I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I chose to stay in a queen room with a double bed, as stated in the option I selected. I was given a room below the category I paid for, with single beds. When I contacted the reception, they mentioned that this package was the one TRIP had given to the hotel - and I had paid for a superior room and could not change.
In my experience, the hotel receptionists were unfriendly, but the maids, kitchen attendants and the O11ZE staff were exceptional.
The breakfast did not disappoint, but did not exceed expectations. Dinner at the terrace restaurant was great, especially for those who enjoy drinks.
About the room: the shower in the bathroom was a highlight, with good heating and pressure; nothing more.

It is a better hotel in the local area, and there is a park opposite. The boss is Taiwanese and very enthusiastic.

O hotel fica em uma localização muito boa, perto de ótimos restaurantes e de avenidas que dão acesso aos shoppings da cidade. A estrutura é muito boa e bonita. O atendimento é espetacular. O quarto tem um tamanho ideal, nem muito grande e nem muito pequeno. A limpeza é ótima. O café da manhã é composto de grande variedade de opções, todas de alta qualidade. Tem estacionamento com manobrista mas não está incluído na diária.
