I have always wanted to live in Anlan, Ninghai, but I feel sorry for the price per night, but it has not yet taken shape. This time for my husband’s birthday, we made a reservation at a villa near the lake. It was quite late from Shanghai and it was already 9 o'clock when we arrived at the store. Coincidentally, we were the last customer to check in that day. The store manager Mr. Zhang was super helpful and gave us a free upgrade to Wangshan Residence, which has two floors, hot spring water in the room, and a huge terrace. , with a panoramic view of the distant green mountains. Because I have a 10-year-old son, the manager also thoughtfully arranged a sofa-to-bed service, so the family slept very comfortably; I would like to share with you a few things that I was extremely satisfied with during this trip: 1. There is a surprise at breakfast: the birthday boy gets a strawberry chocolate cake, which brings happiness; 2. The service staff at the racecourse were enthusiastic and patient. My son rode the horse for 20 minutes. He called the white horse ”Prince” and took a lot of videos and photos. After the son finished the experience, he also shared with me how to ride a horse. It was obvious that he enjoyed the process; 3. Bliss Soup Shop, my first time trying naked soup, 20 kinds of minerals, said to be weight loss, anti-aging, very comfortable; 4. The hotel provides travel photography services. Seventh Travel Photographer Wei Jiajie is very enthusiastic and professional in his guidance. He took us to the Skyline Swimming Pool. We can go there again in the summer to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the infinity pool in the mountains; 5. The hotel parking lot 🅿️ has a Tesla charging pile, so those who love electric cars can bravely charge.

Top in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

Stayed in Heshiheyuan again on the summer day. The 40-degree heat of the journey, living in Heyuan to enjoy cool and refreshing, the waiter is very kind, like returning to his home. The room is beautiful, the whole hotel is full of Oriental beauty, spotless, I like the tatami style of the room, facing the south of the stream, you can see the scenery of the stream. After dinner along the stream, the cool breeze was breezy. It took 5 minutes to reach the small villa of Jiang Song. The night view of Xikou Ancient Town was beautiful. The next day, I met the routine Zen dance activities in the courtyard and observed the beauty of Zen dance. The unexpected gains were realized. Heshiheyuan is really a good place to enjoy beauty, learn beauty and meditation, will come again next time [yeah] [yeah]

Xiao Ning at the front desk was very thoughtful and meticulous, and upgraded me to a room with a terrace, which is by the river. Xiaoning helped me carry my luggage all the way to the room on the second floor. Thanks for your hard work! The terrace is very spacious and has a panoramic view of the water and mountains. Have a drink with the beautiful view, it’s so beautiful! The bedding is very comfortable and the baths are all from Bvlgari. I also like the gallery of the hotel very much. The paintings are brought back by the owner from European auctions. They are very tasteful. The pasta and wine eaten at the hotel's own ”Rong” restaurant for dinner happened to sit in a position with a view, and the mouth was delicious and the eyes were moist. The waiter was very attentive, delivered mosquito repellent water, and even took pictures of me as a diner. The location is superb, just at the entrance of Hanling Old Street, across the street from Hanling Art Museum and Dongqian Lake. There are dedicated parking spaces and there is no charge. In short very satisfied!

The room seemed to have changed, and it was very beautiful. In the afternoon, I went to Park Hyatt to do a walk around and made a comparison. I couldn’t compare the rooms without going there, but in terms of scenery, Qianhu Hotel is definitely the first-tier hotel. Meals: There is no room service on the first night, only 88 yuan for a boxed meal. Saturday breakfast is a semi-buffet. You have to order steamed and fried noodle soup the night before, and you have to wait for half an hour on the day. This is not very friendly. It may be due to the epidemic, but the seafood porridge and Ningbo gnocchi are particularly delicious. Many waiters and chefs came back to work on Saturday afternoon, and they ate the hotel's Man Ting Fang in the evening, with no success. Like all garden-style hotels, the swimming pool can only be reached by battery car. There is no way, probably because the place is too big. The swimming pool needs to be highly praised. It is quite big and really good. The service is generally good, but my sister still needs to ask for the room number and charge for more than 4 bottles of mineral water when driving the battery car. I think the hotel can actually be more generous, which will improve the hotel's grade.

Ningbo is a special city to me. I have been back twice since graduation. I took Dabao once, and Xiaobao was three years old when I came the second time. The hotel I chose this time was a temporary reservation during the 5-1 period. This price is really a bargain in Tianyi. Great location. The professional and enthusiastic service attitude of Liang Shuang, the deputy manager of the front office department of the hotel, makes people feel at home. Will continue to choose next time!

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

The service is great and everything is answered. It's very comforting to have warm sweet soup when I come back in the evening! There is coffee every day, and I also brought my own fresh milk and asked the waiter to make me a latte (this is entirely because I have some requirements for milk, and their own latte is not bad). The mini bar in the room is also good, and I like to drink it. The 🥰welcome fruit mini bar will be replenished every day! The hotel is right next to the Lianghuang Mountain Scenic Area, and they can be sent directly to the top of the mountain, and experience the glass trestle and glass slide all the way down. My legs and feet were still sore the next day after I came down like this. I couldn’t imagine climbing up and coming down again. My legs would probably be disabled. Thank you to the lobby manager for sending us to the top of the mountain. The road up the mountain is quite narrow! I would like to make some suggestions. First of all, the parking lot of the hotel is not very complete. I am worried about pebbles flying on the gravel road with my new car that is half a year old. There are also dirt roads. I have to find a place to wash my car when I go back! Secondly, due to the unavoidable nature of various insects at the foot of the mountain, the banana tree at the door of the room kept losing petals, and there were bees and flies at the door. I asked for them to be cleaned when I checked in for a new room, but when I came back at night, I didn’t know whether they had fallen off again or forgotten them. Anyway, the door was closed. There were still flower petals and flies, but when I checked out, I saw someone doing disinfection or killing. It felt like they were listening carefully! The sweet soups we stayed at for 2 nights were different, but they were all delicious. But the breakfast is the same for both days. It is recommended to change it a little bit. Some people don’t like porridge for breakfast but they have no other choice. Overall, the hotel is very good. This is the best choice to stay in Lianghuang Mountain!

The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂
