And there are many shopping malls nearby. It is also very convenient to eat and eat. It is also very convenient to call a car to the city or nearby sightseeing spots.

My spouse and I live only about 3 miles away from this hotel and were forced to spend a night here in December 2021 after a windstorm knocked out our power for a lengthy period of time. We drive by this hotel often, and I thought it was kinda fun to stay here and see what the interior was like. The circumstances that required us to stay here were not fun, but overall, we were fairly pleased with the hotel. We checked in sometime around 6:30 or 7 p.m. on a Thursday night. Our check-in process went relatively smoothly, and we used my husband's IHG reward points for our stay. Our room (#254) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. After we got settled into the hotel, we had a tasty dinner and a couple of alcoholic beverages at the bar. Kind of expensive, but whatever. This hotel has an indoor pool and fitness center... neither of which we used. Unfortunately, the indoor pool did not have a hot tub which we would have enjoyed. I can't speak to the breakfast options because we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. One thing I was sort of disappointed about was the fact that this hotel did not have a business center with computers for guests to use. I would have appreciated a business center to surf the Internet, but one was not available. The only other thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bathroom setup in our room was a bit unusual... no problems with it; it was just different. The shower is in a tucked-away corner in the bathroom with no curtain or anything. I didn't have a problem with it; it was just interesting and different. Hopefully we won't have any other significant power outages that will require us to stay at a local hotel, but if it does happens again, we would have no qualms about staying here again.

Bree, who was the 2nd shift front desk agent was wonderful. She was new at the time, but she polite and helpful. She handled the busyness well. Some of the best service I have had while traveling. I appreciate her and you all!
