Sono stato in questa struttura tutte le volte che avevamo appuntamento allo IEO per intervento o terapia. La struttura è convenzionata con l’istituto oncologico e mette a disposizione un bus navetta per lo IEO, operativo in diversi orari della giornata e gestito in maniera professionale e puntuale. Il personale addetto alla reception molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Le camere ampie e pulite. Il personale di sala per colazione e cena gentili e disponibili sempre. Colazione a buffet molto soddisfacente perché varia nelle proposte alimentari. Consiglio la struttura anche perché è possibile raggiungere il centro di Milano comodamente con mezzi pubblici in circa tre quarti d’ora. Giudizio complessivo eccellente per le esigenze di soggiorno anche familiare

I booked a one month lease, and will not be renewing my lease. The apartment smells like sewage quite often, originating in the kitchen. The central heating is on a schedule set by the hotel instead of personally by the occupants, so the rooms are all cold because it is December and the heat is turned off half of the time. There are in unit air conditioners that can heat the apartment, but management has turned off all of these units so there is nothing to be done. I am in a sweatshirt and under 2 blankets in my own apartment writing this. As for the location, it is in Pieve Emanuele, NOT Milan. If you are looking for a hotel in Milan, this is not the place for you. The free shuttle service operates every couple hours, which can bring you to Abbiategrasso Station, which is convenient, however the shuttle does not always stop to pick people up from Abiattegrasso, even when they are supposed to, so good luck getting back here if you go into the city. If you attend Humanitas University, the free shuttle is not a viable option for you. The shuttle leaves 2 hours before your classes start, or 5 minutes after the classes start in the morning, so you will either be very very early or late to class and miss attendance. For public transit there are bus lines that run every 10-20 minutes, and you can use those to get to the subway or a train into Milan. Ride share services often take 20 minutes to arrive, if there are vehicles at all, because Ripamonti is very out of the way of everything. And yes, there is free WiFi, but it is very slow (at the time of writing I have a server ping of 133 ms, and download speed of 1,75 mbps). Overall Ripamonti smells terrible, the place is cold because management decided heat is unnecessary, the WiFi can barely load a PDF, which is required for my studies, meaning this place is not a viable option, and is out of the way if you want to get into Milan.
