You have private access to Finestra and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Finestra any time with our secure lock box with keyed entry and garage remote code.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.

PARKING
Guests have access to the three-car garage. Additional Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars along with parking on the street for a total of 10 cars.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.


OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on both driveways and front door.

SMOKING
To keep Finestra fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1500 fee will be applied to your reservation. We ask that you do not smoke at the property or exterior of the property.

Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer easily to the unit below you so keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am is very important to me.

You're welcome to use the brand new double set of LG washer/dryers in the basement but please be aware these are shared with my downstairs guests and/or used by my cleaners in-between guests. The home is situated on a one lane road that is fairly steep. For convenience you can park parallel to the home for ease. There is also ample free parking at on 4th street and a sidewalk to enter the front door is attached. There is gravel along with paved driveway-both that are on a slight angle.


The main floor features the kitchen, first living room, dining area, bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom and bathroom, a second living room, and a game room. All five mattresses are premium hypoallergenic memory foam for maximum comfort.

Soaps and lotions are provided at no cost from Ginger Lilly—they’re free of parabens, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives—pure and simple.

There is a charge listed as "Management Fee" on your quote that cover your purchase of $3000 of "all-risk" damage protection coverage on your rental. This is in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract.

We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.

The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.

-This property does not have air conditioning, but we provide portable fans to help keep you comfortable during warmer days.

-Security Camera:
For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected.
