Hotels in the United States are too old, but this hotel is in a good location. All the attractions in the city can be reached on foot. The hotel is on Fourth Street, and the beach is just below First Street. The hotel has a very small balcony, which is why I chose it. The balcony is very small, and can only accommodate two people at most, but it is OK.
The disadvantage is that the drain in the bathroom is very small, and the water goes down very slowly, and you have to stand in the dirty water to wash your feet 😂
In addition, it is convenient to live in the city, but it is close to Third Street, which is too scary at night. It is recommended to go in and out with more people.

The service staff of the hotel are very good. The lobby is warmly decorated and feels like home. The room is large and comfortable, but the bathroom is older. It is very close to Pike Place Market and is very convenient.

The home is situated on a one lane road that is fairly steep. For convenience you can park parallel to the home for ease. There is also ample free parking at on 4th street and a sidewalk to enter the front door is attached. There is gravel along with paved driveway-both that are on a slight angle.
The main floor features the kitchen, first living room, dining area, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom and bathroom, a second living room, and a game room. All five mattresses are premium hypoallergenic memory foam for maximum comfort.
Soaps and lotions are provided at no cost from Ginger Lilly—they’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives—pure and simple.

We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.

The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

A spacious, two-story, family-friendly home with keyless entry, an off-street parking spot, and free street parking. Public transportation is available just one block west if you prefer that option.

The home is situated on a one lane road that is fairly steep. For convenience you can park parallel to the home for ease. There is also ample free parking at on 4th street and a sidewalk to enter the front door is attached. There is gravel along with paved driveway-both that are on a slight angle.
The main floor features the kitchen, first living room, dining area, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom and bathroom, a second living room, and a game room. All five mattresses are premium hypoallergenic memory foam for maximum comfort.
Soaps and lotions are provided at no cost from Ginger Lilly—they’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives—pure and simple.
